Wow this place was heavenly. My friend and I both booked their 60 minute head spa and 30 minute body massage package on the same day. 1. The price is unbeatable, 98$ for an hour and a half of spa treatment! 2. The services were amazing. I left with my full body feeling rejuvenated and my scalp and hair feeling cleaner than ever. We saw a bunch of videos of head spa and scalp treatments online and decided to treat ourselves, and we were definitely not disappointed. I wish I could afford to do this weekly lol! During the head spa and scalp session they also steamed and your face and massaged your neck, head, and shoulders as well, it was very relaxing. 10/10 recommend. read more

I went in to have an appointment and left before it even started. TLDR; you can't communicate with most people there and it didn't feel clean. Details: No one speaks English except the receptionist, so you can't communicate with the person doing the treatment. She touched my dirty suitcase then was going to start without washing her hands... They weren't going to do the scalp analysis until I asked. They then did it for 2 min, after which I went back to the room to get ready. After knocking on the door and my saying I'm ready and to come in, she opened the door slightly but stayed outside filing her nails. She then entered the room and was about to start the treatment again before washing her hands. Nail files aren't clean... I was so grossed out that I left without getting a treatment. read more

I made an appointment for my partner to get a head and scalp massage for his birthday, and he went in and they gave him a back massage. He was confused and tried to communicate that he was supposed to get a head massage, but without success. When he came out he told me so I spoke to the front desk, which acknowledged they made a mistake and offered an $8 discount. I really don't think that a less than 20 percent discount was appropriate, given this was a pretty big screw up. We tipped the masseuse, and the front desk person negotiated down from $40 to $35. We happened to have $25, and gave it to her. She still wanted $35, but I told her I think just over 50 percent for a service I never asked for is reasonable. read more

Blissful Headspace Spa - Head wash and scalp treatment - Massage Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Very clean space and nice workers. We didn't make a reservation and went in with 4 people and they were still able to accommodate us but definitely call ahead of time. Great head cleaning and good price! read more

I went on a ladies trip to NYC & we wanted to do a spa day... Good thing they were able to accommodate for same day appointments. The service was prompt & the staff were really friendly & professional. Had a really relaxing time at this place. Only thing is, they don't take credit cards.. soooo just remember to bring cash! read more

My experience was exceptional! My husband and I both got the 60 min headspa + massage for $68 each. I really enjoyed the head massage and shoulder massage given by my massage therapist. I tend to prefer heavier pressure when I get massage, and my message therapist delivered! She was very nice and the experience felt like when my mom/grandma washed my hair in my childhood. I was so relaxed afterwards I could fall asleep at 9pm. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back! read more

Such a steal for the quality of the head and body massage. Would recommend making an appointment in advance as they seem busy.

Loved it! It was relaxing and my therapist ("number 3") had great massage technique. Worth it!

Beautiful, clean and relaxing space. A new well needed gem in the neighborhood. Weekday specials. Will be back

Amazing service, very affordable too. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I recommend coming with friends or family for a relaxing experience read more

Poor service and rude front desk clerk!! The masseuses didn't test the water temperature and burned my and my friends' scalps. Either they put too much strength or lacking in strength. No other hair styling tools except comb and blow dryer and they didn't bother drying our hair enough. I walked out of there looking like I just came out of a shower with towel dried damp hair. All the employees and front desk gossip about the customers thinking we do not understand. I had nightmares after my experience here! Such a horrible place to go to so avoid at all costs!! read more

I had a nice little treat yourself day with thanks of Blissful headspace spa! This place is so relaxing and I highly recommend if you are looking for a little treat. A ton of massages for my face, scalp, head, head pressure points, arms, upper chest, and back! They showed me my scalp after and showed how clean and build up free it was. Kinda weird looking but also interesting! Definitely try this place!! read more

HORRRIBLE customer service !!!! Had an appointment at 12:45, at 1:05 I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes and then I was asked to wait another 15minutes and shorten my service! They took plenty of people in before me, never again will I go here to be treated like dirt when I have been before. If they dont have the staff they shouldn't take the appointments. Horrible way to treat people!! read more

Definitely see myself coming back. Their top package is a full service hair / shoulder massage along with extensive treatment for your scalp & hair. Great service in Chinese or English! Love the vibes here. read more

The worse experience I ever had. I was yelled at and had to fight to get the service I reserved. I told my therapist 2 twice that he was going too hard. Paid for a one hour full body message. He only concentrated on my back. Please be careful if you go and make sure you speak up right away , I wish I had read more

This is fantastic. A full spa experience, head back shoulder massage, scalp treatments, pure relaxation. Even the blow dry at the end was quick and left my crazy hair soft and straight. I will definitely be back. read more

My go to massage place! No frills but some of the best massages I've had! Really clean, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great prices and options. And the staff are always so kind. Highly recommend! read more

My bestie and I came in for the 60 min head spa massage on a Tuesday evening. It ended up costing $58 plus tip, we paid in cash. When I tell you it was worth every penny, it was worth every penny!! As soon as you step in you are greeted with an immediately relaxing environment. The scent, the sounds. I felt the stress of the work day melting away. You are whisked into a room and asked to change into a dressing gown of sorts. From then on you lay down and the massage begins. My masseuse was intense but I appreciated it because my body NEEDED it. Your face, scalp, neck, shoulders and arms are massaged. They use a variety of tools to massage and clean your scalp and the shampoo's and conditioners smell wonderful. If you are sensitive to smells maybe not for you but I loved it. After the massage they take you to another area to dry your hair and show you how clean your scalp is. My recommendation bring some hair oil or frizz ease because my friend and I looked like two poodles after that blow out but it was worth it and we can't wait to go back! read more

Amazing experience. I had a head spa done and the lady was so strong, it hurt at times but I knew it was for the better. The only thing is they don't use heat protectant when they dry your hair, so my hair did feel kinda dry afterwards. but overall, amazing experience. read more

The absolute best head massage! they were so professional and thoroughly gave a great scalp treatment and the rooms were clean and peaceful. They even showed us our scalps after with a camera and blow dryed our hair with several different brushes. 10/10 recommend! read more
