My friend and I struggled finding a breakfast place that wasn't more than a 30 minute wait on a Saturday morning, but the we found Bluebird! Yes there was a wait, but it was worth it. Not only was the ambiance cozy, but it also had a warmth to it. We had a great spot next to the window and had the sunlight coming in which was great. Now to the food, it was SO good. I mean the price? It's about what you'd expect for Denver. I had never tried chia pudding before and it was actually very tasty. My friend also raved about how fresh her breakfast tasted.

I love coming to this restaurant, typically i go once every two months. This time we brought our dog along and they did a great job of accommodating us! We sat outside on there patio area. Only thing i wish is that they had umbrellas because it's been hot lately. They also brought out a dog bowl with water, to keep our pup hydrated. I wish i remembered our waitresses name because she did a great job serving, amazing attitude, attentive, and looked presentable. Food was amazing everything came out quickly and tasted fantastic. We also ordered the fresh squeezed juice which were phenomenal as well. If you're looking for a cute breakfast spot with a healthy menu, and fresh food this is for you! Highly recommend and will continue coming here!

I came here for brunch and overall had a good experience. The restaurant was busy and lively, full of families, which made for a fun brunch atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, though she did forget my drink at first. She quickly brought it once I reminded her. The food came out fast, which I really appreciated given how busy it was. I had the Cobb salad with a sandwich and a side of green chili. Everything was tasty, although the green chili had a hardened clump of cheese in it, which I had to scoop out. The grits were creamy and comforting, and the potatoes were cooked just right with crispy on the outside and soft inside. My only disappointment was the vanilla iced coffee since it was overly sweet, and I could barely taste the coffee itself. I also tried the green apple kale juice and it was my favorite! Overall, it's a nice spot for a hearty brunch with great service.

Great food, great coffee, and genuinely good service. Even before we sat down, the vibe inside told me it was going to be a solid meal. You can just feel it when a place is alive and packed with people. I ordered the griddle combo with strawberry-banana pancakes with eggs and bacon, and it absolutely hit the spot.

Nice and cozy establishment. Very quick service .... May look like several people are in line, but wait was only 15 mins. Service and waiters were really good. Food was very tasty and good portion size

Came in Sunday and the wait was pretty rough, it was packed as we expected. When we were seated, service was good but a little slow since they were slammed. Our dishes were tasty but the one thing that was frustrating was that we ordered the bottomless beverage for coffee, specifically the hazelnut coffee and the server said that since we got the iced one it didn't qualify as bottomless. Nowhere on the menu did it say that the bottomless hazelnut coffee had to be hot and not iced to qualify so sadly 3 instead of 4 stars here. I even included pics of the menu with the beverages in the photo to show that it's not specified.

I really wanted to like this place because of the great yelp reviews. I put my name on the wait list for 2 around noon on Saturday. They're very busy so it took us about 25 mins to get a seat which is expected considering how busy they were. Our waiter was good. We ordered the sample bacon that came with soracha, maple and beer but they all tasted the same? Plus it wasn't very crispy which we both like it crispy. I got the corned beef hash and the corned beef was minced into the potatoes so it didn't taste as good to me. My friend got the triple bacon and she let me taste...it was ok. Prices were decent

My wife and I went there for breakfast. I had the eggs benedict and my wife had a scramble. Both were good and hit the spot.

Quick service, food was good for a cafe, server was nice too. Appeared to be a family run business which is always appreciated.

I loved how each flaky but delivered on its promise of scrumptiousness and subtlety. I would come here just for that honestly, though I've heard it's a great lunch place as well. The big letdown for both of us last night was the service. They were slow to take our orders, slow to get refills or ask if we needed anything, and slow to get us our bill. It was a trifecta of ineffectiveness. Our server was nice enough, but he definitely didn't make us feel like we were a priority at all. And that's something you should never do as a restaurant. The place was nice-looking enough and they had good energy from its patrons. It's just a shame the lack of good service kind of ruins the experience and makes us not want to visit this particular branch again on a return visit, whenever that might be.

Two large filets (about 6" long and 4" wide) are delicately battered and not overly coated with cornmeal like other places. -- Catfish is delicate, so the breading is key. Cornmeal tends to overpower the fish's flavor, so I appreciate the lightly seasoned, lightly coated filets. RECOMMENDED! (Photos attached) Sides: - Fried Okra. I love fried Okra, and Black Eyed Pea cooks them perfectly. - Baked Squash Casserole. It was always my favorite, but the recipe has changed. I have witnessed other staff in the past being drunk on the job as well, he called himself Guadalupe as he was literally stumbling at 11am on a Sunday. Watched him take additional shots during that shift. Didn't say anything then, because no patrons were assaulted. I had to speak up this time! Now for what happened on 5/16/26 From what I saw, kids were at the top of the parking garage throwing water balloons. The first round of balloons didn't seem to upset anyone besides a man with his dog. Then the second round was much different. The kids threw the balloons that then hit the fire pit, causing another patron. He left, came back and let them know he was burned, I watched him turn around, show them what looked to me a hole in his pants and said he had a burn on his leg. The response of the staff was "kids will be kids" they did not acknowledge he was burned, did not offer anything to him, Just basically laughed in his face. In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable, a liability, unprofessional and so many other things. The staff did nothing to help this customer and he had every right to be as pissed off as he was. I agree with the other review posted in regards to food, disgusting. No back to Nashville, you should be called "The Roadhouse" with this kind of behavior at the Westminster Promenade, a family friendly area. I will NEVER be back. I hope others read this and avoid this place, next time it might be not be a water balloon, but a hard object which could be deadly.
