Even after I was told management would arrive at 12noon to be able to do my return, I waited another 20 minutes and they never showed up so I could not make my return . Terrible service and I'll never return. I was going to buy another pair of prescription Versace's but will not give them my money. 45 minute wait and they were still incapable of a simple return for readers so I asked the manager to call me. Trudie was so rude and never once apologized. Her solution was for me to come back later or go to another LensCrafters. Hopefully they have cameras so management can see the lack of customer service and the amount of customers waiting. You can see that this store has only a 3.1 rating compared to Pearle vision nearby, which has a 4.7 rating. I would recommend going there. *update* manager never called me back and has my glasses with receipt. I had to call myself. Called the store and they told me he was not in today. Then they said I had to come back into the store again a different day. I explained that the last person I talked to took my glasses and receipt and said someone would call me. I waited another 25 minutes on the phone for them to finally process the return. What a joke ! Management is welcome to give me a call at any time and I am happy to discuss this situation further if necessary. *Update two* they have Gucci frames at Costco for $199 . I was previously quoted $500-600 for similar frames at LensCrafters. Not only is their service horrendous, but they are overpriced.

I was seen on a Saturday for a routine eye exam. Which I was very thankful for since it was the only free time permitted by my work schedule. The optometrist, Dr Tran was very nice and I could tell she was probobly a terriffic person when she has the time to be. However, she was very rushed, with her explanations and spoke very quickly. The exam equipment where I had to rest my chin was dusty, so I cleaned it off myself. Perhaps this was a one time occurrence for all of the equipment used on me. I am a stickler for cleanliness. And although the staff was very nice and professional, I think more attention to detail with meticulous cleanliness in the exam rooms is very important for health facilities. I will order certain eye care products through this facility because of the convenience, but probobly return to my previous Optometrist for my annual eye exam. read more

Dr Tran and staff are outstanding! Without doubt I had the most thorough eye exam in my twenty-two years of optician visits. My particular vision problem is both unique and severe. This time I am taking the time to share the amazing customer service I received from James Mares at La Paz Optometric. I have been with La Paz Optometric for 30 years at least. Dr. Yamamoto is awesome; the staff is courteous. I am in once a year and that is it. About two weeks ago I went in to have my glasses frame fixed or replaced. They called me a few days later and I picked up my glasses. The next day I noticed that I could not see as clearly as I did before. I swore that I had the wrong prescription lenses. I called and demanded to speak to the Office Manager. I was ready for a battle on the phone (shame on me). James very nicely said no problem come in tomorrow and I can check it for you. I went in earlier than expected. Now am ready to be a "karen" if need be. Well, I did not have to wait long even though I showed up 45 minutes early. James was very nice, took the glasses, came back and said the prescription was correct. I said how do I know that it is? I could see fine before and now not so much. He did a quick test, and it looked like my sight had changed. Thinking to myself "great now I need to get a new prescription, and it has not been a year since I bought these glasses " James suggested having my eyes checked again by Dr. Yamamoto who happened to be there. I agreed and waited 10 more minutes. Dr. checked me again and in fact my sight had changed a bit. The entire time, James had the most delightful attitude and made me feel like I am a valued patient/customer. He took the time and with kindness he disarmed me. I offered to pay for the new exam, I do not like to take advantage, I just want to see. I highly recommend la Paz Optometric. I will be seeing them for another 30 plus years with the grace of God.
