love the work they do. but seriously over priced and don't have a set price that you can base it off of. I feel like the charge you with the tip included. like these are beautiful but we're $95. that's absolutely ridiculous. way to over prices and rude read more

This rating is going off of my third time here. Let's start with their appointment system... THERE ISNT ONE. they advertise they do appointment only through text and when you do make an appointment they're NEVER on time OR they push you off to another nail tech who probably has never done any nails before. They have deposit for certain appointments and somehow except walk ins. They over book people! Last time I went in Hannah did my nails. I made an appointment with Eric but again that never happened because he was busy and had just started on someone right before my appointment time. Bless her heart she did my nails and spent damn near 2hrs just SHAPING them and kept asking me if certain things looked ok. Your the nail tech! Needless to say they came out not all the same length and look bad. After trying 3 times this last time was definitely my last. Won't be going back or giving them anymore chances. I've had Ryan, Eric and Hannah do my nails and it was always SOMETHING each visit with timing and how my nails looked. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! they spilt nail polish all over my cousins phone, nails, & shoes. Still wanted her to pay FULL price and did not offer to help pay for her shoes that are ruined from them trying to remove the nail polish with acetone. Eric (the manager) also had the audacity to tell EVERYONE in the shop that she was going to walk out without paying which further caused more problems with some of the clients against my cousin. Disgusting customer service & disgusting management! IF I COULD GIVE YOU GUYS 0 STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. read more

Jimmy does amazing work.. but they don't know how to manage their appointment schedules.. you make an appt and you are waiting 30 minutes after your appointment time.. you have more than 3 people coming in for the same appointment time so now someone has to wait. I feel like since they've been open for almost a year their quality of nails is going down but their price is going up.. my nails have broken a few days after just getting them done right where they glue the tips of the nails. I would pay $45 for a full set and then come back for a fill and they charge $55, like what??? It hasn't been 2 weeks since I got this full set and already 4 nails have broke.. I glued the tip of the nail back on my middle finger of my left hand... this was not Jimmys works.. read more

came here for a full set and pedicure. Tried to tell me they can NOT do REGULAR nail polish ONLY GEL. They're trying to make gel the norm when it is an upgraded OPTION . Literally blacked it off of their menu. They told me they dont have regular nail polish when they just applied it on my toes ? Ryan tried to tell me they ONLY have gel or powder LIES. I decided not to proceed to get my full set done here because theyre pressuring me to get gel. Something so simple they let a customer walk out UNhappy because I did not fall into their " $10 more" trap. read more

This spot is hella annoying, do not come here, they don't care about you or their quality of work. I made an appointment for 1pm and didn't get seen until 2:30. By that time I laughed and left read more

If I could put zero stars I would! The staff here are rude , condescending, and arrogant! ! Do not come here they don't respect woman of color ! I have come here a few times and have never been treated like I was today, I called ahead of time and asked if there was availability for my sister and I to get our feet done the man said yes just come on by, we get there and told there will be a 30 min wait, no problem we'll wait. 30 mins go by they tell us to wait a little longer fine. My sister gets in a chair and I'm still left waiting. Another woman comes in not sure if she had a appointment or not but nonetheless she starts getting helped before I do... I'm still sitting there waiting I ask if there is anyone to help me or do I just need to come back? I get placed in a chair for 20 mins no water to soak in NOTHING but a different chair to keep waiting in! At this point I'm fed up I go to the man that's in the front and tell him how long I've been waiting and how I just keep playing musical chairs back here ! In stead of being accountable he goes on to tell Me how it's Friday they are clearly busy! Now that sounds like a personal problem to me! Because if that's the case communicate that in the beginning and just tell me you can't service me at this time instead of making me wait 90 mins just not to be helped I could've gone somewhere else! Simple!!! read more

You can't judge a book by its cover usually describes something that is better than it looks. In this case, the opposite is true. The physical space is beautiful and much needed in the area so I was excited to give them a try. I came here with such high hopes but was left so disappointed. I don't write many reviews but can't let this one pass. Although it looks great, you are hit with obnoxious chemical odors as you walk through the door. The ventilation definitely needs fixing. Sophie who did my pedicure is great but the young woman who did my mani was a big disappointment. 1 Stars for the pretty nail shop. I wish I could rate Sophie alone, but this system won't let me -- She gets 4.5 Stars. 0 Stars for everyone else. Because my pedi was done well, I allowed the mani girl to keep working on my hands. What a mistake! Not only did she do a poor job that had to continually be corrected, but the nails were chipping severely within 30 hours. I wasn't doing gardening, cleaning, doing dishes or other things that would cause the problem. So, I called Blossom Nails and was told to come in anytime that day and they would fix it right away. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I walked over to the nearest nail tech who asked what I needed. I explained that i was there to have those 5 nails fixed. This man -- name unknown -- told me, "you have regular nails, we not fix." I said "Jason said to come in and they would be fixed." Unknown name man said "he not here." I said "my nails need fixing and I came in as I was asked to do." He said "sit down and wait an hour and we do then." Unbelievable! I sat for a couple minutes thinking and decided not to waste any more time with them. If you don't want heavy0 gel chemicals, do not go to Blossom Nails. They do not want natural nail customers because any polish should last for more than 30 hours. The response to questions, suggestions or criticisms are the opposite of a business who cares about their customers. When they shut this shop down, I hope a good customer focused owner takes this physically attractive nail shop over and brings in natural nail specialists for natural girls as well as services for gel and acrylics. My recommendation is to find somewhere that actually likes people. read more

By far the best salon in Vallejo, several friendly, talented techs who always do their best to achieve the set you're going for. Jimmy is my go to and he never misses. Pedicures are great also they have a variety to choose from, from basic to the deluxe w/ all the extra perks. read more

I was so happy with how Jimmy did my nails the first time. When I went back for my fill, I made an appointment online which is required at the salon. I got there 10 minutes early and waited 30 minutes, when another worker came up to tell me that it would be another 30 minutes to wait. What is the point of making an appointment? So I would have waited a whole hour. They gave me my $20 deposit back after I asked for it. Very poor customer service if you ask me. read more

They are nice, but they cut my fingers with the nail file and one got infected. They also over cut all my cuticles and made them look super dry. My friends nails looked horrible and when she asked for them to fix them theymad at her for it. read more

Just okay. Pricey? Yes. Second time service- first was with Ivy (04-01-21) and today (7-16-21) with Susan. Both were good, but Ivy is better cause she takes her time. Other one is like rush. Full set acrylic nail was $50 last time and now is $70 just for a bit longer nails. The guy at the front needs to kinda be friendly (looks like he is the owner) and at least smile a bit! Smile does not costs anything! But can make people welcome to your nail salon! Oh well, I guess I better find another one next time! read more

I am so disappointed in this nail tech! Then he had the nerve to get an attitude & tell me he don't have time he has another appointment. He felt nothing was wrong with the nails he did. I have no time to go to a different nail shop because i have a plane to catch. But never again will i come to this nail shop & i was so excited I thought i found a new home. Only thing thats close to what i asked for is the shape & the glitter on both fingers . He did give me $15 off so it was $50 i rather paid regular price & he fixed the issues i had but nope . He cares less . As a business owner my number one priority is customer service. read more

As you can see I gave it one star, if half a star was an option I would give it that. I came in for a fill and pedi , I just happened to be paying my phone bill next store and came across it. I was really impressed with the decor . The place looks SUPER nice! But I'll tell you why...This place will NOT last very long ... Their Customer service and time management "SUCKS" big time and both needs a HUGE improvement! I was not greeted when I entered and when I asked questions about how long the wait was or any questions at that , the owner that sits by the door had a major attitude with giving me a simple answer. I still was willing to give them a chance because I was pressed for time and they didn't seem busy for 10am in the morning. I waited 15 min and the lady took me back to get my pedi done . The pedi only took 25 minutes, which was perfect. But as I was getting my pedi there were other customers coming in and being seated to get their nails done. Mind you they said I would be getting my nails done right after . But that was Not the case ... because they took the walk ins before me, every nail technician was occupied. So I asked the owner how long would it be for my nails he said I don't know smh .. ummm who says that !! Once my nails was dried I asked again and finally he said 30 minutes..long story short I was there 3 1/2 hours for a pedi and fill. Too long of a wait.. they also need more workers. And last but not least .. two days later my nail already chipped .. it's been a week now and my nails are all falling apart smh!!! Super Bad job on the nails .. I am so upset . This was a waste of my time and money, both in which I do not take lightly.. I will NEVER go here again !! Hope this was helpful .. Please Do not go here!! . Unless, I noticed.. if you are a regular there they will take very good care of you !! Save your hard Earned money and go somewhere else!! The pedi was the only thing That gave them a star.. read more

Decided to give this place a try. It's newly opened in May. Very clean and organized. They have 2 TV screens. Mellow music playing softly in background. All the chairs are new of course so the massage part works. I got the Nu skin pedicure. Expensive, but totally worth it. An hour long. Treat yourself. I got Ryan for my nails and I picked a chrome color for both hands and feet. They really have a lot to choose from. I have been on the verge of taking the gel off and taking a break because every place has exactly the same colors, boring. Not here, check them out. I do have to say that either they over book or they just take too long, quite a few people walked out saying that they had been waiting 30 minutes. My appointment was at 4:30, sat down for pedicure at 5. All the nail techs appeared to only be men. I will be back. read more

Update: 1 day less than 2 weeks later ALL of my nails lifted. I did what any nail getting girl would do. Took all 10 of the nails off painlessly and without damage to my natural nails. That was a plus for sure. Brand new full set and all lifted in 13 days? Skip this place and spend ur money elsewhere. Waist of my $55, oh and that was because I received a 25% discount. Fancy nails across the street here I come. They are always busy. But worth it. 4 months of a full set and not 1 ever lifted. Not once. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Walked in at 12:10pm with my husband and was told there was a 5-10 minute wait for a mani pedi for each. They sat us right away and turned out water on and left. However...... the woman forgot to turn off my water and it not only spilled ALL over the floor, but on me, and sprayed me with the water hose....... after this, I'm left soaking (my clothes as well) to sit for another 30 minutes before they decide to start on my husband's pedicure. We left at 1pm with no EVER HAVING TOUCH MY HANDS OR FEET, and my husband only HALF WAY THROUGH HIS MASSAGE that was done half ass. She also clipped him and made him bleed. Not to mention, still charged him $40 even tho we left half way through the service due to time issues because they told us initially we would only be waiting 5-10 minutes read more

Sanitation here is awful. Nothing is ever wiped down after each client. I got a pedicure and manicure the same day. The nail file and buffer were definitely used. I ended up getting a cut on my finger with blood while they were filing with the drill and I didn't see them toss or clean the stuff they used on me right after so I'm sure it was used on another person after. read more

I may have just found the BEST nail tech in this hidden gem! I was tired of looking for a nail salon in Vallejo with decent reviews and this place was recommended to me by one of my friends so I said why not..read reviews about Jason.. and he is AMAZING! I showed him the nail design i wanted and he took the challenge on. He would get so upset if there was something he didn't like and took his time to fix it. Definitely a perfectionist, which I think is important when you're a nail tech. My nails are exactly what I wanted I couldn't be more happier! This is definitely my go to spot and I will be seeing only Jason for my nails going forward! read more

if i could give this business zero stars.. i would.. i made an appointment for me and my grand daughter to get our nails done TOGETHER.. her appointment was at 930 and they moved mine to 11am. when I questioned this changed.. the man that was doing nails at the front of the store attempted to argue with me. when he couldn't deliver an intelligent statement to me.. he stated "just get out! i left with my grand daughter and i just began to cry. i understand that businesses has the right to refuse service to anyone. but this was such a disrespectful way to handle business. read more

My mom and I went in at 9 when the hours stated they opened. NO ONE was present until 920! Then they said walk-ins were welcome, but they didn't even have enough employees present to accommodate the appointments that clients scheduled, let alone walk-ins. Employees were all staggering in as we waited over 40 minutes with no acknowledgment. Don't go here unless you have 2-3 hours to spend waiting around. read more

I was in desperate need of getting my gel nails taken off and a manicure. It was 5:30p on a Sunday and I forgot most nail salons close by 6pm! I called around to a bunch of different salons and Blossom Nails was the only one who said they could take me. I got to the salon by 5:45p and they sat me down right away. Because they were closing soon, I expected them to rush my service but they took their time! They really focused on my manicure and were meticulous about shaping and painting my nails. I finally left around 6:45p when they close at 6p! I really appreciated them taking me so close to closing time. If I can give zero stars, I would! I don't know why I came back to this place. These people are hella disrespectful. They act like your bothering them by getting service. This place was recommended to me by a friend. My first visit was fine. Susan did my full set. She was very nice and did the design I asked for with no problem. The acrylic was just too thick for my liking so at my next visit I booked with Eric. My appointment was at 11. I arrived at 10:54 and he didn't start me until 11:27. I sucked it up because I REALLY needed a fill and it was Friday and it was busy. I liked my nails. They were thinner and more natural feeling like I wanted so I decided to book with him once I needed a fill again. Which brings me to today. My appointment was at 12:30. When I arrived at 12:27 Eric was still working on someone else's nails. He asked how could he help me. I replied I had an appointment for a fill with him at 12:30. All he said was "ok". I told him I would wait in my car and he said he would call once he finished. I waited in my car until 1:15 & went in to see if I could get my deposit back because he still wasn't finished with the other lady's nails. I'm pissed. I paid for a sitter so I could come here just to have my time waisted!! I considered staying because I had a nail that was lifting and didn't feel like looking for another place to go. Once he was done he went out to smoke a cigarette. I'm just getting more and more pissed. I asked how is he smoking and he's already late. He then tells me he can take a break and that there is no guarantee that I would get my nails done at my appointment time because sometimes different nails take longer. Beyond annoyed now!! He then says it's against their policy to refund deposits. I told him I didn't care about the policy because he was late and I wanted my damn money because he wasted my time and I still didn't have my nails done. He agreed to the refund but only back to my card his words I quote "I only refund back to your card because y'all go home and cancel the charge." Who the hell is YALL?!!!!!!!! WTF!!! I'm not a damn Thief and don't again who the f**k is y'all? If my deposit doesn't come back to my card by the end of the week he will have a problem!!! Won't be going back there.
