I came in for the first time on a Friday after work, around 5pm. I had called earlier in the day and easily made a reservation for a 90 minute deep tiasue foot and body massage. It wasn't too busy when I arrived. It was the best massage of my life. About 5-10 minutes into the massage I realize I've never felt such deep and direct pressure, in a good way! It feel like someone is dancing on my back, I could feel heels giving deep pressure and sliding to the balls of the feet for gentler. I'm truly wondering how this woman is doing it. After a while it dawns on me, those absolutely are feet and she is on top on me. This lovely wizardress of a woman is supporting herself from PARALLEL BARS MOUNTED ABOVE THE TABLE and acrobatically dancing and sliding all over me, expertly gliding along and cupping my back/legs like hands would. She really focused in on spots that were the most in need without me saying a word. I'm ticklish as hell, and usually while I love a massage I can't help but twitch and giggle, but for some reason this time I was so loose and relaxed it didn't even phase me. 90 minutes felt like 20. I often times go get a deep tissue massage and ask for deeper pressure through out the massage, and leave feeling like my knots don't get worked on. But that's not the case here. i walked in this place with a week long migraine after sleep deprivation and working too much. i literally hate everyone and have no patience today. if you're like me you're gonna walk into this place and think to yourself "what the heck are these curtains, what am i doing, maybe i should leave." but hear me out... i worked all over the world and have had hundreds of massages in over a dozen countries ranging between $50-350. The 90minute massage i got this morning was easily top 5 i've ever had. and THE ONLY GOOD MASSAGE IVE HAD FOR UNDER $100. 90 minute mfn massage for $68. i felt like i was robbing them so i rounded that up to $100 with tip. that could have EASILY been a $160 service if not for the curtains on rods, lack of buddha shrine, orchids everywhere, staff in uniform and running fountain. but who cares? it doesn't matter when your eyes are closed. you won't find a better value. it just doesn't exist. and i called when they opened at 10:30am and got in immediately. God sent this lil massage parlor to me today. my migraine is gone. and i am beyond grateful. i will be back. i will tell my friends. the only bad part is if i tell everyone and can't get in same day i'm gonna be sad. but whatever, they deserve your money. go give it to them. 10 stars/5. read more

5/5 As much I want the people who work here to get the business they deserve, I am hesitant to share my positive experience for my own selfish needs of not wanting more people to steal the appointments I make to come here. But they really do deserve good business, they are really, truly magicians here. I am a connoisseur of cheap, hole-in-the-wall massage spots. I have gone to numerous around the city and this by far is the best. And by best, I don't mean aesthetically, I'm talking about skill. If you're looking for something a bit newer and more spa-like, instead of room diving curtains, I recommend heading to Bergen Spa in Boreum Hill (A+ there as well). At Z Relax on Union, they know better than you on what you need work on. Unless you want work on a specific part of your body, they just massage around and get all the spots you didn't know you needed (with the right amount of pressure, might I add). I will say though, if you're like me and like hard, painful massages, feel free to speak up! They are super friendly here and will work with you. They work at relieving knots and making you feel better rather than just making you feel good. This last visit, I've been experiencing really bad lower back pain and tight hamstrings and let me tell you. My guy went IN on it and I seriously felt so good and so refreshed, even though I was sweating and wincing in pain the entire time. It was the best pain With cash, you can avoid tax and there is a $2.00 fee ATM right outside their door. If you want to pay in card, please keep in mind that they will charge you tax. read more

My husband and I did a 30min massage and guess what!!! They were the painful massage ever. I ask the guy who did my massage to do it slow and not rough. But he kept going. My husband said the same thing to the woman who massaged him. They both said we were intense. To keep it short, my husband and I are in pain now and we have bruises.
