We also ordered a side of hash browns, bottled apple juice, and a Cookies & Cream Frappe. The pancakes looked incredible, but unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't there for me. There was also a strawberry drizzle on the Fruity Pebble pancakes that wasn't mentioned in the menu description. This is especially concerning for me because I have an allergy to real strawberries. I had a slight reaction after eating it. I feel that ingredients like this, particularly potential allergens or toppings that aren't obvious from the description, should be clearly listed on the menu. The Cookies & Cream Frappe was another disappointment. It cost $6, but it tasted much more like coffee than cookies and cream. I did get a piece of Oreo, but I didn't really taste the cookies-and-cream flavor. There was also what I felt was way too much chocolate syrup around the sides. For $6, I expected much more from the drink. The hash browns were okay it had a butter flavor to it , but overall, I left feeling disappointed with the food. I also noticed the restaurant has around 13,000 Instagram followers, and based on the photos and hype surrounding the food, I expected the actual experience to be much better. Unfortunately, for me, the presentation lived up to the pictures, but the taste did not. I would definitely come back for the customer service, but based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend the food without some improvements. I asked for light mayo and hot peppers only, with no lettuce or tomatoes. Unfortunately, I didn't get any hot peppers, and the sandwich came with both lettuce and tomatoes. The fries were pretty standard, although they were a little overcooked in my opinion. The lemonade, however, was really tasty.
