Tom and his crew came in, evaluated the situation and fixed all of my issues. I told him I needed a new filter, he did a thorough inspection and said my equipment was fine, I didn't need to spend an extra grand and that "this baby had plenty of years left on him". They completed the work in a half day. During that time Tom answered all of my questions (I had many!!!). Gave me chemical tips, backwashing tips, the 6lb D.E. rule etc. Summary of Legacy's work is that my pool hasn't been cleaner in years - it's been crystal clear all season. Family really enjoying now.
