I needed a replacement bathtub stopper and ordered the silicone OXO stopper as I planned on taking a hot Epsom salt soak. It worked well and did the trick. The stopper also has a little suction cup built in so it can be attached to the fiberglass surround of the shower. This OXO model was $13.99. The hair catching version was $2 more. Some limited street parking nearby that's metered with a 2 hour time limit. They've got a unique layout with direct access to elevators inside. The outside is currently under renovations, but very much still accessible with tables and chairs outdoors, part of the plaza. Target Starbucks is to the left when you enter. Team members here are personable to a degree and you can find most things you desire in a pinch. They do get shopped pretty hard so I keep that in mind being the closest larger in size Target (the one on Highland is a lot smaller in scale) and most things are under lock and key. I was hoping they'd have a little more variety for frozen goods and groceries especially of the non-dairy and vegan friendly variety but it was pretty similar to others nearby which is disappointing. Haven't been inside in a few year and I will say it feels even cleaner but not the most welcoming overall. Okay prices for the most part, definitely not as many sales items here.

The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Store along with dressing rooms could have been cleaner. They have many different items from accessories, to clothes/shoes, children's department, toys, scarfs, belts, hats and more.. Hello, During the holiday season I purchased a bottle of Tom Ford Lost Cherry perfume from Bloomingdales at the the Beverly center in Los Angeles, ca. I bought it as gift for my girl friend and when she opened the gift on Christmas Day, the bottle inside of the packaged (wrapped in plastic) product was not a bottle of perfume but instead a phony bottle with a liquid that looks like oil. It fit exactly in side the box. It appeared that someone had replaced to real perfume with a phony bottle and sealed the package and returned it and then that item was sold to me. The day after Christmas I brought the product to Bloomingdales and spoke with the operations manager, Gary Jockers, and explained what happened. Gary told me that he can not switch out the product for me because they did not sell it to me that way, insinuating that I stole the perfume. Which was beyond insulting. He refused to help me with the situation and instead gave me a phone number to Bloomingdales in New York and told me to ask for someone whom nobody at the store knew. I've since gone back 4 times and no one will try to help me. I was robbed by Bloomingdales and I am beyond disappointed in the costumer service that had been provided to me. Be sure to always check your packaged purchases before leaving the store so you don't get ripped off like I did. read more

It did take a while to grab a pair of pants while I waited in the fitting room (I think he might have actually forgotten), but I was trying on a couple other items in the meantime, and the pants were brought over after a friendly reminder. There was a skirt I was interested in that was not available anywhere, but I realized I could fold down the waistband to make it work if I went up a size. A bonus was the free shipping-even for sale items which this was-to be sent to your home (they cannot ship to the store) and I'm now waiting for the tracking information to arrive. The main checkout counters were completely unattended, even though the store was not particularly busy, and customers were being required to pay at a small counter near the entrance labeled "Online Order Pickup." The area is cramped, uncomfortable, and causes people to gather right by the doorway. Honestly, the experience felt more like being rushed through a coffee shop express counter than shopping at Sephora. A company at this level should organize its staff better and keep the actual checkout registers open.

As a guy shopping at Sephora, you already feel a bit out of place, but her attitude made it feel like I was being watched and judged the entire time. What made it worse was the inconsistency. Another staff member had been friendly and willing to help without any issue, but the moment the manager stepped in, everything changed. She abruptly said she could only ring up a limited number of items and insisted on splitting the purchase into two transactions, which I agreed to without any problem. To make matters worse, one of the managers even bragged about how long she had worked at Sephora, as if that justified the way I was being treated. It came across as a clear power trip. After completing the first transaction, I stepped out to drop off my bags in my car. When I came back, I was met by a different manager who completely refused to continue the sale. Despite me being calm and respectful, she claimed there was a strict limit of 10 items per customer and essentially pushed me out of the store. The explanation felt made up on the spot and completely contradicted what I had just been told minutes earlier. There's no excuse for this kind of behavior. I was polite, reasonable, and cooperative the entire time, yet I was met with attitude, rudeness, and inconsistent policies. No business, especially not its management should treat customers this way."
