It is a Salmon sushi roll with a temper salmon in the center. It comes with a lightly spice sauce on the plate. We also ordered a sweet and sour roll which was a first for us. It was really good. The sushi only too a few minutes to arrive and was super fresh, the server checked on us several times to make sure everything was ok and we wanted another roll.
