Pot roast sandwich and fried chicken dinner

My husband and I had lunch here a couple of days ago, and we had a great experience. He ordered the fried chicken dinner with carrots and green beans. I ordered a pot roast sandwich with fries. We also got Biscuits and gravy. Everything was hot and delicious. Our server was really attentive, served us quickly and got everything correct. He also never let our drinks run dry, which really shows great attention. The restaurant was clean, organized, and in great condition. There is plenty of parking. Everything was affordable and cost around $45 with tip. We would definitely eat here again. Rating from F to A +++ I give it an A+++.

I joined a couple of family members on their weekly trip to Bob Evans for breakfast. They talked up the Honey Butter Chicken & Biscuit Breakfast so I wanted to try it. My plate came out with a piece of fresh made fried chicken , two eggs, potatoes and a biscuit. I ordered a side of sausage gravy to go with it. I loved the chicken. It was juicy and the batter was crunchy...perfect. The honey drizzled on top made it extra special. My eggs were great and the potatoes were seasoned nicely. The biscuit gravy was bland and only had tiny specks of sausage in it but overall it's a solid breakfast.

Have eaten here many times, and it is pretty consistent with the quality of food, and that's a good thing. Too many times we eat at restaurants and they are great the first time but not so much the next, but this Bob Evans seems to be pretty stable. Our waitress was not the greatest but she did come check on us more than once. One of our favorite's is the Homestead Farmer breakfast, the gravy that comes with it is always delicious, a bit too salty this time but not overpowering, and the home fries were cooked very well. The only thing a little lacking was the scrambled eggs were a little cold and not very fluffy.

Bob evens for me is a staple when one wants a quiet breakfast. I am still sad to see that they haven't put the eggs Benedict back on the menu yet. Hard to find these days. That being said the food was on point; hot fresh and delicious. The service was a bit slow seeing that there was few people, but it is a Monday morning. Got a guys breakfast with my son and the Carmel coffee was great. Would have liked a thicker amount of hash browns especially as tasty as they are. The omelette was firm and full of toppings, though I always have to add the hot sauce. Overall a chill morning.

First time here and I will definitely come back! I had breakfast and it was some good southern comfort. You must have the gravy - DELISH! My rating is solely based on the food, my server was awkward and bland. We had to ask another server for coffee. So the coffee is ok, watery, but the coffee bean is good quality. The gravy is a must !! The banana bread was ok, not out of this word, so my expectation went down on that. Dining room was beautiful! Food did take a long time so don't come starving and plan accordingly.

We visited this location hoping for a break from our vacation-gone-wrong and realized we stumbled upon greatness. My chicken and waffles were phenomenal. The waffles... I think about them still. They were soft and decadent. The cream was plentiful and so tasty. The chicken held hands with the waffles and got the job done. My taste buds were in heaven. My husband enjoyed his breakfast platter. The iced coffee had just enough sweetness and I enjoyed it on the side. The server was nice! Everyone we saw that was working had a smile on their face. The establishment was clean. My husband, previously a window cleaner by profession, noted how perfectly clean the glass was. Overall an outstanding experience and we would gladly revisit any Keke's based on the performance of this location!

My burrito was well made and tasty where it had three scrambled eggs tossed with bacon, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream wrapped in a perfectly grilled 12 inch flour tortilla. Other Burrito options include a Sausage burrito, Ham Burrito, Greek Burrito, Veggie Buritto, Hummus & Veggie burrito and a Sausage & Gravy Burrito. Relative to the facility and staff I would label this restaurant as your prototypical mom and pop operation. The Facility itself is nice and clean with a rustic vibe and a smallish number of tables on the order of ten or so. The staff which I believe is a husband and wife combo had the wife waiting on the tables and tending the cash register and the husband cooking. Service was very friendly with good follow up throughout the meal where my order was taken promptly and food brought out in fairly quick order. Nice! Maybe it's because it was a long work week, and Cracker Barrel on a Friday night is a great reward. Maybe it was because I was really craving some pancakes. Maybe it's because our server was so nice, patiently waiting for me to make up my mind between the regular pancakes and the strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Maybe it was because the general atmosphere around the store, from the manager greeting us and giving us great recommendations to the other staff members chatting with us while we browsed, just made the whole place feel so much more welcoming than most other places. Maybe the cook is some S-tier culinary genius who just knows what the heck they're doing. But after every bite of my pancakes, I literally found myself murmuring, "Oh my God..." without realizing it. I've been to so many expensive brunch places and been disappointed. None of them have ever had pancakes like the ones I got for $10 (with eggs, bacon, and hashbrown casserole included) here tonight!

I love their meatloaf, and tonight's portion with mac and cheese and broccoli was exactly the kind of comfort food I wanted. The biscuits went straight into the take out container for breakfast tomorrow, which is always a nice little bonus. After dinner and a quick wander through the store where, for once, I didn't buy anything, I headed back out to the camper van, locked up, and settled in for the night. An RV park would easily run upwards of $75 for a single night, but here the overnight parking is free with the simple, polite request that if you're having a meal, you have it with them. And so I did. Thanks, Cracker Barrel! [Review 1619 of 2025 - 2196 in Florida - 25167 overall]

The menu had some interesting sandwich and burger options at pretty decent price points. My husband ordered a burger and enjoyed it. The bar is well stocked and the bartender was friendly about the specials on offer, and encouraged me to try one. I ended up trying the London Fog seasonal cocktail, which was Gin based, and I enjoyed it greatly. Once at a table, we were promptly greeted by our server and we put in an order for the sweet potato poutine, and while fantastic, my partner and I both commented that we wished there was more of a layering effort for the poutine in order to have the toppings more spread out instead of just on top. I got the espresso bourbon glazed filet, from the seasonal menu, my partner got the lobster grilled cheese with a side of the 6 cheese Mac and cheese, because that was the other item they really wanted to try, so it was a fantastic option to have as part of the premium sides. my filet was fantastic, I was super pleased with the temperature of my steak, as well as the flavors present, and the sides were cooked to perfection. My partner's lobster grilled cheese was great as well, it was disappearing so quickly I had to remind them to let me have a bite (they had stolen a bite of my filet as well... fair's fair, right?). I can also see why the 6 cheese Mac and cheese continues to be a crowd favorite, as the many cheeses used are well balanced to pack a lot of flavor. We visited on a fairly cold day, so though the outside had some heaters on, no one appeared to be sitting out there until the entire dining room was full, and quite a few came inside to stand at the bar and "warm up" for a few minutes, which was understandable. Service was top notch, food was delicious, and ambiance was exactly what I wanted out of a good gastropub. Can't wait to return
