The food here was really, really good. I ordered the saffron butter chicken, and it was absolutely amazing -- rich, creamy, and full of flavor. You could actually see the saffron strands throughout the dish, which I loved because it showed attention to detail and quality ingredients. I also had the garlic naan, which was perfectly done -- flavorful without being overpowering -- and a side of raita with cucumber, which was super refreshing and balanced the richness of the butter chicken really well. Now for the service -- it was a bit slow, which I'm assuming was because we came close to closing time. Still, I would've expected things to move a little quicker since it wasn't as busy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My biggest concern though was the cleanliness of the dishes. They brought out additional plates and cutlery, but unfortunately, multiple plates were visibly dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After being offered a few that were all the same, I just chose to eat directly from my original dish and avoid using them altogether. That part was definitely disappointing and something that needs attention. Overall: * Food: 10/10 * Service: could be improved * Cleanliness: major concern with dishware I truly enjoyed the food and would come back for it, but I'd definitely hope to see improvements in cleanliness and overall service experience.

Very nice experience here in midtown. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was fine, ambiance was good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good was tasty. Tried a few things everything was flavorful and I'd come back again. You can make a reservation online but during the week we didn't heed one.

It was delicious! It's not too salty, it's not too oily . It tastes better than Indian food eaten in India!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was exceptionally quiet, with ample space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I got there on a Wednesday night, it was surprisingly empty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was impeccable, and the food was authentic and delicious. My meal was fantastic, with a spice level of 4 (out of 5), which was just right for my taste preferences. The portions were generous, leaving me with enough leftovers for another meal. We also ordered two naans, one butter and the other spicy. If you're not a fan of spicy food, I recommend going with the mild option. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

Blue India is an elegant Indian restaurant and bar. It usually gets busy at night, which is the only time I have been, and seating can get limited quickly as the space is not the biggest. It is located in Midtown, so parking might also be a hassle but there is a nearby parking lot and the restaurant also gives parking validation. The atmosphere inside tends to be quite lively and there is usually at least one large party there. The service is also good and the food does not take too long to come out. I always order the Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi at Indian restaurants. I want to start off by saying that I LOVE their Mango Lassi! It tastes extremely creamy and smooth, but not too sweet. I also really enjoy eating their Chicken Tikka Masala as it is packed with flavor and spice (I get a medium spice level). I do feel like their Garlic Naan could taste more garlicky, but that is because I am a huge garlic lover. I will say that this restaurant is a bit pricey and the portion sizes are not too big, at least for the Mango Lassi and Chicken Tikka Masala; however, the dishes taste great. Definitely check this spot out if you are in the city!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place has a wonderful ambiance. It feels very intimate and classy but is also casual and comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted warmly from the instant we entered and were treated wonderfully our entire lunch. The server was very friendly and attentive. My friend and I ordered and split the butter chicken with rice, the raisin coconut naan and juju beach bhel. Everything was absolutely incredible. Honestly the best butter chicken I've ever had and that raisin coconut naan was so wonderfully unusual and went beautifully with the butter chicken. The crunchy bhel was very different but fresh and light, a nice cold dish to accompany the chicken. The butter chicken is really too small to share by itself but with the naan and the appetizer also shared, it was enough for my friend and myself. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's a treasure in the heart of midtown Atlanta.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something different for dinner, so after a quick search, we ended up at Blue India. We didn't have a reservation, but they seated us quickly. The atmosphere was lively, with groups celebrating birthdays, couples on dates, and a generally fun vibe! The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the samosas, shrimp, and naan bread. For my main course, I had the chicken masala, which was incredibly flavorful and savory, paired perfectly with basmati rice. While parking can be stressful in the city, it's worth mentioning that they offer parking validation for the lot next to the restaurant--a huge plus!

This is by far the best Indian food in Atlanta! From the rich, flavorful curries to the perfectly spiced biryani, every dish is a masterpiece. The service is impeccable, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere makes you feel right at home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're in Atlanta and craving authentic Indian cuisine, this is the spot to hit! 5 stars all the way!

This is my second visit to Blue India. My first was for a Yelp event. If you're looking for a Pan- Indian fare and cocktails with an upscale dining experience, then this would be it. The ambiance is very chill and cozy, and the staff is always helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It is located in the Metropolis residential lobby with a few other restaurants. The food is very flavorful. My favorite dish is the Chicken Tikka Masala, but I decided to switch it up for the Chicken Sixty-five and the salmon bites with a side of garlic Naan. The only downside to the Chicken Sixty-five is that the dish can't be altered in spice level. I like my Indian food very spicy, and this dish is just tossed in a mild chili sauce. I would definitely circle back and get it again regardless. Blue India also validates your parking for two hours, so be sure to bring your ticket with you.

No, they have sit down and eat experience

    Do I need a reservation?

No you don't but if you have a party bigger than 5 I would reserve. It takes a while on the weekends.

    Do they serve halal?

In as much as vegetarian is halal (and kosher, too), yes. I do not know whether they serve halal meat dishes.

There probably isn't a bar in the city that offers as breathtaking of a view as does Moonlight. The panorama of all three of Atlanta's skyscraper centers is clearly visible, along with the historical architecture of Ponce City Market. The crowd is mix of tourists and locals in their 20s and 30s. The cocktails are solid. Food is decent, nothing to rave about, but again, hopefully nobody is here for the food. The lobster roll was very bread heavy and the useless dab of caviar was just a wasteful decoration. I was kinda sad that both myself and my friend were celebrating our birthday but because we were the same table, we could only get one glass of champagne. A reservation doesn't promise a table right away but keeps you in an active queue. I can't wait to go back again.

The presentation of the drink was very nice and it had a good creamy flavor to it. This drink was a nice way to wind down the evening. As someone from TX, I did think the drinks were a bit on the pricey side but it's not surprising with it being the ritz. I liked that the bar had a fun yet casual ambiance and there were plenty of people around. We did ask what time last call was and were told midnight so we didn't hurry to order a second drink. Unfortunately, when we ordered another at 10:40... we were told they had closed which was frustrating.

They hold a jazz night every Tuesday with live music for a nice chill, yet fun, vibe. Just a warning, the space inside is pretty small--typically there's optional seating outside, but it's really chilly at the moment (although they have heaters)--but there's more seating downstairs in The Victorian Atlanta plant shop. I didn't realize that the two were connected! FYI, if you sit downstairs, you'll be seated next to where the live music performers will be playing, so it will be louder there. As for the drinks, I tried the Zombie. I loved it so much, I ordered a second one instead of trying a different one! It tasted sweet and slightly tropical with the rum and spiced liqueur.
