    Beef Hot Soup
    Selina H.

This place was pretty good for individual hot pots! I got the beef soup and it comes with a lot of different things in it which is a nice variety, like taro, fish cakes, tofu, etc. The beef was alright. It was a bit chewy but it was a decent amount of beef. The soup itself was flavorful and the portions were filling for one person. There's plenty of seating and service was quick! Overall it's a decent place to stop by in Beaverton.

Visiting Portland, A friend wants a hot pot. It was not busy. I ordered kimchi dumpling, mild. I should have ordered medium. The bean and soy sauce mixture reminded me of Thai sukiyaki sauce. The sauce added extra favor. There were varieties in the soup, dumplings were good. I added vermicelli noodle instead of rice. It is extra cost for instant noodle. I did not care for sausage. Service was good. They checked on us to refill the soup.

Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5 This hot pot spot stays open until 10 PM, making it a convenient choice when those late night cravings hit. The restaurant operates with an iPad ordering system, so after checking in, there's minimal interaction with the staff. They did forget our drink order, which only arrived midway through our meal, but it wasn't a major issue. Ordered: *#4 Curry Flavor Hot Soup* The broth had a good amount of toppings, and the curry flavor was present. However, the broth itself wasn't particularly memorable. *#12 Seafood Hot Pot* Despite ordering the spicy level, the broth was bland and lacked the kick I was expecting. None of the toppings tasted particularly fresh I'm sure it was all frozen seafoods, however I do like that they filled everything to the brim. Overall this spot gets the job done for satisfying hot pot cravings, especially late at night. The personal serving pots and wide range of options are a plus, and there's plenty of seating, making it a good spot for groups. However, the flavors didn't leave a lasting impression, and it wouldn't be my top choice for hot pot.

Beware of cockroaches in the soup. Check the bottom of the pot before you start eating. I found the roach when I was almost finished with the meal. It was at the bottom of the pot. So disgusting. The size of it looked like a baby roach. The cook said it is "impossible" . Denying responsibility immediately when I confronted him. I will be reporting this to the food safety board.

It's been a while since I've dined in here but it's still as delicious as I remembered. Ordering on the iPad was fast and easy and our food came out quickly. I got mild on both soups but probably could have tried medium bc it's not super spicy. I would have loved if you could adjust the sweetness level on the boba drinks but the flavors are quite good. The calamari are a little over breaded. The broths in both were delicious but I definitely wish it came with more. They offer you refills of broth but I think it's mostly just water because the refills definitely diluted the flavor. Overall, delicious food and I'll def be back!

Customer service is so lovely here! I came in about 30mins before closing before the reopened for dinner and they didn't rush me at all. I don't recommend other people come too close their closing time but I appreciated them letting me take my time. The food was very fresh and flavorful as always!

It's been several years since I last came but I forgot how delicious the hot pot is here! It's Taiwanese style hot pot where they serve individual sized pots. The menu lists all the ingredients in each type of hot soup so it helped when deciding which soup to order. We ordered the Beef Hot Soup and Seafood Lobster Hot Soup. The beef hot pot was rich with the beef broth flavor and all the fillings tasted great in it. The seafood hot pot had a light seafood flavor that complimented all the seafood and other fillings in it. Both hot pot broths were very clean and easy on the stomach, I could easily eat most of the hot pot even for lunch. I'm glad I rediscovered this place, time to add it to my rotation!

We've been to this place a few times before. But the quality seems to go downhill lately. We ordered the beef hot soup and cheesy milk hot soup. The beef hot soup was ok. All the meat were edible. But the cheesy milk one was quite bad. First the soup is tasteless. Without the garlic soy condiments I won't be able to eat any of that. The pork on top are very dried and bland as well. I do like that they put lots of varieties of vegetables in it.

So good, very hot, got to know to turn down the heat as this bowl holder has a flame under it that can be controlled by a lever. The drink was delicious as well. Waitress came and refilled our water without asking. Thank you!

The spicys taiwanese soup was delicious. Solid 10/10 we asked for bowls on the side because we were making a huge mess. we also got a steamed rice on the side and dumplings. the dumplings were fire 8.5 outta ten great little crisp to them the filling was spectacular. I am a huge fan of rice this comment isnt needed but of course the rice was amazing. they came and refilled out broth without us asking witch was super great. and we even got to order ourselves on a ipad! I loved it here very quiet music but good music.

very efficient with ordering yourself on the tablet that's at each table and can even choose to order boba tea if you want. We ordered one pot per person, non spicy Thai flavor soup, Taiwanese supreme hot soup and Japanese miso hot soup. Each can choose with rice or vermicelli noodle as an additional side, my Japanese miso one comes with udon and Taiwanese one comes with ramen already and Thai one had vermicelli also. They keep the pot hot with the flame under and it can be adjusted to turn down the temperature of the broth, if you run low they can also fill up your pot with clear hot broth as well. Very large restaurant with lots of seating and great for socializing or gathering as you can eat at your own pace while your food stays hot and talk as long as you want (until they need you to leave). Come here if you're craving for hotpot but don't really want to want to buy all true ingredients to prep or don't want to eat a large amount. The size is perfect for one person and or to share. 10/10 recommend, pricing varies depending on when you go lunch vs dinner and which one you choose.

Good portion of food for the price that you pay for. This was our first time and I enjoyed the experience. It was a little bit after 8 PM on a Saturday night and we were able to be seated right away. The food comes out as an individual hot pot, and every order gets its own. We ordered via an iPad on the table and they also had a physical menus that described what was inside each hot pot item. In addition to the hot pot, they also sold bubble tea items. I had the Japanese Miso Hot Soup and the Taro Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. The broth was not as flavorful as expected; next time I might opt for a different broth flavor or a higher spice level. The bubble tea was honestly average. Friendly staff. One of the staff members came to refill our broth, and while the staff checked in on us frequently, we were taken aback by a staff member who asked "was there something wrong with the food?" when we asked for to-go containers. Nothing wrong with the food, just large portions that couldn't be finished because we were full haha.

There are booths where you order food to come cooked, and then the hot pot tables where you order the ingredients and cook them yourself. It's very interactive, and they have plenty of meats, vegetables, tofu, dumplings and noodles. You can choose the broth you want at the beginning and they'll bring out the pot. Each pot is split in 2, so you order one regular broth and then a spicy broth. They also have a veggie broth, which I really enjoy. You can grab things from the salad bar, and they have different sauces/oils you can take and add to your soup. You're able to really customize the experience. It's a fun little experiment you get to do with your friends and family. The space itself is busy with customers walking around and staff brining drinks and food, but it's not crazy. We joke that the steam from the soup is a nice facial treatment. Lol. You can end the night with an ice cream cone and lollipop in the waiting room. I've been a few times, and I will say the first time is overwhelming with trying to figure out what to do, but after that you get more confident and interested in curating a soup that's to your taste.

The server didn't bother to ask if we understood how to order and were super unhelpful every time we asked a question, kind of waving us off. Apparently you place an order and have to wait 20 minutes before you can place another order? What? I've been to kbbq plenty of times and have never been met with this delay. We got their original soup base and curry base. Both were mid. Not very flavorful until the very very end when we had finished cooking and were ready to leave. Maybe eating boiled meat just isn't for me, but I feel like everything was pretty bland and tasteless. The best part of the meal was the ice cream we grabbed on the way out imo. They gave us $20 off coupons randomly, said we couldn't use them that night. Probably a ploy to get us to go back, but not even with a discount like that would I go back. Straight to the trash. Save yourself and go to kbbq or the Asian buffet that's 10 min away. Disappointing night out with the fam.

My other question was, "Can I get the hot pot while my friend gets the pho?" You can't do this (not the AYCE option), which is understandable and fine, so she showed me the menu where you can get the Mongolian soup with all the hot pot broths and proteins. I've had hot pot in Vancouver, BC and asked for their spiciest, and it was the spiciest thing I've ever eaten a full meal of. So I got the medium spice and it wasn't spicy at all. And in fact, it was so bland, I saw there was salt on the table after I had finished and I thought, "That's what this was missing... salt!" The flavor was so non-existent it didn't even seem like they used salt. Which makes me sad. I wonder if the sweet and spicy broth had any flavor. The only thing I liked about the entire soup (I got the beef and meatballs and added pork belly) were surprisingly the meatballs, when I thought that sounded the least appealing. My friend said she enjoyed her pho, but I don't think I would even come back here to find out if I did too, and I work 3 minutes away. Also, they must have moved because the pictures of the outside have changed and there is no karaoke stage anymore. When I walked in at 6pm on a Wednesday, I was the first one there. Only two other tables showed up. It pains me to see people pour their hearts out into owning a restaurant only for it to be empty, but I sadly could also see why. It was nothing personal. Just lacking in quality taste. I wish them the best though, can't be easy to run a restaurant.

We wished there were more lettuce to wrap the salad in. It came with ground pork tossed in shallots. Very flavorful. We did need more lettuce for this. It came with three lettuce. The appetizers we ordered is Asian flies, which are deep fried lotus root served with side of sriracha sauce and sweet chili sauce. This was surprisingly very crispy and delightful. The flavors of the sauce adds more depth to the lotus root The second appetizer is the Thai Fish Cakes. This was fish cakes patties and it was delicious. Very flavorful. We definitely love the salad and appetizers Kamdee Value set is like a predetermined hot pot. It came with stewed beef, sliced pork, pork liver, meatballs, basil and some others. The broth was really rich. It came with sides of pork rinds and crispy wontons and three types of noodles: rice noodles, egg noodles and vermicelli. We find the ingredients very flavorful but broth was very rich. The noodles were very hard to pull apart. Don't know if it's too cold or needs more water. The crispy prawns in tamarind sauce was interesting. Batter was not crispy enough. The prawns were good. Green beans was neutral. This is in Beaverton Town Square. Right by Traders Joe. There are many other places to explore here. The restaurant is small. Only 10 tables that fit 4 people and 2 tables that fit two. One round table that fit 5. If there is a party, tables are needed to be rearranged to accommodate. Service was good. Came by a few times.
