I absolutely adore Bloom! Sarah is truly wonderful, and I can't imagine not having my lashes done there. She has created such a soothing atmosphere, and her shop in Soquel is just adorable.

I've been getting my lashes done here for about 4 months now and love walking out after my fills! I only intended on getting them done once for a Vegas trip but my boyfriend kept telling me how much he loves them and how they suit me so I signed up for a membership! Caitlyn does my lashes and she is amazing. The owner Sarah does a great job too.

Updating my review, as I had a lash lift with no lift first session, it was honestly poor communication and the owner Sarah did reach out to resolve the issue which I appreciated. Keratin Lash Lift & Tint: I was initially frustrated because the day of I was asked to pay the full price even after being told & seeing that I did not get a lift effect - I could only see it lifted on one or two individual lashes. There was no offering of reduced cost or even scheduling another session to try again upfront. Service: Sarah reached out and got me in again to try the procedure, it was different than the first time and it lifted. She also provided some extra lash items given the extra trip in, I do appreciate her reaching out and trying to get my lashes lifted as initially intended. Thank you! The salon is tucked along the busy street in Willow Glen, parking is on street side and it's easy to locate.

Update: majority of my lashes have fallen out. My appt was on 5/15 and went in for a touch up on 5/16. 3 days later and they look like im ready for a new set! This is crazy. I have never had this issue with other lash techs before. I do not reccommend!

Ask the Community - Bloom

Do you guys do Manga style lashes?

Hello! Yes, we do. Please text us to book your appointment. We have openings this weekend - 408-517-5618

Could I use the $40 deposit money towards an upgrade from classic to volume full set (Groupon or without) and then just pay the difference?

Hello! Yes, you can use your deposit towards upgrading to volume lashes.

To book an appointment there is a $40 deposit, does that mean upon check out (including with a Groupon or without) I should only have a total that already takes the $40 deposit into account?

Hello, yes! You will pay a $40 deposit when you book. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours the deposit is nonrefundable. You can use your deposit…

What are the price ranges for lash extensions for a full set and also the fills?

A full set of lashes is $175, add volume for $50. Lash refills are $69.

How long does a full set of lashes last?

At least 3 weeks, it depends on how you wash your face. But they continue to shed for about a month or two if you do not have them redone.

Hello- I just went in for an allergy test yesterday. Woke up this morning with both of my swollen upper eye lids. :( What do I do with my Groupon I purchased? Can I request for a refund?

So happy you decided to do an allergy test before having the full set applied. Please contact Groupon to get a refund. Let us know if we can help in any other way.

Has anyone had an allergic reaction to lash extensions?

Yes, it is possible to be allergic to eyelash extensions. We recommend coming in for an allergy test prior to getting a full set. Allergy tests are $20 but go toward your full set or refill appointment.

Who is your most preferred eyelash tech here at Bloom?

Jen. She's AWESOME!!

A Facial That Genuinely Reset Me -- Thank You, Vivienne!…read more My MIL's (Mother-in-law) facial at Vivienne Spa felt like a full reset -- not just for her skin, but for herself. The moment we walked in, the pace of the day softened. There was no rushing, no noise, no "assembly line" feeling. We felt seen, welcomed, and immediately comfortable. That alone already set this experience apart. What really stood out was how intentional everything felt. The esthetician took time to actually listen -- not just to my MIL's skin concerns, but to what my MIL's skin has been through. Every step of the facial felt thoughtful and customized, never routine. The products were beautiful, the techniques were calming yet effective, and the touch was confident in a way that instantly builds trust. At one point, my MIL realized she had completely let go -- something she rarely does. When the facial ended and she looked in the mirror, my MIL's skin looked calm, clear, hydrated, and quietly radiant -- not overdone, not irritated, just healthy and balanced. Even hours later (and the next day), my MIL's skin still felt soft, nourished, and noticeably brighter. Vivienne Spa doesn't just offer facials -- they offer care, presence, and real expertise. It's rare to find a place that delivers both deep relaxation and visible results, but this truly did both. This wasn't just a spa visit for my MIL, It was a reminder to slow down, breathe, and take care of herself -- and for that, she's incredibly grateful. My MIL will absolutely be back!

It had such a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, and I was checked in right away for my appointment. My lash tech, Jasmine, was amazing! We discussed the look I was going for, and I decided to get a new set of mega volume lashes. She did an incredible job and gave me exactly the look I was hoping for! Jasmine was super nice, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I'm so glad I found this new lash studio! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Jasmine and Lashes Studio.

Let me start by saying that I really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a backup lash…read morespot in case my regular lash lady was on vacation. The only reasons I came here were the good Yelp rating and the pictures they posted of their work. I liked that they featured different eye shapes and offered various styles. However, I noticed they didn't include the names of the lash technicians who worked on the clients. So, I booked a 6pm appointment for hybrid wispy lashes. I arrived about 30 minutes early and waited. The technician greeted me, and there was coffee and tea in the waiting area, which was a nice touch for early birds like me. When it was my turn, the technician asked what I wanted. I told her hybrid wispy with a slight cat-eye and showed her pictures from their website. However, there seemed to be a language barrier. Normally, that's okay because my regular lash lady doesn't speak much English either, so I usually just show her pictures. The technician then showed me her station, which threw me off a little because her lash case was still open from the previous client. Maybe they do things differently, but my lash lady always uses a new case, selects the lash sizes for my eyes, and keeps everything in a clean area. I don't know, but I started to feel uneasy right away. Here's some backstory: I've been getting my lashes done for about five years and go every month. I don't do the fill-ins--I have the old lashes removed and get a new set each time. I love my lash lady, but unfortunately, she was on vacation, and I was leaving for my 40th birthday trip to Greece with my husband, where we had a photoshoot. I had to find another shop quickly. Honestly, I should have just gone without lashes! The technician started placing tape on my lids, which already felt uncomfortable. She spent about 15 minutes on each eye, which seemed extremely fast. I could feel her placing some lashes with her fingers, but I kept telling myself, "trust the process." Holy moly, I was wrong! I wish I had taken pictures. It looked like I had let my 10-year-old daughter do them--there were large spaces and missing pieces everywhere, and they looked more like the classic set I had worn for five weeks. Smh. I told her, "No, no. This is nothing like the photo in front." She told me to lie back down and added more lashes, but I still wasn't happy. She called the owner, who came over and asked what was wrong. I explained everything. What upset me was that the owner said the lashes looked that way because of my natural lashes. Umm, okay. I get my lashes done every month, and they have never looked like this! I showed her pictures of my lashes from my regular lash lady, and she then said, "Ohhh, we don't do that type of lashes.." So suddenly, it wasn't because of my natural lashes. She told me they could remove the lashes at no cost. I said no because I was leaving for my trip the next day, and the whole point of coming in was to have my lashes done. She said they would remove them and use another technique. While the technician applied the removal solution, my eyelids began burning. My eyes watered more than they ever had before. I told her to remove everything because it was burning. The owner immediately stepped in and began removing the extensions. She said she would do it herself instead of the other technician, which I appreciated. After another hour and a half, the owner finished my lashes, and they were much better than what the original technician had done. The owner gave me extra eye drops for the redness, and I didn't leave until 9 p.m. I was there for a total of three and a half hours, which was painful and exhausting. The next morning, my eyes were bloodshot red, and I couldn't open them because they were covered in crust around the extensions. Thankfully, I had a later flight and was able to get antibacterial drops. The redness didn't clear for four days after my appointment. To make matters worse, nearly all the lashes fell out after a week. It was such a waste of time and money. I didn't even want to write this review, but my daughter kept telling me that people should be aware. response to JoJo; First off, the owner didn't say anything about not wanting to do the second set, nor did she mention any irritation, so I don't know where you got that from.
