Great place but they have a little attitude. The sandwiches were large and it was tasty. The place is loud and the tables are tight. The over all meals was delicious. We will be back

The food is super fresh and tasty. Very authentic atmosphere; felt like we were in Israel. The sabich sandwich melted in the mouth like butter. Salatim were all delicious with fresh pita. I loved the vegetable couscous and chicken pargiot. The service was lovably chaotic. Bird's nest baklava, served heated, made a perfect finish to our meal.

We stopped here for lunch today passing through Boca. We aren't often here on a Sunday, and I thought we'd take advantage of a kosher restaurant that is closed on a Saturday. The restaurant is in a busy strip mall with tjmaxx and saks, etc, plus lots of small shops. There are a few tables out front and tables inside. They also do a lot of takeout from those working in the area. We both ordered sandwiches. My husband got their merguez sausage. And I ordered their lamb shawarma. Each sandwich came on a fluffy pita pocket bread also stuffed with hummus, Israeli salad, and tehini (I got this on the side as to me, the thin sesame sauce makes the sandwich soggy). While waiting for our sandwiches we tasted their pickles and marinated slaw/veggies. I liked that each wasn't overly vinegary. The Moroccan style grilled merguez (lamb and beef?) sausage was nicely spiced and had a slight peppery kick. The veggies and hummus served to tame the spice a bit. The shawarma (lamb) pieces were cumin/tumeric colored and sliced. Both sandwiches came with a side of coated fries. Service was good.

Doesn't look like much when. You past by it. But this place is SO GOOD. A tiny hole in the wall if you will with a power kitchen making grilled shawarmas. Depending on when you go, expect at least a 30min wait to get your first food in. They have a very small staff and usually it's just one runner/waiter. Everyone else is powering the kitchen. The food is always fresh and super tasty. You can tell that your food is made to order and not just waiting there to fill your pita. PD: the French fries are THE BOMB!

The Boca Grill has remarkable meditation food. Great Jerusalem mixed grill just like in Israel. All the salads are fresh and delicious.

Recently came back to Boca Grill for a Call Ahead To Go Order. I was told it would be 20 minutes but turned out to be 45. Not sure what happened since I arrived and asked several time if my To Go Order was ready. The waitress and waiter kept saying it's not ready until one of the cooks asked what I was waiting for. The cook quickly made the order to go. The chicken pitas that we ordered where a large piece uncut meat stuffed in a pita. Missed the add in's we requested and was just ok. Not sure if the waitress was new but I had asked for a sample of the soup if the day a few times and said it was coming. Unfortunately for the restaurant I never got a sample and did not order one either. I would go back but knowing there pickup timing is not 100% I'll elect to arrive a little later than they state. Or order the food when we arrive at Boca Grill so it's what we want.

I never write negative reviews even less so for Kosher restaurants but this one the worst experience I had in years. We waited 45 minutes for a simple sandwich. the Kebab meat tasted rotten. The hummus is very liquid and drowns all the other elements. The Sabich only had Israeli Salad, liquid humus and nothing else. They forgot the eggplant.. They messed up all the orders. I strongly recommend you don't go there. and the cooks didn't wear masks and it was not ventilated. I would contrast that disaster with Pita Star in Hollywood...and it's not dirty and it tastes great there. To be 100% accurate, my son ate the Hot Dog. My wife and I didn't eat more than one bite of the Sabich and the Beef Kebab. The restaurant spent all of his time focusing on the Delivery Customers and ignore those who came. That problem is here to stay. We got a 10% discount. Not very generous given the fact that we ate nothing. Last, and it was almost funny, they came with an eggplant for my wife once we already left...

There is plenty of parking in a charming plaza, and the restaurant sits right on the lake with beautiful fountain and water views. The restaurant itself is very nice, with great lighting, cute tables that each include their own personal TV, a stylish bar area, and plenty of seating both indoors and outside. Our server was great. I believe his name was Felipe or Philip. The food was also very good. Chips and Guac: Thin, crispy chips that were not overly salted. The guacamole was fantastic, with fresh pico mixed in and a true guacamole taste, not just mashed avocado. Pomegranate Chicken: My friend ordered this and loved it. It was served over couscous with a dipping sauce on the side. All of the flavors worked really well together. Steak Tips: Cooked perfectly and served with a salad. My other friend really enjoyed this dish. The meat was tender and flavorful. Kids Meal: Not pictured, but the chicken tenders came with fries. The chicken was grilled, which I thought was a great option. The fries were a hit with both the toddler and mom, who happily snacked on them too. I had a glass of Pessimist wine after asking for a recommendation for something slightly sweeter. It was the bartender's suggestion. It was just okay for me. I did not find it sweet, but compared to a drier red, it was definitely smoother and softer in taste. We really enjoyed our visit and spent some time walking around outside afterward. Such a cute spot, and we would definitely return.

We walked through the review, and one thing became clear pretty quickly. The feta wasn't a mistake. It's part of how they build the dish. It's actually tied into their queso blanco and shows up as part of the garnish. The issue is that it's not listed anywhere in the menu description, and I made sure to point that out. To his credit, he said he'd take that back to the team. As for the rest of it, what I reviewed is what they're serving. No changes planned right now. Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. He was very engaging, a wonderful communicator, and we made our selections which started with the bacon wrapped dates (YUM). Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. This restaurant is upscale, yet with value pricing. Altogether, my husband and I encourage you to enjoy a lovely meal, and make sure to ask for KC! You won't be disappointed!

Also loved the atmosphere once again, it's just a very nice, open place to enjoy a meal and have a drink. We got a bunch of appetizers to start. The house made Ricotta with cracked pepper and olive oil was very delicious. I also loved the crispy zucchini slices, which were topped with peppadew peppers and a chili vinaigrette. Outstanding stuff. The seared ahi tuna was next level. The fish was fresh and beautifully seated and the mix of cucumber, aji amarillo, pineapple, cilantro and wasabi cream was sensational. One of the best dishes they make at Sixty Vines. The absolute best of the bunch was the truffle fries! They were amazing. They are basically crispy layered potatoes, almost like stacks of filo dough, fried and topped with pecorino, chives and lemon truffle cream. They were so good we ordered a second one! Considering how wonderful everything was to this point, we were expecting nothing but great things for the next course. However they completely dropped the ball and basically ruined our meal with lackluster entrees. Our party ordered the steak fries with chimichurri sauce, the double cabrenet burger, and several filet mignons. The amount of time it took to get the food was unreasonable. Once the appetizers were finished we had to wait somewhere around 20 to 25 minutes to get our mains, and the place was not that busy. I assume that the waitress just forgot or was busy with something else. As for the food, the quality of the steaks was not good all around. Everybody who got the filet mignon commented that the texture was chalky and weird. They were also all overcooked. And oddly, they decided to slice the steak before serving it, so it was very dry. Why would you pre slice a steak, all that's going to do is let the juices seep out and make the temperature drop. I honestly don't get it. The steak that came with the steak fries, I think it was a skirt steak, was also not the best cut. It was super fatty and a little chewy. The fries were good though but the meat was terrible. Finally the burger was completely overdone despite the person ordering it medium rare. Overall, not the best ending to a meal that started with such amazing dishes. Really striking contrast. And actually it made me think that I probably will not go back to Sixty Vines anytime soon. For a $350 meal they have to be doing a lot better. Dried out, overcooked steaks and burgers isn't going to cut it.

The experience just didn't come together. There was a bit of an attitude on arrival -- even with a reservation -- which set the wrong tone. From there, the service felt frenetic, with repeated warnings about kitchen delays, and the very loud atmosphere made for an overall uncomfortable evening. Dining is about more than just the food, and I was surprised that a place promoting its European roots didn't deliver the level of service and hospitality typically associated with that tradition. That said, the food was excellent and the pricing very fair. We had the Chicken Shawarma Hummus Bowl with pita, Chopped Salad, Kebab (the only dish I wasn't wild about), Pesto Burrata Pizza, and Landwer's Famous Schnitzel entrée -- a strong lineup overall. It was very tender, came with a fresh, minced tomato salad, and served split, whole. Pita was good, hot, fresh, soft and fluffy inside with a light exterior crisp. Chicken schwarma dinner with rice is tender and flavorful. Short rib hummus was OK. The hummus is nice and velvety, but the short ribs could've used more seasoning and was dry and hard around the edges. The chicken made a better pairing. Service was slow and lacking. We were seated quickly, but it took a while for a waiter to come. After being seated just past 7pm, our appetizer arrived 20+ minutes after ordering, and entrees didn't come until 8pm. Nearby empty tables went unwiped for most of our stay, and it was off-putting to watch staff only partially clean them while handling the tops of salt and pepper shakers with unclean hands. I was not surprised to see health violations listed here afterwards. The experience worsened with dessert. Our Basque cheesecake came with a thick layer of chocolate instead of the berry coulis listed on the menu. When I mentioned the discrepancy so he could inform future guests, the waiter repeatedly suggested I speak to the manager, despite me saying it wasn't necessary. His tone wasn't kind, and it felt dismissive--especially since he had served the dish and could clearly see the difference. We will not be returning nor recommending.
