I came in and was greeted by the staff. I appreciate that they offer a sign to help you place your order. Boba is new for me and I have tried a few milk tea flavors. I came in to fulfill my taro milk tea craving and it was delicious! The milk tea tasted rich in flavor and the boba had a good texture. You can choose your level of sweetness and ice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Boba Tealight is clean, offers a few games and has several countertops seating and one table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a large taro flavored milk tea at $5.50 (they charge an additional .50 for a large cup) and black boba for .75. Total was $7.28. I noticed their pricing has been updated. I had a great experience, enjoyed my drink and would come back again.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are multiple options for milk teas, flavored milk, teas, fruity drinks and food. I got the honey milk tea at 75% sweetness. It was still a little too sweet for me, but I guess I should've realized that the honey would make it sweeter, so that's on me. The worker was very nice and was working really hard to keep up with the line. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is cute because they have claw machine machines in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is one of my go-to's because I live nearby. The workers are always nice and the drinks are delicious. The inside is small but there is still ample seating. I always order the Ube Swirl with 25% sweetness and it's delicious!

This is a really cool little spot with really affordable food to accompany the Boba. Where are you going to find sub $6 Banh Mi's and appetizers? We ordered the special signature sandwich, the calamari and crab Rangoon's and a couple of Boba's to boot. Service was really great and everything was made to order. Definitely will be frequency this spot a lot.

We all needed some caffeine today while we were in Gilbert and randomly chose this Boba spot, Boba Tealight @bobatealight. This turned out to be an extremely happy accident because this little snack stop was the highlight of our day. We were greeted warmly by the owner who took down our order with meticulous detail. He wanted to get the sweetness right on my Matcha milk tea so badly that he called me up and provided me with a little sample cup of the 25% sweet I had requested and asked if this was sweet enough for me. It was, and moments later my drink was ready. We sat at a table and picked a game of Uno from the game shelf in the seating area near a claw machine for stuffed toys and prizes. As we played, we enjoyed our drinks and snacks. We ordered: - Hot Matcha Milk Tea (25% sweet) - Iced Taro Milk Tea (100% sweet, 25% ice) - Iced Vietnamese Boba Coffee (100% sweet, 100% ice) - Fried Chicken Dumplings (6 piece) with Sweet Chili Sauce These chicken dumplings really hit the spot and I loved the sweet chili sauce. The owner came out of the kitchen and asked how we had enjoyed our drinks and we told him they were very good. I asked what he had put in my hot Matcha milk tea to make it taste so good. It had a floral and honey taste to the earthiness that was so delicious. He said that this was simply high-quality Matcha and nothing additional was added for flavoring. We had such fun, laughing and playing Uno and enjoying our drinks that I could've stayed there much longer. My daughter said the Vietnamese coffee was the good kind and nice and strong. There is a gender neutral restroom in the back for customers and a few high tables and chairs and a low table that seats four. I'm so grateful that this pleasant little café exists.

I ordered a peach slush with Mango Popping boba 75% sweetness and it was perfect! I highly recommend. The cashier was so friendly and very helpful when she was explaining the choices for me. Bubble tea spot serving small snacks, including banh mi! Located between Target and Ross, prices are on par with bubble tea spots in the valley ($4-6 from S/L sizes, toppings $0.50-$1). I do like how they have a large variety of toppings outside the typical black boba, such as egg pudding, aloe vera, three types of cheese foam, and more. Lots of milk tea, fruit tea, fresh tea, coffee, galaxy tea (layers drinks with the color-changing butterfly pea tea), specialty drinks, and even NA mojitos for the non-caffeine drinkers. Friendly and patient staff as we browsed the comprehensive menu. I got the mung bean milk tea, which was surprisingly very good! Great choice if you like mung bean - a thicker drink because they blend cooked mung beans, and mix in sweeteners after. Also got a grilled pork banh mi as a little snack - this was alright, not super stuffed, but fresh ingredients. Our group of 3 paid ~$35 for three drinks and three $5.99 banh mis, which wasn't bad. They have a variety of board games and card games if you want to hang out. Also have a few mini claw machines if you want to try your luck for $1+. We stayed around to play a board/card game. Not too much seating, but we sat at a bar height table while we munched and played.

Love this place so much! Their boba is so good, I loved how I could taste the tea, yet it's creamy and their boba is perfectly cooked and chewy and soft! And popcorn chicken is so good! Good amount, crispy outside, chewy inside, and the price is so good! Some places would charge close to $8 while they keep the price pretty good! Located in a mall area, so plenty of parking! So far, one of my favorite boba and snack spots in Gilbert (:

Love it when cafes have Vietnamese egg coffee!! I stopped by this boba shop to get work done on a weekday afternoon. and I enjoyed my stay. The shop had kpop playing softly in the background, and there were little claw game machines in the back. The employees seemed like a casual bunch that all got along, and they offered great service. I enjoyed both the banh mi and Vietnamese coffee with egg foam there. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Love the popcorn chicken the seasoning is churchy and hot made to order. Staff is always so friendly and drinks never disappoint.

I've walked by this spot a few times located in a shopping center that has a lot of stores such as Target, Petco etc... so there is plenty of parking. I was greeted by friendly staff that also helped me with my order. The popcorn chicken was delicious and I chose the spicy vs without, highly recommend. The sweet sauce was a good dip for it. Sweet potato fries were good and crispy with a nice seasoning. I will definitely come here again. It looks like they are known for the boba hence the name of their space. Sadly I have never cared for boba but I'll try the other drinks they offer :) read more

I won't be coming back. Workers are nice and greets you upon coming in. Ordered: Vietnamese egg coffee, avocado smoothie, popcorn chicken and 2 banh mi sandwiches. They messed up on my avocado. First one wasn't blended all the way through (super icy) - I couldn't even drink it with the straw. They ended up remaking the whole thing. This time I watched how they made it and of course lots of ice again but they did blend it all the way through. So now, there's no flavor. Just bland. Next, popcorn chicken. Burnt. It's spicy like i asked but there was barely any chicken meat. Mostly bread. Trash. Then our sandwiches. We ordered 1 special sandwich (dac biet) and my husband said it's not the special sandwich. 2nd sandwich was grilled pork. I took a bite and spitted it out and threw it away. It was wet on the inside with some type of white mayo sauce. Way to much and something watery that the bread was wet and soggy. We were unsatisfied with everything we got. Sorry for this nasty review but it's an honest one. read more

I absolutely LOVE their wintermelon fruit or milk tea. Their prices are amazing and therefore I can afford coming here more often. Not to mention their staff and service are consistently great. Short version: you can never have too many boba tea house choices. Tealight had friendly staff, plentiful parking, a clean store, and a good selection. Plus, if I read correctly, they also have a cup you can purchase & return for refills at a discount. Love that idea! Longer version: Popping into Boba Tealight was a last-minute decision. We had just eaten dinner in the area and were not fully satisfied with our meals so we did what we usually do in that situation, and looked for the closest boba tea house. The area around Tealight was large which meant finding a parking spot was not an issue, which is always a positive thing. There was only one other customer in the store, and the two employees immediately got out of their seats and went behind the counter to take our order. Both were very friendly. My sister ordered the drago-lychee at 50% ice / sugar levels. She enjoyed it but did say next time she would probably go full 100% on both ice & sugar. I ordered the chai milk tea; it was good but I do think it would have been better as a thicker smoothie (or icee) type consistency. I almost changed my order when I saw the Winter Menu staring me in the face - the peppermint matcha or peppermint chai milk teas sound divine. Perhaps if we're in the area again soon, we'll stop in and give them a try. Sounds like a great combination. read more

Found this place because of a friend and I am so thankful! I got a strawberry slush with mango popping boba and my daughter got a Thai tea with black sugar boba. Both drinks were A+++++. So good. Cannot wait to try other drink options. I also got the Crab Rangoons. I LOVE crab puffs and these were AMAZING. Top notch! You can tell these are handmade and fresh. I've tried this boba place a couple times and the service is always good. My usual drink is the wintermelon tea with grass jelly with basil seeds. Delicious! Also their popcorn chicken is also a great snack for two. Crunchy, savory with the white pepper seasoning-yummy! I'd like to try their other drinks one of these days. read more

My boyfriend and I came on their second grand opening day. I always like to support local businesses and they were also doing a buy two get one drink free deal. We ordered the Watermelon Fruit Tea, Passionfruit Mojito, and Wintermelon Galaxy with boba. The watermelon fruit tea tasted just like watermelon juice, which isn't bad but there wasn't much of the presence of tea. No complaints about my drink, pretty standard Passionfruit Mojito (sans rum). Given the fruity and citrus flavor on top of the carbonated component, it makes for a pretty refreshing drink. I haven't tried the milk teas so I don't have an opinion yet on that part of the menu. Overall, I think this is a place I would visit again if I were in the area. read more

This was first time trying Boba and it was delicious! I ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea 1/5 sweet with black boba and it did not disappoint! I love that you can choose your sweetness and ice level to fit your tastes. I also tried a Lychee Galaxy with pineapple (so refreshing!!), spicy popcorn chicken, and spring rolls. My boyfriend took me to this place and I was totally impressed by the drinks. Added to the surprise, they had Vietnamese specialty: Vietnamese Egg Coffee. The good coffee and the creamy egg layer really hit the spot! I'm happy that this place serves true Vietnamese coffee and has crystal boba in their toppings. Ordered a too good to go order from boba tea light and it was such a rip off!$7 for 4 teas that they said we're worth $21 if you look at the menu it comes to $12 and you're too good to go bag is supposed to be worth 21! They are trying to make money at the end of the night by getting rid of their old tea which is not the way too good to go should work! STOP TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF AND GIVE THEM WHAT THEY PAID FOR read more

The interior is beautiful --- very bright and vibrant. It is clean. The theme is very thoughtful -- tealight. The bathroom is in the back. It is by the flashing lights as shown in the picture. The drink is delicious. I order jasmine green tea with milk and boba. They do have snacks such as fries, chicken, and etc. The baristia was quick and attentive, very kind and respectful as a cashier. She was doing both. Parking is plentiful. It is not difficult to find parking especially sharing the parking lot with a lot of stores including Target and Ross, just to name a few. I highly recommend grabbing your tea here and then go do your errands at target. I hope you love this place as much as I do. There isn't a lot of boba places in the gilbert region in comparison to tempe & mesa region, which is the other side of the town. This is a decent place for your boba fix! Personally,I believe they pick an excellent location to do business. I now have an excuse to come here when I need to do my errands at this plaza/strip mall. Happy drinking! read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles from JL and Hannah. I had a little fun and asked the workers what they thought the best flavor was and they suggested the drago-lychee tea (pink drink in photo). My sister and I also got some spicy popcorn chicken which was delicious with the chili sauce. Comfortable seating with a lot of space to play games or to talk with friends. The pastries are great. I've wanted to like this place really because of the story, but if you're really into espresso there are so many better options than Cosita.

I did exactly that, same day. That was 5/27. It is now 6/9 and I have not heard a word back. No email, no call, no text. The original incident was 5/10, so we are at 30 days now. This wasn't a stray hair - that's relatively benign and sometimes happens in food prep, not great but harmless. This was a different category of foreign body in food: fragments that looked like they came off equipment, which means whatever produced them is presumably still in use, still capable of doing it again to the next person. This is what made the unresponsiveness frustrating. It's not about my daughter's one açaí bowl, it's about whether the thing that caused it ever got looked at. A simple "we looked at it, can't determine yet what happened, but we'll update you" would have been fine, but I got boilerplate "you deserve better" corporate slop. I didn't want my ego stroked, I wanted them to look into something serious. They are great at moving fast in public: their Yelp! reply was up within a day, right under my review, where everyone can see it. But the private follow-up, the part nobody else is watching, has now gone three weeks radio silent, after they were the ones who asked for my number, but never used it. Fast when it's visible, and crickets when it's not, tells you where the attention really goes. If you're reading this and trying to decide, take a little time with the reviews here, the detailed ones and the thin ones, the recent and the older, and decide for yourselves if there is a pattern or not. I'm done with them, they lost my trust. For the record, their açaí bowls when they don't contain bits of industrial machinery are pretty good, but we'll go to Swami's when we are in Oceanside and will try to find something else in the valley.

We recently moved back to Gilbert and were lucky to discover this hidden gem! Boba Tealight may be a smaller spot, but it's cozy, inviting, and full of personality. Every time we've visited, we've been greeted by the same friendly gentleman at the register who is always on top of things--efficient, polite, and clearly takes pride in the customer experience. The music is always a vibe, setting a relaxed and welcoming tone the moment you walk in. Their menu offers a wide variety of drinks and snacks to choose from, and everything we've tried so far has been delicious. The crab rangoon, in particular, is a standout--crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It's definitely become one of our go-to picks. Was in the area and just dropped by because I saw the name and was craving boba. The worker was super friendly right as we entered and more importantly, helpful when offering suggestions on what to order based on what we like. The drinks were super tasty and hit the spot. I got the Crazy Fruit Tea which was delicious! Also the inside was super nice and calming like they have seats for people to just sit and chat but also a table where you could play games or do some work. Overall, really recommend this place. read more

I love the variety of flavors and fast service. I haven't yet come with enough time to stay and relax, but they have a great atmosphere with games available to play. Last night, we came as part of my teenage daughter's slumber party, and the girls loved the decorated back area to take selfies. They also took the time to help my 8 year old son find a drink he would like by giving him a taste of lychee and suggesting flavors kids usually like. read more

This is my very second time being here, and I love how sweet the cashier is! I can also tell they appreciate their employees, as the TVs display really cute conceptual graphics of employees of the month. Very homey atmosphere, would totally recommend to others! This is me and my family's go to boba place. We have consistently has amazing service and drinks here every single time since they have been open. We recently moved to Mesa and even then we'll still make the drive just to come here. 10/10 recommend this establishment. They're always so fast with our drinks! The workers are super friendly, even when they are in a pinch. Special shout outs to JL and Vy! The shop itself has plenty of greenery and a well established boba shop feel, making it a great place to study, or relax, or even a place to play board games with friends, with the available dinning room table. read more

Absolutely one of the best experiences ever! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never had Boba before! they took the time to explain it, gave me taste samples, and ensured I loved my drink! which I did! Woah! Amazing boba and amazing service. The price for the drinks were super affordable compared to other boba places in the area (the large was almost $6)! I thought it was cool that they could provide you specific amounts (percentages) of home much sugar and boba you wanted. Super neat place and would come back again! read more

A hidden gem I had their BBQ pork banh mi (dbl meat) and their peach galaxy with boba soooo good! The Banh mi was nice and light, fresh ingredients and I love how I was able to select the sweetness and ice level of my drink. We ended up coming back for dinner. i came here with my boyfriend and he only speaks spanish, but we were lucky enough to have JL be our barista and he spoke really great spanish and helped him figure out what to get! their brown sugar boba is one of the greatest drinks i've ever had too, so be sure to stop by and try one!! read more

The French fries at boba tea light are to die for. They are sooooo good. Also what drink I get is the brown sugar with it being hot and the sugar is 75%. It is amazing. Good job, Boba tea light! I enjoy coming here and playing games and hanging out. Thanks for the free coolies Theresa! read more

This is the only boba spot I go to in Arizona!!! The boba balls are chewy perfection and the ambiance is amazing. The staff is so kind and welcoming as well. Every drink I've tried is delicious and the popcorn chicken hits the spot every time! Can't recommend this place enough! read more
