Full size strawberry pie!
Suz O.

I highly recommend every year you purchase at least one of their strawberry cheesecake pie! They have a nice crispy crust and they pile in the strawberries. I have been getting these for years. My kids all love it too! I you can just pick them up if you don't want to eat there.

Cinnamon deluxe hot cakes, biscuits and gravy, and sunshine skillet in the back. This was a great combination to share. We loved everything!

I'm going to add a half star, because our food was really, really good! I had the deluxe cinnamon hot cakes, and they were hot, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. Biscuits and gravy just as good as I remember, perfect bacon, and my friend's sunshine skillet was devoured in 5 mins he loved it so much. Service was good, but they didn't have a hostess working so that was awkward. Also, the manager was crabby and for some reason sat 2 of us at a 6 top- also slightly awkward. I've managed a restaurant before though, and I know how challenging it is so it was prob just a hectic day. All in all- damn good birthday breakfast!!

I came here on a Saturday morning around 9:15am and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait to be seated, as any Bob Evans gets busy around that time. I have not been to a Bob Evans in ages, but there was a line at Scramblers so I figured why not? Bob Evans reminds me of my childhood and I always remember the food tasting good. My server, Sarah, was great! She was friendly, funny and prompt on getting refills and getting food out quickly. I had the country biscuit, which was an open faced biscuit with sausage crumbles, egg over easy, sausage gravy and shredded cheddar cheese with homefries. It was absolutely delish! I don't go to Bob Evans much but I have a feeling I'm going to be craving that meal again soon! Just a pro tip: the ladies bathroom is about 20 degrees colder than the restaurant!

I cannot believe they would even serve this!!! I placed an order and JUST picked it up. The biscuits are inedible - can't even break them open because they're hard as rocks. I am sooooo pissed!!

Surprisingly there wasn't a huge wait when we arrived at 930am although a large crowd came in after us. We were here for breakfast as our son loves the piggy pancake. Our waitress was very nice, kept our drinks refilled without having to ask (this is huge bonus with customer service) food was good and we were all stuffed at the end. Menu additions are on last page of Menu. I was happy to see bob Evans is finally serving eggs Benedict!

Prepare to wait if you come on a Saturday afternoon. Inside is well lit and decorated and there's plenty of seating for big and small parties! My biscuits and gravy were good. Hash was crispy and yummy! (Ask for salsa!!) The breakfast conewich was pretty big and yummy. Overall, good food and super friendly service. Take friends and family here for a meal!

Charming decor and friendly staff. However, my experience was ruined due to an error on my take out order. I placed an order for three additional meals with an add on order of sausages. Easy, right? I initially thought so, so I wasn't concerned about my order being incorrect. I get home and my order is missing main items like pancakes, french toast, utensils, and it looked as if the order was just slapped together. I call immediately and I explained that I just had an eaten there and then ordered additional takeout and my takeout order was incorrect. The nice young lady apologized and offered to have it remade. Now I accepted that and also stated since I have to come back up there what other compensation can you provide me. She then transfers me to the incredibly Customer Service oriented manager named Juan. I do hope you can sense the sarcasm. As I explained my situation to him stating what items have been missed, what was wrong with the order and what I expected ask a reasonable solution to this situation. He then goes on and asked me several questions over and over again about the takeout meal, I explained to him one more time to which he cut me off, overtalked me, and really wasn't listening to resolve my issue. When he asked again what I ordered I said I already told you. At which point, he cursed and said he did not want to be "a$$ hole" and basically gave me the impression that he was unwilling to fix this situation. So I told him I was going to speak to him in a nicer tone that he was talking to me that I wanted him to remake the meal. I would be there in 10 minutes and I would like it piping hot. To Juan's credit my food was ready once I arrived however, he proceeds to tell me that his waitress and his expediter both checked the order and it was correct when it left. Which wasn't true obviously. As a matter of fact, my friend said she watched the waitress grab the bag and didn't open it and just came to the table. I don't have a reason to go get free food from an establishment where I've already paid and tipped the server. Second of all he indirectly called me a liar to my face, which is poor service in its own right. Thirdly, when I asked what other compensation he was willing to provide me, he just simply smiled and said no he wasn't going to do anything. Juan needs to go back to the beginning of where Customer Service starts in order to be a better front of the house manager, because when your server makes an error, you own it you do not place the blame back on the customer. Juan needs to be retrained on how to actually service people, he does not know how to talk to anyone. He did not know how to de-escalate the situation. I have been in Customer Service for 25 years and 15 of those have been working in an escalation department that was the worst interaction I believe I have ever encountered with a manager to resolve a situation. I mean Wendy's resolved issues better than this. Being that this was my first time coming to Delaney's, it will also be my last time. Because if you treat any customers the way you treated me, is clear he has no respect for the patrons of this establishment.

The hot Ube latte was dreamy, the Dalgona was perfection, and the almond pastry was so light and flaky it honestly tasted like home. I hosted two morning meetings there and it elevated the whole experience--my colleagues loved it just as much as I did. And then the sweetest thing happened: the owners were doing a photo shoot, and afterward they offered us the actual drinks they used... for free! Their kindness truly made my morning. Wishing them all the luck as they work toward opening their second location in Worthington! Columbus folks--this spot is a must-visit.

Honestly, there was not a distinct flavor. It was good but just tasted like coffee with sweet cream. I'm not sure if the espresso changed the taste but that's my take on it. Maybe everyone likes it because of the color? Anyway, it was still delicious. The danish was nice and warm and delicious as well. I enjoyed the ambiance of the space and the nice decor. I will definitely return to try new things and enjoy the space. Customer service was great as well.
