not sure what's going on with their rebrand to zero& and then rebranding again back to mocha, but here's the tea: the premium milk tea was good, but tasted just like any other milk tea. the matcha tornado did not have strong matcha flavor and we were left a bit disappointed after having high hopes for it. the strawberry marble was good and tasted like strawberry lychee jelly straws but in slush form. perhaps the best part of the drinks was the boba. it was cooked perfectly and was nice and chewy! overall, there are better spots in the beaverton area for boba, but perhaps we will be back another time to try their soufflé.
We ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba and a Lychee Jasmine Green tea. The lychee green tea was good, a little too sweet even after adjusting the sweetness level. The Jasmine milk tea had barely any taste of Jasmine. It was like drinking milk. I was not impressed. I don't think I'd be back at this spot. There is street parking as their parking lot only has a handful of spots.
Everytime i go here the drink isn't blended well enough. For the quantity of customers there each time I've been you would think it would be made better. I got the pink minion and it's was like drinking ice. The honey toast was also like not toasted. The bread was all soft and was very bland.
Everything about this place has always been good. Great drinks, food, and friendly staff. It even has a nice cozy spot upstairs to study or hangout. All I dislike is the change in their menu, price, and size of milk teas reducing to only 16oz. I will probably only go here a few more times to use up my punch cards, but that will be it for me.
Brick toast was delicious(berry cute). I just wish they had more options like they did before. Customer service was amazing. We got our food and drinks in a timely manner.

Finding parking can be a little tricky because the area has gotten busy (if you park in lot beside it, you will need to use QR code to pay). I recall honey toast being good, so we wanted to try the waffle this time and it was delicious! Texture was spot on - light, airy, crispy on outside to hold up to the ice cream, whip, strawberry sauce on top. Loved having strawberries and blueberries in the mix to keep things fresh. That combo of warm waffle plus cold sweet toppings is a winner!
I just want to say that no matter how good the offerings are, cleanliness still should be priority. My standards are not that high usually, but I could not really enjoy my bingsu when the floor is sticky, dirty, and it basically a little smelly, especially the seats at the back. I had to move to the front. I hope the owner will put more effort into this, and it will improve the overall customer experience. The menu selection itself is pretty good, so no complains on that part.

I emphasized no spicy since my family can't handle spicy foods very well. I also ordered fried tofu, too. Both were $6 each. They give you a generous amount of tofu and popcorn chicken. Perhaps by the time I got home, the food got cold the chicken was not as crunchy and "popcorn" like but the flavor was good and it was not spicy at all- yay. The tofu had a dipping sauce with it which I liked because the tofu was very much tasteless and the sauce had a bit of a vinegar soy sauce flavor to it. I guess without the chilli flakes, you need some sauce. The tofu had a lovely fried texture. The batter was thin and you can still enjoy the actual tofu. The popcorn chicken was good on its own though!

It seemed like I came at an off time because there was no crowd at all woohoo! I'm a fan of cheese tea or foam teas since they still feel pretty light in terms of dairy content. I went with a regular black tea with 75% sugar with the foam and was super happy with what I got! Initially, I was a bit worried about the price which seemed steep but honestly you get a giant cup of tea for what you pay, so it seems valid. My drink came out quickly and was pretty solid! Service was sweet and I could definitely see myself popping in to try some of their other dessert items in the future!
Stopped by for a quick drink + snack on a cold Friday evening. First time here. They have a small parking lot which may be full when you get there. You may opt to park on the street or across at the U.S. bank parking lot. You may need to pay for parking at the bank's lot. I found the place clean, nice ambiance, and friendly staff. Ordered the $6 Thai It Up which was highly recommended. I ordered it hot since it was super cold outside. Added Bobba. The Thai Tea contains cream brûlée cloud and crashed Oreos. Tasty. Also got the $7 popcorn chicken which was recommended by Bailey who was amazing. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more
Great cafe for coffee, tea and light snacks. I loved the soufflé here, it was warm and fresh. The bubble tea was good too. The seating area is cozy and makes it a pleasant spot to relax. It is self-serving, which makes it quick and easy. read more
The Strawberry Marble slush is very refreshing on a hot day and taste similar to the Asian jelly straw snacks I used to eat when I was little. The name is a bit misleading because I was hoping it would have the cream inside it like their Matcha Tornado had, but it's really just a strawberry slush. read more

The popcorn chicken was crunchy, flavorful and there was plenty of it!! I chose the sweet and sour today. They offer teriyaki, plain and spicy as well. Choose your side which I wanted double white rice and I had leftovers for lunch the next day. This paired perfectly with my taro boba to wash it all down. Stopped in for a quick drink while in the area, Nice, friendly service. I got a Strawberry Marble which is strawberry and lychee and it is very refreshing and not too sweet. If i'm back in this area I would stop here again. read more
I like all of the variety here at Mo Cha Tea House! There's bubble tea, snacks, shaved ice, brick toast, and finger food. I ordered a lavender milk tea with sea salt cream ($6) and chicken wings ($6). I got less ice and 75% sweet in the bubble tea, but it was still pretty sweet for my taste. I would bring it down to 25% next time. I could taste the lavender, but something about it tastes artificial.... not sure if I would order the bubble tea here again if they're using powder in their drinks. The chicken wings were good - very crunchy with a salt, pepper, and 5-spice taste. They let you choose a sauce to go with the chicken wings, so I got ranch. This place seems like a popular hangout spot for teens. It was really busy, but there's also a ton of seating and an upstairs floor with more seats and privacy. The tables were a bit sticky though, so it would've been nice to have it cleaned. I would come back to try the shaved ice or brick toast! The brick toast looks like it's a good one to share with others. read more

Mo Cha Tea - I am about to make a confession to you and I appreciate the safe space to do it. They opened in 2016, are literally BLOCKS away from my home and this is the first time I have tasted them. I was having one of those days...feel me here my friends... anxiety attack, I want to go out but no... I need snacks. NO, I need sweets... I am craving fruit.... But maybe I want chocolate later...damn it... Mo Cha Tea...THANK YOU. This is one of those YOU BLEW MY MIND reviews because I just discovered this spot right by me might now be a favorite spot and they just earned that on a damned takeout order which speaks even more to this gem. They are in one of my favorite buildings so I have always wanted to go in but now I know I want to be a regular. Each of the items I got deserves it's own spot so I will do that and I legit took a bite from each before saying OMG I WAAAAY ordered too much yet I have zero regrets. Item numero 1 is their crab wontons...some of the better I have ever had! Super crispy wonton wrappers cooked perfect with an amazingly tasty creamy filling plus a normal sweet and sour dip sauce. Great price too and you get 6! Deliciousness and I love that they have a great pile of snack and nosh options if you are hungry for more than drinks and desserts. I was craving a smoothie and, being honest, I really am not into bubble tea AT ALL... I am, however, down for a smoothie. Their fresh strawberry is pretty amazing and even grabbing it at 100% sweet which I was nervous about but I am a hummingbird so why not but genuinely I can be overly sweetened. This unexpectedly not overly sweet or overly fruity. It is clearly really fruit! The fake stuff is just gross and super syrupy so the flavor is too much but this was so surprisingly real. I was barely able to have a lot SO I am excited for later since I mixed it well and tossed it into the freezer for an ice cream treat. Also - they have many milk options. I tried my first order with whole milk but plan to try almond milk later or you can opt for no milk at all. Again, with that fruit craving I saw their brick toast which was described on the to go menu as a vanilla cake. There are no words for this magic. It is like you mated your favorite waffle with your favorite vanilla cake. I asked for whipped cream and why not a scoop of ice cream which was blueberry. Friends... they added fresh blueberries, strawberries, drops of strawberry syrup and even little delicious gummies. I was not prepared for the epic size so invite friends to join you. They will not stop thanking you because this is probably one of the tastiest desserts I have ever had. I also tossed most of this in my freezer and I cannot wait to see how that goes. Lastly is the Oreo smoothie because...let's revisit that, screw it...I am ordering half the menu to take a bit from each and freeze it all. On one hand I highly recommend this to you folks who want coffee and a dessert because I was not expecting the coffee flavor with the Oreo. I definitely did not hate it though since the only way I enjoy coffee is if it's somehow also ice cream. I do look forward to seeing what my freezer does to this though. read more
When things get stressful at work and your stomach is grumbling - what do we want? Carbs and sugar - Mo Cha Tea House got you covered! I don't recall many toasty competition in this bread n' ice cream topped world, but I'm happy to have one locally available. Don't let the word "MINI" fool you - the toast with ice cream, tiny squishy mochi, drip a handful of pecans, drizzled it with honey - finished off with decadent macaron. ($8) It would have served 2 portion with my personal serving size. It's cold outside, so I had milk tea ($5) heated, and was quite content sharing the table with my little coffee tree friend I bought from nearby plant shop Staghorn. But I prefer the laidback atmosphere here... large windows, friendly service, chill music, and very clean :) Only down side is that the bread was little dated and dry. Not sure if that's the intended texture, but I hoped for moist bread to meld into the sweets, so couldn't finish it. So deducted one star. I'd like to return for chicken wings ($9) and kale salad ($2) very affordable for quick fun meal. Wouldn't break a bank to bring kiddos - but be prepared for the sugar sugar.... high. read more

A regular to bubble tea (boba) shops but a first to Mo Cha Tea House in Beaverton. I highly recommend this spot! Here's my experience: Like typical bubble tea shops, you walk up to the counter to purchase your drinks and additional snacks before sitting down. The inside was extremely clean, and the service was friendly. I ordered a hot Crembru Milk Tea and S'More N More Toast. Crembru Milk Tea: - I loved how the drink tasted, and you could easily identify the Crème brûlée flavor. WARNING . The Crembru Milk Tea comes out extremely hot! It's great for the cold Portland winter but be careful to avoid burning your mouth. S'More N More Toast: - Originally came to Mo Cha Tea House for the brick toast and was not disappointed! The S'More N More came with brick toast that was light and crisp paired perfectly with the ice cream and whip cream. On top also includes strawberry, shaved chocolate flakes, marshmallows, and granola cracker. Overall, Mo Cha Tea House was an excellent location to fulfill my brick toast and bubble tea needs. I will be back again soon! read more

Not sure if my favorite or even a solid go to but based on convenience, location and available parking ....This would be a safe bet!! Don't sleep on the pop or chicken and make sure u ask for spicy powder dressing!!! read more

Mo Cha Tea House is pretty decent, in terms of boba and atmosphere. Nice ambiance for hanging out with friends or for studying (free wifi!). I got the house milk tea with boba with 25% sugar. Boba was soft and chewy, just what I look for in bubble tea. I wish the tea taste was a bit stronger, but other than that, not bad at all. Boba shops usually add extra cost for toppings, but I was surprised they didn't charge extra for boba, which I guess is nice. read more

I found love at first bite when I dug into this decadent Mo Cha Brick Toast! The thick toast is fluffy in the middle and crispy on the outside! With a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream sitting on top, the creaminess soaks into the warm bread, creating a sweet contrast of mixed temperatures! It's topped with mochi, a waffle roll, strawberry, almond slices and a macron, then drizzled with sweet chocolate drizzle. Yum! I'm impressed by the flavor, texture, and presentation of this beautiful dish! Also really enjoyed the coffee boba! It's creamy, rich and delicious! It's a pretty big portion size too! :D read more
First time here! The menu is large and they have both drinks desserts and food at a good price point. My drink was large, the tea was good, didn't have a powder taste (not sure if they use powder or actually tea didn't pay attention) the boba was a good amount and was smaller size than most locations. read more

Oh, for sweet's sake, Mo Cha Tea House is one cool boba and ice cream shop. From the first interaction at the order counter, sweetness was served in cute portions culminating in one very Instagramable dessert toast. It's called Berry Cute ... and it was with mounds of dreamy Ice Cream plus fresh Strawberries and fresh Blueberries topped with white Whipped Cream puffs and a pair of striped Waffle Rolls all on baby-soft toasted-bread cubes in a toasted-crust fortress. Annie Lennox would sing "sweet dreams are made of this" and, honestly, who am I to disagree? As a chaser (and to go), I also was sweet-talked into a Taro Smoothie which, of course, is best served like revenge: ice cold with hidden little pearls of wickedness. It was thick and smooth at the same time ... just how I like my smoothies. The boba was pretty plain, but not enough to ruin the purple goodness of taro. Sweet and repeat is my recommendation for Mo Cha Tea House. read more

Was in the area and looking for dessert. There's a small parking lot in front, but there's street parking if it's full. The sister tried the popcorn chicken and lobster balls. Neither left a strong impression with me. I found most the chicken pieces to be chopped up just a bit too small, so because of that, it seemed kind of over seasoned and a little salty. I got the mini Cute Berry Toast and really enjoyed it. It's a "mini" but it's definitely enough for 2 to share as a post dinner dessert. Or... you can just have it all to yourself like I did. Since I'm an adult, I chose to have dessert for my actual dinner. No regrets. read more

It wasn't last week but things are moving so fast I am sure it is or will be in the next week or two there is covered outdoor space behind the restaurant on a back street in that area of town
