My customer ordered a steak and lobster special. He asked that the steak would be medium rare. Instead it was medium well. I ordered the crab legs which are usually on special on Tuesday. They brought out a few clusters of crab legs but forgot to bring the typical fork and nutcracker used for crab legs. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the crab legs were very hard to remove from the shell as if they were overcooked. Usually they just slide out once cracked properly. That made it quite challenging and messy. When we were leaving, we noticed they had an empty lobster tank. I'm not sure if that's normal.
