I went for my schedule appointment with the person by name. The head guy gave me someone else as though I wouldn't recognize the face of the person who worked on my pretty feet. I guess they all go by the same name... So being the person that I am I went along with it. I'm so sick n tired of the patronizing customers to fit with who they want and expect you to spend $80 plus tip for a pedicure. The lady did not remove no cuticle from either of my 10 toes. I had to tell her if she didn't know how then don't bother. I was in the chair 50 minutes when others came after me and left 15 minutes before me with professional pedicure service. If u want to give unprofessional service you should have a discount price for your nonprofessional staff services n stop being Greedy n judgmental The nerve! read more

Went in for a pedicure the French design came out good she redid them 3x but it seemed she was in a rush was too aggressive she slashed me pretty good on my toe I started dripping blood no matter what she put on it was not stopping the blood from gushing I was in so muchhh pain upon filing after the gel was cured she cut another toe at this point I'm fuming I was upset ready to leave I asked if I'd get a discount and was given only 5 dollars off it's been 6 hours since I was in the shop and my toes are still throbbing and bleeding , read more

Got my nails done by Hanna and she did an amazing job. She was kind and asked me throughout my appointment if I was satisfied with my nails. I definitely was! I had shown her a photo of inspiration and of course told her it didn't have to come out exactly like the picture but she did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with the result. Everyone there was very kind and I felt relaxed. I also got a pedicure (French tip) and it came out beautifully. I've been to nail shops where I felt stressed and upset but not at blossom nails. I felt very zen. It was much needed. read more

I went in on Saturday with my niece and sisters to get a pedicure and nails done, we decided to try this place out as I've heard great things, when we arrived they asked us to sit down to start with the nails, I got Susan she seemed super nice, she asked me how I wanted my nails I showed her the picture and she said she can do it, I said great, you know sometimes you show them a picture and they will tell you if they can't get it like that but she said there was no issue she can do it, everything was going well at least I thought until she started airbrushing the color on my nails and it started looking pink I told her I wanted red like the picture not pink she looked irritated, she added more color but it just made my nails thicker and a darker pink, I asked her if she can remove this color and use something more like what I wanted, she started removing and asked my to wash my hands again then started complaining with her coworkers about how I wanted a darker red, when I got back to the chair she tried again with the help of a coworker she got another color (still not the color I wanted) I was already done at this moment I just wanted to leave, I told her if she can't get it the color I wanted she could leave them with no color, she added another red on and then continued, I didn't say anything else as I was already upset and just wanted to leave I felt like I wanted to cry but I didn't want anyone to see me cry, after she was finishing she asked if I wanted to get my pedicure, I said no I'm good, I went to pay and she charged me $85 for the picture you see attached. I wanted to cry how bad they looked, I walked to my car in tears went to Sally's and then home I took off the horrible "ombré" Susan did. Mind you my sister's nails and pedicure came out great. 2 days ago I got my nails done here and the older asian lady does nice nails but is super aggressive . She kept telling me to relax my hands but how am I suppose relax my hand when you're literally cutting me with the nail file . She said sorry and I just let it go and even tipped her but when I got home my fingers started to hurt and then I see mostly all my fingers were cut by the nail file . Idk if I'd ever go back here . I really wanted to love it but I'm not happy. The pedicure was fine she did cut me once so I had to tell her to be gentle please. At the end she removed the dividers before she put in the top coat on, when she did my toes rubbed agains each other I asked her to please put them back but she never fixed my pinky. On the manicure she also cut me (I understand it happens sometimes but 2 times in one day) the gel came out very uneven and with a lot of bubbles as you can see in the pictures. read more

I came to this nail salon almost three hours before they closed and i asked the guy if they were able to do a full set and a pedicure which he replied yes. As i was getting my pedicure they kept bringing more clients in ahead of me for manicure when they could've just done mines while i got the pedicure (like they always do) i reminded the lady that was doing my pedicure that i also wanted a full set and she kept ignoring me. 45 mins before they close and a guy come up to me and asks me what i am getting done on my hands, i show him a picture and he replies oh that's too much detail and we're about to close i am not doing that. Another lady comes up to me and i show her a picture and says thats too much we are about to close. I told her that why did they tell me they have time to do it when i came in if they were not going to be able to do it. She said to come back another day, i explained to her that i am heading out of town and i cant come back another day. she said that if i want my nails done today i have to pic a different style. I show her another style and she wants to charge me $110 for basic French tip only because i want a flower in one of the nails. I explain to her that i always come here and the most I've gotten charged is $120 with pedicure and full set with design. She tells me they are about to close which my only guess is that she wants to charge me $110 for a basic set just because they are about to close??? When they had told me they had time to do it when i had walked in. I ended up getting regular French tip on my toes and hands and they charged me $20 extra because the lady who did my pedicure had left by now and this other lady charged me for a deluxe pedicure when i had a regular pedicure done. I don't think "we are about to close" its an excuse To raise the prices of a 75$ set to $110 and its unfair that they want to pick out your nail set for you which you are literally paying just because their excuse is that they don't have enough time. If you don't have enough time to do a service why have the costumer wait, just for you to say you don't have enough time and raise the prices as an excuse. read more

Me and my daughter went here for the first time today and it's so much better than what I used to go to. The price is affordable and the design is really good and they really focus on your nails. It is a little pricey for the pedicure and they did kind of rush it. Well that's because it is getting too very close time but my feet feels amazing. Jim, I think that's his name he's the one that did my nails I'm not sure the lady who did my feet and I'm not sure who did my daughters nails but it was another guy. He looks pretty young. But he was really patient with my daughter and he was also gentle because it was her first time getting her nails done. So overall, I do recommend the spot and I will be coming back . read more

I booked online and paid a $26 deposit. I was later charged $80 for a regular gel mani and pedi, even though the prices listed on their website were lower. When I asked, the guy said the site hadn't been updated, but no one informed me of the actual cost before starting. The manicure felt rushed, and the polish was applied unevenly, it honestly looked like something a child might have done. The pedicure was a bit better, the technician cleaned my nails well, but the polish still wasn't neat. I still left a $10 tip because it's expected, but I definitely won't be coming back. read more

My first full set was $75. But when I went in to get a fill two weeks later, they charged me $110?! That makes no sense. I didn't ask for any charms, no 3d, nothing besides a simple polish design on top of one SOLID COLOR. On top of that, I had to wait 20 minutes because my tech was busy when I got there. I feel like because it was the holidays, my nail tech took advantage of me and my being new to the salon. I will try a new tech and update this review in the future. read more

Tiffani was rude every time we went there she argued with me and refused to do draw a letter on my nail for me she kept saying she can't draw a T and that no one else there knew how to draw a T and that she didn't want to ask anyone else because they are all too busy to draw a letter T for me since she didn't know how she was horrible and kept speaking her language, very rudely and laughing as if she was trying to talk to me taunt me and then overcharged me. I have been coming here off and on since they opened and have never had an issue with Blossom. Every nail tech I have worked with has always done exceptional work. My current nail tech is Jenny and she is amazing. I have never had nails that stay on as well as the ones she does. I wash my hands very frequently as I work with kids and my nails always stay on. Once I broke a nail off my new set and went in a few days later and they fixed it no charge. I personally feel like a lot of the issues that people have here are their own. They have you book online with a tech and pay a deposit to reserve your spot. It's pretty straightforward and I don't understand why people can't follow simple instructions like this and choose to complain about minuscule things. Anyway, the prices are reasonable, the nail techs do amazing work and the shop is clean. Check it out. read more

Me and my daughter went back in to try and have them fix the flower on her nails and spoke to the manager who was very rude and nasty and no help at all said they could fix her nail art and I told him if the nail tech could not do the art then she should have told my daughter this and the nail tech told me she tried to make the nail design close to the original design my daughter wanted . Not ok we don't pay for half service and that's what my daughter go the manager could have had a nail tech fix the flower or give my daughter half her money back or a free service something but then he proceeded to say if she didn't like her nails don't come back. Came to see Jimmy twice. My nail shape was great and although he was upset i wanted a layover instead of tips, he said he couldn't do the design i wanted. Which i know is possible bc I've had it done elsewhere. The nail is not completely covered though, the sides seem to lift from my real nail which shouldn't be when having a lay over. The first time my nail cracked. I asked him to remove it bc the crack was across the entire nail and it hurt. He said it was fine and he'd put gel over it. Well the same nail broke off a few weeks later again and underneath my nail ended up being green. Had he removed the nail and re did it, liquid would not have gotten into the crack where liquid would get in. This has been after about 2 weeks of me putting stuff on it now They don't listen and do what they want :( read more

I went here just to ask to have my nails polished only in a french tip. Keep in mind my nails were already done. The guy at the door told me they "Don't" polish nails that are done at another shop". Wow, you know why do we (blk ppl) patronize these shops and all these ppl do is talk about blk ppl in their language. They think we don't understand what their saying...we need to get our own shops and stop letting these ppl take advantage of us. Because basically whatever they can do we can always do btr. Since the pandemic these prices have gotten ridiculous and a lot of it is all because they can. They're ripping us new ones we need to stop this madness and beat them at their own game. Then your not getting the quality for the cost your paying and then they have the audacity to be rude Jesus take the wheel...Why is my review the only one you seem to have replied to? Yeah, you have the right to refuse service to anyone and so what...do you know how many nails shows are around dude. Why don't you stick to doing nails rather writing. Came to get my nails done for some self care. I got a full set and pedicure. I had a photo of what I wanted done and Bella (I think that was her name) nailed it. She was very thorough and did such a good job with the nail design. I had the smoothing pedicure. It was very relaxing. I knocked my review 1 star because I think the chair I was in was broken. The massage was only working on the lower back. So glad I came because I felt relaxed and so happy with my set and pedicure. read more

I came here with my two best friends after making an appointment with Jimmy, Jason, and Ryan. The wait was kinda long even with an appointment but our nails were so worth it! We all LOVE our nails!! We've gotten so many compliments on our nails. Jason did such a great job on my nails with shaping and the ombré marble design!! All the workers are so friendly and funny. I was weary at first because of them being known for long wait times, but both times I've been here I've only had to wait about 5 minutes to get started. I've had Amy and Hanna and both were splendid. They are very meticulous and take their time with your nails, which I don't mind. Prepare to spend At least 1.5-2 hours here. Cash only!! When I asked about it, he simply shook his head. By the next day, while on a trip, several nails had chipped and broken, and within two days the product had lifted from nearly all of them. This cost me additional money and took time away from my vacation with my husband and family to have them redone. This was also very painful. As you can see in the photos, my nails broke quite far down when the product chipped off. Because I was out of town for an extended period and had commitments when I returned, I could not visit Nails Design until today. When I explained the situation, the manager repeatedly insisted I should have come back sooner, despite my explaining that was not possible. I received no apology and felt dismissed. After a lengthy discussion, the manager agreed to redo my nails at no charge. However, after the service, the technician told me I would receive only a 50% discount. I explained that this contradicted the manager's agreement and that I had accepted the pedicure only because my nails were to be redone for free. The technician honored the original agreement, and I paid a full tip for both services. Problems can happen in any business, but what matters is how they are handled. Rather than taking responsibility and apologizing, management repeatedly blamed me for not returning sooner. If you have had good experiences here, I am glad. However, I cannot recommend this salon. The poor workmanship, damage to my nails, and the manager's handling of the situation made this a frustrating experience from start to finish.

During my most recent visit, I specifically requested a particular nail technician to perform my service. Instead of honoring my request or explaining why that technician was unavailable, the manager insisted that another employee do my nails. As a paying customer, I believe I should be able to request the technician I feel most comfortable with, especially when making an appointment or arriving with that expectation. If a requested technician is unavailable, staff should clearly communicate that information in advance whenever possible and offer customers the option to reschedule or choose another technician. The manager's attitude came across as unprofessional and dismissive, which made me feel like my preferences and concerns did not matter. Good customer service involves listening to customers, communicating respectfully, and making reasonable efforts to accommodate requests. Management could improve the customer experience by training staff to explain scheduling decisions politely, acknowledge customer concerns, and provide clear alternatives when requests cannot be met. Because this was my second negative experience at this salon, I do not plan to return. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer service. Establishing better appointment procedures, confirming technician requests ahead of time, and encouraging more respectful interactions with customers would go a long way toward rebuilding trust and improving overall satisfaction

This place is terrible but because Nick does such good pedicure I decided to come back I booked with him for 11;45 because last time I came I did first apt at 9:30 And they said he was not here 2 months later he's still not here but he's on the booking list , I have to leave 2 bad reviews to the point I had to log out my account so I can leave a bad review again. I had apt at 11:45 . I got here at 11:40 was told Nick called out sick but the owner didn't call and notify everyone who booked with him to either re book tmrow or u will have to wait for in between apts and I was told it will be 45-hour wait . I'm definitely never coming back and all I'm getting is gel pedicure . And because it's very unprofessional here , they don't clean off seats or any of the tools they use after somebody is done you get right in the chair after them , they catch a attitude if you ask them to wipe down the tools and chairs. Nobody here matches gel colors except Nick I told her I want the same color she said she doesn't know the color and cant color match, a hour wait , and I hope they aren't looking for a tip because I wouldn't even give a penny. They definitely have lost over 50 Clients from being unprofessional. And having people on the booking list who's not here . And they make absolutely no accommodations. read more

A few days ago I had my first experience with this nail salon, and I am quite pleased. For starters, I scheduled my appointment online, which involves an initial $10 fee to secure the appointment. The thing I liked about scheduling online is that I could request the person who will be doing my nails, instead of walking in to the store and getting someone unfamiliar. I am new to nail experiences, but I think the set I got might be the best set I've had in my lifetime. My nail artist was Ryan (by online request), and he definitely puts in the time and effort to make clean cuts and straight edges. He also lowered the price a little bit for me to get my desired design. I will definitely go here again in the future, and I hope my future appointments go as well as this one. read more

I got my pedicure last night no problem. I asked if I could get a fill the next day, I was told ok. The guy even removed one nail that was broken. The next day I went and asked for my fill and the guy looked at my nails and told me that he cannot give me a fill and I need to pay for a new set which was $100 mind you only had these nails on for two weeks. I'm a licensed cosmetologist they use the same product that were used to do my full set of nails I'm trying to understand why would you want to charge me $100 when all I wanted was a fill and fix two Nails. The absolute worst pedicure I have ever had in my life! Then I sat for nails and Susan tells me I HAVE to pay the extra $10 for gel polish on my hands because they don't want to have to fix my nails WHAT? The most absurd hustle EVER! They are already far overpriced. I got up and left and won't ever return. We need to boycott these nail shops. They have lost their minds with these prices and they will keep going up if we don't make a stand. I'll drive to Oakland, and pay toll before I give these greedy people $55 for a fill. I was disappointed with my experience at this nail shop. While the designs were nice, the quality was poor--two nails broke within a week. When I tried to schedule a fix, they said they were too busy, so I had to go elsewhere.
