Love this place. I talk at work I just want to relax during my services. Na is great. She is thorough and lets me just watch without small talk. The hostesses are friendly and remember my name. They even remember I'm older and not on my phone all the time so they sit me in the tv room for my pedicures. I just wish they had a tv in the manicure room. I love watching the diy channels but only have time during my mani pedis. But watching others manicures is fun too. The place is so cute with all the pink. I LOVE the atmosphere it was my first time here right when I walked in I was immediately greeted I don't often get my nails done because I'm a nail biter. Due to me biting my nails they are very short but it was no problem for the nail tech doing my acrylics. It is very clean I did not see one thing on the floor at all. I had also chipped some nail polish off my nail so I went back in a week or so after to get it fixed and the manager I want to say her name was kat fixed and re painted all my nails for me she said they weren't up to her standards (I thought they still looked good ofc) and after she fixed them all without charge, I couldn't have been happier with the way they turned out! 2 stars for the vibe. The entire place is very aesthetically pleasing. However, service requested was not it. I asked for a dip.. the label that was taken to my nail tech said dip. I asked the lady at the front for bubble bath and funny bunny (yes, I'm basic) since I like them layered. She got both dip powders, and agreed with me, yes, "people do that all the time." I sat down and after having my cuticles nicked several times while filing off my current dip set; was asked what colors I wanted and I proceeded to tell my tech.. he was not understanding so I told him it's okay I'll just do the funny bunny. He proceeded to pull out another white powder and than began using acrylic.. I was looking at my little label that said dip on it and remained confused. After the confusion of the colors I was just at a point where this was just going to happen. Upon leaving I asked the lady up front if I said the wrong service? Like is dip at this salon the same as to what I'm used to.. literally dipping the nails in the powder bc I def got acrylic. She told me no, that dip is what I thought it was and that this had been an issue with the tech before.. then I was informed by another employee the benefit to the acrylic is that you can have it filled instead of taken off every time.. cool, but acrylic is 100% not what I asked for or wanted. I said ok, paid my amount and tipped bc my tech did just spend an hour doing a service, rather it was the one I wanted or not.. fast forward a few days and I get a call asking about how my service was.. I explain to her all that happened and she was apologetic and then was like let me let my manager know and I'll have her call you.. ok sounds great. I never got a call back. It's been a week. I just feel like the customer service was not it, not to mention my cuticles were left with so many nicks and hang nails. This place charges more than most and I was excepting 5 star service. Bnails had been recommended to my daughter by a coworker. I came in for a pedicure on a whim. It was a wonderful experience! I was taken right back. Very nice and plenty big. It's very pretty inside. No overwhelming fragrance of nails, polish or any kind of chemical. And no tv in the area where you're getting pampered. Personally, I love this. Great choice of nail colors, reasonable pricing and comfortable chairs. The nail tech, Savannah, did an amazing job!! I can't remember the last time I had a pedicure where they didn't pull the grater out and skin my heels within an inch of bone (at least that's what it felt like). Savanah was able to smooth my heels without inflicting any pain!! My toes look amazing!! I'm relaxed and I can't wait to come back for a manicure ! read more

I got a polygel manicure and a Deluxe pedicure. I liked the polygel, but I'm not sure why it is so much more than acrylic or dip. They claim it is healthier for nail bed but that's what everyone was saying when dip came out, and it really wasn't, so I guess we'll see when I take it off. I did like the fact that it is thinner, which can become a problem with dip or acrylic if the tech doesn't do it properly, but why it's $15 more than dip is a mystery, because it wasn't any more laborious to apply. Then I got chrome finish and that was another $15 mistake, on day 3 the chrome began chipping, was told it should last 2-3 weeks. $80 for a gel manicure basically, and I didn't even get tips, went straight on my bare nail, they didn't even have to take anything off. The pedicure was nice, but still a tad more than what I normally pay. The salon was nice, the ladies up front were friendly and all staff provided a decent experience. I probably won't go back just because with tip I ended up spending about $40 more than I normally would for the services I received. read more
