I came back a year after receiving the largest bruise of my life from a massage here. I thought I'd give it another shot since my go-to Wendy Spa only takes cash. Huge mistake. The rooms are divided by curtains and you can see into the other side. This particular time, a really loud old toad of a woman came in and snored so loudly the entire time I had to ask for another room. I could still hear her all the way on the other side of the building. They made no attempts to quiet her, they didn't give me a discount, and my massage was cut short (they didn't flip me around this time). Went for a couples massage. It was bad. The women talked to each other while massaging us, not the whole time but enough for it to be distracting and irritating. We got full body massages and they didn't touch our feet once. My boyfriend said the woman doing him spent very little time on his neck. The woman massaging me went so hard my spine is bruised the next day and it hurts to lie down on my back. I should've spoken up but she went so hard that i can't imagine it would be relieving for even the most tense person in the world. We got the hot stone addition which was nice but then they toweled us down with cold, damp cloths so it immediately undid the effect of the stones. The doors were only covered by curtains that left gaps no matter what so there was no privacy when getting undressed. HUGE waste of almost $160. It's getting two stars instead of one though because at least i got a little relief in my neck, but I can't say the same for my boyfriend. He would give it one star. read more

The place seems clean. Previous massages were really good, but the last time was below average. However, we went for a 45 minutes massage and they literally ended it in 30-35 mins. I asked the lady at the front desk and she said no it was 45 mins. Did not care arguing but they need to learn to respect the time that customers pay for! read more

Do not spend your money here! I'm hurting more after the massage. Let me start my saying I get massages twice a month for years and this has to be one of the worst. I truly believe my masseuse was NOT a real Massue. She was massaging on the point of my bone, on my spine and in my knee ditch which no trained masseuse would ever do. My husband I was scheduled for an hour and it was so bad I asked to stop after thirty minutes. I let him continue and I waited for him to be done. I had no problem paying and I even left her a tip because I know she working person but I was surprised that after I had a problem they didn't offer discount for the horrible service. They are really nice people but I don't think they know good customer service. I should have know when we walked in and they never asked if we have any problem areas or if we had any preferences. This was my second time at 302. And the second time was even better than the first! The first time I came my massage was relaxing and glorious, though there didn't seem to be much technique, but I was ok with that because I still left feeling great. Upon my second visit, Jason was my masseuse. He was so skilled, wonderful and had such great technique that I extended my 60 min service to 90min! Yesterday I called ahead for an appointment at 5pm, when I arrived I was told by the receptionist that I would have to wait until 5:40pm because they where very busy and couldn't have people waiting. But was ok for me to wait, the person who called ahead for an appointment. Instead of giving the person before me the amount of time it took until my appointment they decided not to honor my appointment and when I asked why I wasn't called or told so I didn't come all the way there. I was told they would make sure to call in the future. The point is, if you make an appointment you should honor it. I shouldn't have to think my future my appointment will not stand either. She did not apologize she just wanted me to understand that they were busy and couldn't keep people waiting, but again, it was ok for me to wait. She told me they were busy three times. What is the point in making an appointment? She was unprofessional and I am very disappointed. read more

My sister & I got a massage here back on Nov 4th, it was my first time getting one as well as coming to this establishment but not for my sister. The masseuse's were friendly and the front desk customer service was lovely. I got deep tissue with hot stone and loved it. So much so, that for my birthday weekend I decided we should go back. Yesterday Dec 10th, my sister got a deep tissue massage with hot stone and I opted for a regular massage with hot stone. The masseuse I had did good work. When it was over I used the bathroom and upon walking to the front both of the masseuse's stood by the register which I didn't see happen my last visit BUT let me just say I already knew what type of timing they were on. I walked up to the register feeling immense pressure. The front desk asked how will I be paying, I said card. I paid plus added my tip. The masseuse who worked on me came from where she was standing by the desk and pushed her face in front of the touch pad where I just paid. Looked me right in my face with a look and said (ITS MINIMUM 20% TIP!!).... Now, how distasteful is that??? The front desk also decided to chime in with her. I was shocked. No one ever said that to me nor was it placed anywhere for me to know that. The masseuse stood there staring me down for something extra, which she would not get from me because that isn't how you should present yourself to a returning/paying customer. Also, standing in the front waiting to bum rush for a tip isn't nice either. If I knew from my last visit or it was said BEFORE I paid I happily would have obliged. As my sister & I were walking away we left hearing laughter. My sister told me the same masseuse did the same exact thing to push her face where she paid but did not experience the same situation as I did. I guess the tip was to HER LIKING. I would never return here, learn to be respectful and you might get what you want. read more

The male masseur made me feel very uncomfortable and very vulnerable lying there, and I left with a very weird feeling. First of all, this massage hurts so much, I'm bruised. And he kept going on same intensity after requesting to lower/soften it for multiple times. He even laughed at me when I asked so, and not in a good way. This place gives you deep PERSONALIZED massage without you even having to specify where it hurts.
