    Lemongrass chicken. YUM!!

This weekend June 13-14 they are running a spend $50.00, save $10.00 includes alcohol/wine/beer. "Tell your server" is the note on the offer. We just had an incredible huge lunch and saved ten bucks. Excellent service. Thank you Pho Van! I'm glad I subscribe to your email offers.

There are a lot of Pho places in the area but this is tops for combo of ambience and food. We've come here for decades when we wanted more upscale Pho Service and wait are the downer, service is good when they finally get to you, came at 1:30pm and took forever even with open tables, but good food!

Solid Vietnamese spot for Beaverton. Wide menu selection with dishes including soups and rice plates. Ordered a combo rice plate which including pork chop, grilled honey lemongrass pork and shrimp, dried shredded pork, pork skin, and egg and pork patty. Some of the proteins were better than others. The skewers with pork and shrimp were flavorful bit a bit dry, as was the shredded pork. The pork chop was delicious though and has a ton of flavor and juiciness. Friendly staff. Casual and convenient.

This spot is the go to for pho in our family. We decided to come to celebrate a birthday in the family. It was for 4 of us. We came on a weekday evening. Plenty of parking, as the location is in a decent sized shopping center. The restaurant was decorated in a traditional Vietnamese style, with paintings and signage. There were a couple people inside, dining. It was not totally packed yet. We had no made a reservation and were promptly seated. We were then given menus, waters, and utensils. I chose the #2 Tai Ñam pho and the cha gio for the appetizer. For the pho, you are able to choose between a small and large. I chose a small. My family chose a variety of things, such as the Bo La lot. Our appetizers were delicious, this was my first time trying this specific dish. It was severed within 15 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by for our dinner to be served. The pho was perfection, especially the broth. Portions are generous. The noodles and beef were cooked great. I enjoyed my meal. My family did as well. As the evening had gone on, more people had shown up. Our server did his best in accommodating us, due to the crowd. He was very nice and friendly. Total came out to $129 with some change. We had leftovers and were satisfied. Thank you!

I came here for the first time and let me just say that the Pho was delicious!! The portions are so worth the price. Attended us very quickly and always came to check if we needed anything else. I also got a lychee lemonade which was DELICIOUS!!! Would definitely go back for just that haha. Anyways will definitely recommend giving it a try!

Greeted and seated right away 11:30am weekday, asked if we wanted a booth or table. Our server was efficient and fast. We waited for the rest of our party and when we ordered our server asked if all the toppings (like onion and cilantro) of certain dishes was okay for us. She also confirmed our order. Also asked if chopsticks were okay with us too. We started with two appetizers. The spring roll was fresh and the rice paper was the perfect consistency. The fried spring roll was really good, surprisingly not as greasy and stayed hot for a long while. My entree of the chicken vermicelli came out quickly and had a lot of chicken! There was so much I had to pack leftovers. Flavored well, tasted great, and an entree that hit the spot. We were checked in through out our meal and left full!

Pho Van in Beaverton is located within the Fred Meyer parking lot across the plaza. What a gem of my favorite Vietnamese food. The menu has a huge variety of dishes, I wanted to try one of my favorite dishes that typically is served with either white rice or vermicelli noodles. I ordered the #51 with all veggies, it's served on a bed of lettuce, cilantro, pickled carrot, jicama, fish oil your pick of protein and a large deep fried roll with peanuts. Plenty of food for two. I enjoyed it with chicken that is glazed and added some siracha. All of the protein and well cooked with a lot of flavor. The interior is extremely ample, great for dinner for two or a large party, the staff were very friendly and I was served very quickly. I have a favorite place where I would normally get my fill of Vietnamese food but I will be returning here to try the rest of the menu.

We're new to this area so e wandered in for a lte lunch. The decor is very pretty, lots of carved wood. Quiet, clean, good service. My husband ordered the steak & brisket Phó and really loved it. I tasted the broth and gave it a thumbs up. Nice anise flavor. I had the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl and didn't like it at all. The sauce was flavorless, the noodles more like thin spaghetti rather than rice vermicelli noodles. It did have lots of herbs, but not what I was expecting and I've had this dish many times. Basically lacked lemongrass flavor, was bland. The iced coffee was good, as expected. Overall I would say it's an average and not anything write home about Phó place. I preferred Phó Oregon. Phó Bistro up in Hillsboro was good. I really enjoyed their Salmon salad.

I took a photo of the booth because the food was not worth a penny. I was more driven by the racism I encountered. They sat me in a row by myself, I was instructed that I needed to order and pay before being seated; then proceeded to lie to me that its their proceeder. The waiter didn't think I was paying attention to her seating the family that came in15mins after, and taking a card payment from another table who were done eating. I asked for my meat to be on the side and was told its against Health Department regulations (I thought that was just for togo orders?). The waitress proceeded to gave me a fork after I asked for a chopstick. My food, sigh it was a disappointment, I was given old broth and had to ask for fresh one. Never again

We came early on a Wednesday night and were the only ones here. What was good and bad? First let me say, we asked for help with ordering. The server couldn't understand why I was confused. I said I wanted the braised pork wide flat noodle and showed him the photo on Yelp. He told me to select stir-fry, then spicy pork flat noodle. I explained I didn't want spicy, he said it's not spicy then pushed the "less spicy" option. When the dish arrived, you could see the red peppers and it definitely was spicy! It was tasty but very spicy! My husband got the Mongolian beef which he said was good - he selected "no spicy". The only downside was it does not come with rice. Just Mongolian beef and lots of onions. We also ordered the bbq bao - do not order this - the dough was really "off" in both texture and flavor. I literally spit it out as did my husband. We'd come back but we'd be better prepared to order and we'd be way more cautious with what we order.

We got lucky and pulled into the last open spot. There were a good amount of people inside but we were seated right away. They have a little shop area in the front that was super cute too. Their menu is pretty large but in the best way. There's literally something for everyone from spring rolls to pho to banh mi. My friend and I each got our own DIY spring roll set and I got a cup of beef pho broth with an order of rice noodles to make a mini bowl of pho for myself on the side. The spring roll set comes with 4 sheets of rice paper, fresh veggies (lettuce, basil, cucumber, pickled carrots), rice noodles, your choice of protein (we chose pork sausage), and dipping sauce. The pho broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The spring rolls came out amazing and were so filling. My only suggestion would be to have the carrots shredded instead of sliced to get a more even distribution within the spring rolls. But overall it was a fantastic meal. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
