I bought a wallet a few months ago and it's already peeling so I sent it in for repair due to it 2-Year warranty and after weeks of waiting they refuse to repair or replace the wallet, stating that it's wear and tear. It's not wear and tear it's simply a very poor quality wallet. For the money I spent I at least would like to it last me a few years without this issue. I never liked the idea of Yves Saint Laurent rebranding to Saint Laurent. But recently they are making stuff that are enticing me. I stepped inside this store my first time to see if they had a key holder. They did and I found the particular model had a bill compartment and extra card slot. I was sold on it. But I told Natalie I would come back on my next payday for the key holder model. I highly recommend her! Super sweet and friendly! I walked with my mother roughly about a week ago looking for a pouch that is completely back ordered but that I "need" for a wedding that I will be attending very soon. We were greeted by a gentleman at the door and then assisted by Troy Greene and he was completely committed to assisting us and some! He brought the pouch that I was looking for plus many more options for me to try and check myself out with! I wanted to take the time to write this review because we walked in completely underdressed, I had just had a surgical procedure across the store from the store & was wearing very comfortable clothes nothing flashy nor memorable yet the treatment we received was stellar. If I could rate Troy's sales/customer experience 100 stars I definitely would. But not just Troy every employee at the location made us feel welcomed and not at all out of place. Yelp needs to come up with a 0 star option for atrocious service like how I was treated at this store today. I bought a pair of ysl shoes from Paris and was sent the shoes to my hotel room, unfortunately I was sent the wrong color in the shoe. So I went to my local ysl store to exchange them for the correct shoe. The manager excused me of wearing the shoes. If I had worn the shoe it would've been obvious. He pointed out some scratches on the bottom, I went around and showed his own display shoes had the same basic wear and tear. It was obvious these shoes were not worn. You would think when you are paying 700 dollars for shoes you would get good service. The assistant manager, Enosh, was dismissive and rude. It's unbelievable to me that a store like this would promote someone to such an important position. I will keep my business at Neimans and avoid this store at all costs. read more

I love Saint Laurent, I have a couple fragrances, shoes, wallets, and sunglasses. When I saw there was a store at the Beverly center I thought I'd stop by to see their new creative direction. Literally THE ONLY reason I didn't purchase a new wallet was because of how rude and condescending the sales associate (some black girl with a shaved head and terrible make up) was while I was there. I left and took my money to Louis Vuitton where I was treated wonderfully as usual and grabbed one of their classic black epi pieces. the Saint Laurent brand as a whole has a great track record but this person was so offensive I won't be returning to that location. read more

My last visit to this location was WONDERFUL! Enosh, the Assistant Store Director, worked patiently and proactively to help resource the pieces need to repair my Sac De Jour handbag. Eager to assist, he offered overnight shipment to the store so I could pick it up the next day but since I had to travel for work he shipped it to my hotel in Nashville! 2weeks ago I went to beverly center saint laurant to buy YSL clutch. At that time we want light pink. But the clutch has glue and dirty thing on it. I asked them to get another one with absolutly no demage. And one of assistance maneger JOVANA pretend to the clutch has no demage on it (eventhough my 3 friends who with me can see black glue all over the clutch. ) She was keeping say if we want to anything light color bag in YSL we have to take the demage too. Because all of light color might has all same demage and the ploblem is that we are too picky. How can she become a assistance maneger with her attitude!! A few minutes ago, I received a call from Jessica, I believe she is the Bev center Saint Laurent store manager. I appreciate her reaching out and checking if she can do anything to rectify my experience with them. I am fine with the item I received as an exchange and like I said I will not drive an hour and make an effort to exchange or return an item unless it is necessary. That is why I was so upset with how I was treated the time I needed an exchange. Well I am sure to look for Jessica if ever I find myself in their boutique at the Beverly Center. Amazing service each time I've been here. I remember visiting a year ago, and although I was just browsing, the SA was super patient and answered any questions I had. On my most recent visit this past month, I was once again, not disappointed. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted. Ariane was the one that helped me and was awesome. I was getting a surprise gift for a friend who was wandering around to mall so I was on a time crunch. I was looking for something specific and Ariane quickly went through the iPad to try and find what I was looking for. She even offered to help find it at another store or online. But in the end I found something better. Since it was a surprise, a big saint Laurent bag kinda gives the surprise away, so I asked her if there was anyway to make it more discreet, or if I could take the shopping bag with me to hide somehow. She wrapped the present up, and went to the back and found me a random target bag to hide the actual shopping bag and tissue paper in. Now if that's not going above and beyond, I don't know what is. It's always adds to the experience when an SA is just as excited for something as you are. Especially at stores like these. If you're debating on whether to visit this saint Laurent or the one at rodeo, I highly recommend this one. I had a completely different (negative) experience at the one at rodeo. Okay - I had one of the BEST Customer Service experiences IN MY LIFE - 10000% thanks to Jessica, the store director. Long story: There was a big mess with an item I purchased at a Saint Laurent boutique in Spain. The item needed a repair about a week later, but I found out there was no trace of the items I had purchased in the system. The sales rep in Spain had rung up the wrong item, and even worse, hadn't entered my purchases into my account. I tried to work with a couple other YSL sales reps/boutiques in the LA area, but none of them could do anything for me without a receipt (I lost the receipt at the airport, after I processed my tax rebate). I spent weeks trying to call, e-mail, and message the Spain store and corporate with NO luck. On top of that, the item hadn't been sold in the US boutiques before, so the sales reps I spoke to probably didn't even believe what I was saying. In fact, one rep basically told me that I couldn't have purchased the item if I had no receipt and it wasn't entered into the computer, because all the sales reps (yes even the ones in Europe) would have had to enter the info correctly in order for the transaction to go through. Anyway! by sheer luck, I ended up getting a response about a month later from the boutique in Spain, so I went back in to the store to give my luck another try. I explained the whole issue to Jessica and right off the bat, she was super sweet and helpful. It felt like she really cared and wanted to help work out the issue for me. We had a bit of correspondence via e-mail, and she was very responsive even on her days off and truly did everything she possibly could to help. In the end, I was very very happy and grateful for her assistance, and am very satisfied with my experience! I know it's just a material thing, but it started my year off with really good vibes :) Looking at some of the reviews here, I know that one bad experience with a sales rep can tarnish the reputation of an entire brand/store. We've all been there... But I reeeeeally recommend giving this boutique a try - If the director works hard and goes to the limit to help customers, then it follows that the sales reps would also be just as great. (I have been to this store a few times over the years, and have had good experiences) It makes me trust and love this brand even more. All in all, I've definitely learned a few lessons, but this location is definitely going to be the reason I hit up Beverly Center more often. read more

I had an incident that occurred to me with a recent purchase I had with YSL. I lost a piece that came with my purse and I needed to purchase a replacement . I had the choice to go to the original store I purchase from but I did not have a positive experience prior. I was a walk in at the YSL in the Beverly center and I was assisted by one of the sales reps Ashley. I was greeted instantly and I told her my issues . She was very pleasant throughout the whole experience and advise me she will follow up with me . Normally retails stores fail to do this but she called me back the next day ! Her manager Jessica approved my order and gave me all positive news . I've never had such a great interaction and experience in a luxury store as I did here . Best experience ever at the Beverly Center Saint Laurent store! A favorite bag of mine, purchased in France a few months ago, was unexplainably starting to look worn in spots. The manager, Enosh Valdez Williams recognized immediately that something was not right and in a few minutes verified my purchase and replaced the defective bag. All that while being helped by the lovely Enrique who was incredibly knowledgeable about all things YSL and a pleasure to chat with. Enosh deserves a huge shout out! Is it store policy not to greet someone when they walk in? I came in the store with intent of purchasing a handbag, but walked out as soon as I could. It started as the security rent a cop whatever stared me down as I walked through the store. Mind you, I'm a young, petite, professional lady. Anyways, I walked to the end of the store, and the sales associate didn't say one word to me. I started to stare at him to see if he would say anything. He finally asked if I had any questions when I was a couple feet away from him. I responded no and left. I couldn't believe it. This sales associate- I'm not going to talk bad about this poor guy because who am I to judge, but he definitely didn't look or act classy in any way. Maybe his ego was shot down many times due to the type of clientele that shop at this store, to the point where he's scared to acknowledge anyone who walks in, in fear of being ignored or talked down to. I contacted YSL client services with a product quality issues (their zipper-pull on my boots broke off) and I was told they wouldn't help fix the issue - that I needed to reach out to YSL in my area for assistance. The YSL boutique in Beverly Hills told me that since I didn't purchase the boots with them they wouldn't help. Also they would not offer any services if you're without a receipt, nor could they send me the correct zipper pull so that I could go to a local repair shop. As someone who has worked in the apparel industry and as a business owner for 12+ years, my customer service experience with YSL was extremely disappointing. As a "luxury" high-end brand they should stand by their product. Price-point brands stand by their products better than YSL. read more

So I normally don't go to Beverly Hills and most of my accessories are from Gucci and Lois Vuitton because they have stores closer to my house. But I was there yesterday and decided to check out YSL. I saw this purse that I really loved and bought it right avay, they went to the back to pack a brand new purse for me I paid and left the store. When I came home and opened the bag I found that purse shoved in the box that is way smaller than the purse and it doesn't even close all the way so they ended up shoving the purse inside pressing on it and tying the box tight. As a result the item looks disgusting all smashed, wrinkly, I'm not even sure it's a non display bag cuz of how gross it looks. Not to mention the box is all sticky and disgusting from a sticker they probably pulled off the box because it wasn't for that bag? Never have I ever had an experience like that at other high end store. Extremely disappointed. Going back to the area to exchange it would take hours of my time being stuck in traffic. Their customer service is definitely not even close to other luxury brands. Grossed out. How could they pack a $1300 purse this way and damage it for me.
