Truly appalling experience. I went to the store to make some returns. Chris, the alleged store manager, was extremely rude and resistant to conducting the return. Three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. Per my call with customer service on Monday, it's because the store has yet to record the return or send the items back. I am owed hundreds of dollars. I have been a longtime customer of the brand but I will never visit this store again and recommend the same for anyone not 1000% sure of their purchase or who makes their purchase online. read more

The Fourth of July sales were amazing everywhere that I couldn't resist just stepping into Michael Kors. I was never dying to own a MK handbag, but I just wanted to see if there was anything I would like this time around. I was looking for a black purse. I wanted something small since I'm not a big handbag type of gal. I contemplated buying the Hamilton satchel. I first locked eyes on a black leather shoulder bag from the collection, and I knew it was "the one." This purse was simple yet sophisticated with no flashy logos or initials. It was a nice surprise to see that it was on sale for 65% off. There were also several purses that were 50% off. Mito was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brand. He was nice, attentive, and friendly. I will definitely return to this location if I plan to splurge on another MK handbag purchase. read more

Right across the street from The Ivy restaurant, they basically can just stare at the famous restaurant and paparazzi all day... I suspect that's what they do most of the time when there is no customers, cause one of the sales people asked me if we went to The Ivy for lunch..... A kind of awkward experience there, we went there to return a bracelet we got at the store in Beverly Center the same day.... My sister works in retail, she says that is what they hate the most, customers return the products they bought at other store locations, because they get the return record at the very store the customer return the products, sucks.... But I had to return the bracelet here because I didn't want to go back to the the store I just bought that, it would be even more awkward for me! When I told the sales people the story, they weren't even unhappy, just said " it makes sense..." They did show me a few cute little necklace to suggest that I do exchange instead of return, but I was just too tired to shop around anymore..... So while hubby was dealing with the return, I did a little chat with the sales people, like where did we go for dinner last week and whatever, it was relaxing, they were so chill and friendly. It's awesome that we always get super nice treatment at any upscale retail stores, even though this time we were doing the different location return thing they usually don't like, believe me I did feel bad about it..... I have always liked Michael Kors, except the real fur products, again do NOT wear real fur, do NOT buy & support barbaric fur industry! Other than that, the prices of everything else are much more affordable than other leader designers, I will be back in no time after a lunch at the Ivy, and chat with the sales people about how the lunch goes.... ;p The handbags and fashion jewelries by Michael Kors are very good quality, at more affordable prices, I suggest younger women look into those often, they always have good sale going on. My new all-time favorite store because of exceptional customer service! I highly recommend to shop with Wendy, she is very sweet and helpful! When you are looking for some specific MK item Wendy will be the one who will do her job the best to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your order! I was looking for an item that was sold out online and she did the magic, she found it in another state and shipped the purse to my home. I am very grateful that I found her and I think that Wendy represents the highest quality of customer service that should be an example for many many store manager who ignores due to high "workload". I am a fan of Michael Kors brand and now this location is my primary destination to get my mood lifted and exchange positive energy of shopping happiness! read more

This has been my second visit to this store since its opening late last year. My intention was to go into the store for shoes. However, Ivan convinced me to try on a couple of dresses. Next thing you know I was completely styled with a new outfit. Accessories and all. I didn't feel like it was a hard sale either because he did not have any hesitation telling me if a dress did not work for me. I appreciate his honesty. He is your guy if you want the personal attention. I also found out that I can make an appointment with him next time. I had a perfume bottle that was leaking the perfume from the top whenever i sprayed it. I went in and spoke with Gary who was great. He called his manger Sean who just gave me a brand new bottle no questions asked. It was a very nice surprise. As a huge Michael lover and longtime loyal shopper, I am disappointed. After shopping at the SM location this afternoon, a dress I fell in love with was out in my size. They graciously called around LA, and had it put on hold. I left SM around 6pm, grabbed a starbucks, and drove all the way across town to get my new dress. It was closed. There are no times posted online, and even I couldn't get through on the phone to confirm they had my dress. I expected it to be there, and them to be open after just leaving SM and being told I could go get my dress this evening. Worst Michael Kors store and the worst customer service. They supposed to be opened at 11 am, I arrived here at 11:05 and they are still closed. The saw me standing outside but no one opened the door. Then the lady came and told me to wait 10 more minutes outside. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy their so-called "extremely secure" magnetic jewelry. I received the new MK tennis bracelet style for my birthday, only to have it fall off my wrist...unbeknownst to me. I didn't feel a thing or hear it fall...it was just gone. I contacted the store and corporate customer service (who said "just send in the bracelet and we'll assess the clasp...huh?????) Despite my having the box and gift receipt from a week prior, they would do nothing about it. i wore it twice. Will never buy from MK again. read more

I called this store and Erika really went out of her way I told her that needed a gift to be mailed. Xavier is amazing.I kept ordering a sweater online and warehouse kept canceling the order they were saying it is out of stock. Finely today I checked online and I find out this store has limited availability I called and Xavier helped me I ask him about the sweater and within two minutes he answer the phone he said they have it and he wanted to hold it for me but when I ask him can you ship it he said of course because I didn't want to drive there the store is far from my house.
