I ordered this and the guy just dips it in mayonnaise and then sprinkles hot Cheetos. Look at this shit! I asked where's the cheese as stated in the description? He said it's in the chips. Wow ok! I asked for it to be put into a plate...he says they don't have plates. I wanted to try their taro but the first time I ordered it it still had a bunch of the flavored drink mix powder, which hadn't dissolved right which usually occurs because you don't shake it enough then I went back to go buy another one and then he proceeded to make my drink taste like tapwater with ice and mixed with milk, I have tried to drink before, but none of them have been as bad as the one that I've gotten it it's still pretty good place. I just recommend that you make sure he doesn't just put fricking milk and tea in there. And not actually the flavor drink mix. read more

Eh. I've never been anywhere that makes you pay to add boba to the already over-priced drink. That's ridiculous. I really wish I would have checked reviews before paying for these drinks. One of my boys ordered the Thai tea, which was the most tolerable of all the ones we ordered. It was underwhelming and not something we'd come back for. My other kid ordered the lavender milk tea. I'm not sure there was even lavender in the drink! It tasted like watered-down sweet black tea. Not good. He couldn't finish it. I ordered the taro one. Whoa! If you like drinking the milk after a bowl of fruit loops, then this is the bev for you. It was waaaaaay too sweet. I don't eat cereal, so I was definitely not a fan. Second time I've been here so far and thought I should leave a review before I forget about today's experience! The day started off gloomy and as the sun started to shine, I was craving some boba. Speaking of experiences, the first time I came here was after my friend was helping me practice riding my motorcycle, I felt it would be refreshing to sip on some boba after sweating up a storm in the 85+ degrees heat. The first time, I got the blended lavender milk tea with boba. Mmm, that was so worth it, I've been on a floral expedition these days with lavender, rose, and other flavors. Today, my friend and I stopped by after lunch and I wanted rose but I also wanted taro... So I asked the guy, has anyone tried a rose+taro combo (blended)? He said it was pretty good so I took his word for it. WOW! I have never finished boba as fast as I did today! They even had the custard because last time they didn't. It was bomb!! Yes, I said bomb... I definitely think that's my new favorite combo! Mmm.. So yummy. I want another one. I literally had to savor the last few sips I had left. My friend got the strawberry milk tea (iced) but it tasted a little bland. Anywho, I will be back for some more! Plus they got punch cards... I love punch cards (: P.S. First time I went. The blended strawberry drink was good. The second time I went the drink itself was good but the black tapioca pearls were soft and mushy and nasty. I've had a lot of bobo's and I've never had nasty old mushy slimy pearls like that. And I've also never been to a place called bobolastic that you have to pay extra to get the bobas and their pictures show a drink with the bobas in it they're just milking you more and the drink is already almost $7 to begin with without the boba!! I won't be back either and I will not recommend it to other places nobody wants slimy nasty old way past their prime bobas. I'm pretty sure they're using old tapioca pearls. they don't want to throw them away and lose money. If I'm going to pay $8 for a boba drink I want some good fresh tapioca pearls s in it. I can only speak for the taro milk tea with pearls. The milk tea was not bad - very sweet and creamy. An addicting level of sweetness. Could have more taro flavor. Boba pearls were horrible - extremely soft and mushy. It was just gross. Pearls are chewy and springy. But it was a good level of sweetness. Milk tea in general isn't cheap. This place has average high pricing, I paid over $4 but it was a large cup. They're located in the Aloha Mall shopping center among the food pod cluster on the Little Cesar's side of the parking lot. Look for the small pod with pictures of boba and flags. Super nice guy inside! Samples were offered. If I had a huge milk tea and sugar craving, I wouldn't mind returning. read more

Kind of a weird location I would have never seen in passing but overall a decent spot surrounded with a few mexican food carts and a waffle place. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu and personally find it hard to understand but the bubble teas were amazingly good. Nevertheless the guy working that day was patient and friendly. They have lots of different options and add-ons as far as boba and popping bubbles. They also have yummy looking chocolate dipped bananas and strawberries. My kids gave this place the thumbs up! So disappointed. We went on 7/26. We are from out of town, and are always excited to try new boba places. This was not a good experience. The worker was not very friendly, and took a while to greet us, even though we were the only ones in line. He made my son's drink wrong, and fixed it when I mentioned it. He seemed pissed that we noticed? He made it wrong again, but we didn't notice until we left. At that time, we noticed that mine wasn't made correctly either. I LOVE this place! It's $4.65 for a base drink -- you can get hot, milk, or blended. Then another $0.60 for a topping, e.g., honey boba, lychee jelly, etc. so total will come to $5.25 if you want a topping. There are so many flavors and toppings to choose from! I am so impressed. I have gotten the following combinations and they're all delicious: + blended honeydew w/ honey boba & 1/2 portion lychee jelly + blended vanilla rose w/ honey boba + blended vanilla custard w/ double portion honey boba ($5.85) It does NOT cost extra to mix two flavors. Oh, aaaand for those who are concerned about dairy, they use a non-dairy creamer for all the drinks!! For those concerned about caffeine, all of the blended drinks do not contain caffeine. Yay! Another Yelp! reviewer said her drink only had 12 bobas. I counted and had way more than 12 bobas in mine and I've been here multiple times. I think the amount they put in is plenty and you can always pay for a double portion if you really want a lot. Bobas are nice and warm and soft; not all hard and frozen like at Bubble Bubble. Customer service is almost always excellent. Only one size, which is fine with me. I won't feel like I'm getting ripped off for either getting a smaller or bigger size; able to avoid all that psychological marketing nonsense. If you go often like I do, be sure to get a punch card! This is my fourth time eating here and I have to admit I am consistently disappointed. I eat poke bowls and boba tea often. I am talking like at least once a week. So when they bring their truck to my neighborhood I was excited at first. The boba in my milk tea is not only old but I only had 8!!!! Other places put tons of boba in our drinks but only 8 in mine. My kids popping boba was also scant. The cheese fries my kids normally love had hard dry nacho cheese. But worse of all my poor pathetic poke bowl was a disgrace to poke. I asked for half rice and half salad which they gave me double rice no salad. The crab, corn, and rest of toppings was less than a tablespoon. The avocado was browning bad. And the bowl only half filled. Every poke place I have ever gone to fills bowls to the lid. They were handing out people's food to wrong people and one item at a time. When I asked where the rest of my order was they were confused and I had to pay again for items they left off. I told the kid I said two orders of strawberries and even confirmed it with him and he said I thought you meant just two strawberries which is one order. They are unorganized and sloppy. Wow. This has become home to the worst bubble tea I've ever had. The quality was never the best, but it's gone downhill fast. I think they've stopped caring. My husband and I stopped here yesterday and couldn't even finish our teas they were so bad. We've had the boba slung at the shadiest of Asian supermarkets, but nothing was as bad as this place. We ordered a pineapple and pomegranate tea with boba. I could count the number of tapioca balls in my drink. There were 12 in a large drink. You'd sip and sip and sip without any boba. The boba that was there was old and just disintegrated with one chew. There was hardly any flavoring in the drink and by the time the ice melted a bit it just tasted like stale ice. I couldn't even finish it; I dumped it down the sink. My husband asked me to try his pomegranate and tell me exactly what it reminded me of; the answer was Kool Aid. It tasted exactly like Kool Aid. So we had an entirely flavorless drink and one that tasted familarily cheap with hardly any toppings to make it worth drinking. They are cutting corners way too much to make it worth $5 for a drink. With places opening with lines out the door like Zero Degrees, I can't see this place keeping up. read more

Im hoping these are the same owners of the food truck that was added to the forest grove food truck location.....if it's not then disregard this review. I came to the new food truck park in forest grove that is still being worked on looks like there will be more trucks opening but as of now there is only 3 trucks open for business. I ordered the regular hot dog and my sister got the chili dog. First with the good THE SAUSAGE! The sausage was very tasty it had a good flavor and was nicely cooked, unfortunately that was the only good part. The bun was dry and hard to bite because not only was it dry it was stiff....it was stiff because the way that the bun was heated was in the microwave! I know this because it taste just like when you put bread in the microwave and you over do it and it goes stiff! My sister was also not a fan of her chili dog. Maybe I'll give this place another try next time I stop by the food trucks read more

Fabulous little bubble tea hut. Visiting from out of town & thank goodness for the great Yelp reviews leading us here. Lots of selections to choose from. Even new ideas we had not heard of such as my new favorite "Lavender Milk". Yummy!!! My hubby got the blended strawberry bubble tea & loved it as well. Also the young man behind the window was easy going, lighthearted & made our little quick experience even better. Why didn't we give it a 5 star? The bees. We were a bit afraid of being stung since they comfortably swarmed the hut. They must really like their bubble tea as well :) The young man said they are always around & as long as he remains calm & doesn't freak out, everybody is ok. I need to learn from that guy. i've been coming to this place for years and i adore it. i usually order a blended thai milk tea with honey boba but i've tried a variety of their menu items and they don't seem to disappoint. I have been here a couple time. I always get blended taro with honey boba. It's really delicious. My bf ordered a green tea boba, sadly it isn't made freshly, just powder kind). I have had their corn with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Also good(could be a bit warmer). First visit I asked to have a chocolate banana, they weren't finished being made. So a second visit I ordered it( tasted not so fresh) but the banana was nice and cold. I ordered my normal drink with boba and had to wait ten minutes for the boba to finish cooking.
