We've driven past Blaze Pizza many times but had never stopped in, and now we wish we had tried it sooner. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the team member who took the time to explain everything during our first visit. The food was excellent. I ordered the Spicy Pepperoni pizza and was very impressed, and the salad was fresh and delicious as well. It was also great to see Blaze Pizza providing an inclusive workplace by employing individuals with disabilities. Seeing that commitment to inclusivity made our experience even more positive. Overall, we had a wonderful first visit and will definitely be back. If you've been thinking about trying Blaze Pizza, I highly recommend stopping in--you won't be disappointed. read more

Love the pizza, but my most recent visit was horrible. I arrived early for my order to find only 1 employee trying to make online orders, wait on customers and cook pizzas. Maybe employees called out, maybe on break. I watched while the 1 employee, waited on customers, made orders, cooked pizzas and cut/ finished pizzas without gloves. I asked if tgey should be wearing gloves and the guy was rude, obnoxious and nasty back. He said had gloves on, yet I watched raw whole time and he was gloves free, even using his personal cell phone and scrolling in between the pizzas with those same bare hands. It ended badly with him shouting Fuxk______, all because I called him out out on his grossness! Not going back! They lost a great customer. read more

Quickly prepared. Crisp crust, great selection of toppings and ample cheese. Restaurant was clean and service was prompt. No plates were available, but plastic knives and forks were. Good selection of sodas and lemonade. read more

I've been here multiple times and I love it! The pizzas are great and I have always been met with good service.

Amount and quality of food is outstanding. The choice of toppings is impressive along with a comfortable atmosphere.

When I walked in, there was a bit of confusion about how to go about ordering food. Once I figured that out, I order the white top pizza. Unfortunately, the white top pizza wasn't a meatless option and I missed on the menu where it said it included bacon. I don't eat bacon, so when I asked the employees if I could exchange it for a new one without bacon they were pretty courteous and understanding about it. The pizza was a little extra crispy at the bottom from being cooked maybe a minute too long, but overall it was pretty good. I like the added arugula too it. I never thought arugula would be good on pizza but it was. I also was not too crazy about the Caesar salad dressing, but I did enjoy their tiny croutons that weren't extra toasted and hard like most. read more

In this world of "fast casual pizza factories", a person can get a little overwhelmed. Will they have classic crusts or flatbread like crusts? Are there low carb or gluten free options? Will they have all the toppings I like? Salad options? Do I get a pre-fab pizza or build my own? I'm usually a MOD girl. I had never been to Blaze, and was excited to have it come to my home town-in a brand new strip mall across 140 from Town Mall. I went with my guy this weekend. And I love it!!!!! There are several dough options including cauliflower, keto, gluten free. And the pre-selected menu pizzas are nice, but we love to customize and that's no problem here. The friendly pizza makers had no problem building our pizzas exactly as we requested. And they were fast, and moved the line along. The crusts were being pressed continually while we were there. And yes, they have my kalamata olives. Blaze's original crust is larger and more home style than MOD ( and with that more fattening). Our pizzas were yummy. The dining area is clean and modern with industrial decor. There is an outside patio as well. Maybe they'll get some umbrellas out there. If you haven't yet given them a try, do as their logo says and "come blaze with us!". read more

Not a fan! First time I picked up a pizza it was pretty good. I gave it another try a couple weeks later and it was terrible! Barely edible! There are so many better pizza places in Westminster Maryland and in fact I have eaten better frozen pizza! I won't be going back! read more

Blaze Pizza is not a place I would recommend. I ordered my food and my order was wrong they refused to fix my order when they refused to fix my order Blaze pizza then refused a refund . I call my credit card company and disputed the charge in which they handled the issue and I was given back my money . After I was called my corporate and explained the problem and was told that's not there problem and it was their policy not to issue refunds. Not professional read more

Joe was amazing!!! Came in for a couple pizzas for my hungry family and asked for every little thing you can imagine, from paper plates, cups with ice, even balloons for the kids. While waiting I boarded him with all sorts of questions and never once felt like I was getting on his nerves. By the way, the pizza is out of this world!! Ingredients and service make all the difference!! read more

My first experience with Blaze was great They have specialty pizzas you can order or you can build your own. The build your own was right up my alley! You can get as many toppings as you want without having to pay per topping. Works for me because I like more then one cheese and almost every veggie they have The salad works in the same fashion, 1 flat price and build your salad When you go make sure you try the Blood Orange Lemonade, deliciousness I can't complete this review without speaking on the excellence of the staff. They are very welcoming and patient because if you're not familiar with the Blaze they walk you through everything. I can't help but think that this excellence is probably reinforced by their awesome manger Chris who was not only making your pizzas but out on the floor checking in with each customer to make sure their dining experience is enjoyable SN: They have a keto crust for those that want pizza without the carbs. This worked perfectly for my daughter who is doing keto. I'll be back when I'm in the area because there's nothing not to read more

Blaze Pizza - Pick your sauces and toppings for 1 price#veggiesallday - Pizza Near Me - Westminster, Maryland

food good, but the customer service is atrocious. We ordered online, payed online, and waited in the restaurant for about 10 minutes. Before asking about our order, we went up to the person working there, and he first threatened us of not paying since he didn't have a receipt. we showed him the email confirming not only our order, but that it was paid in full. He didn't even glance at our phone screen before telling us he didn't have a receipt so he couldn't make our order. The only solution that was given to us was to call the customer service line, which did not work. we later called our bank, got a refund and will not be coming back. It's a shame since the food was so good. New owners suck read more

Servers couldn't be more high. Dude couldn't even look at me. He talked so softly and mumbled that I couldn't hear him. I needed to repeat my order a few times. Then the order came out wrong and the other guy argued with me that I must have placed it wrong. Then they decided to make me what I asked for (entirely different type of pizza). Meat eaters pizza (not very meaty) is supposed to have meatballs and pepperonis on it. I ended up just getting a pepperoni pizza... I guess that's meat eaters enough? Terrible service, not great pizza. Now I know why the place was empty when we showed up during prime time read more

A disappointing second visit to this location. They were understaffed and it took no less than 20 minutes for the five of us to get through the line. We were clearly waiting for on-line orders to be fulfilled. For example, while we stood there, they were preparing an order for a waiting Door Dash employee. There were only 3 staff members working, which is too few for pressing the dough, preparing the pizzas, cooking the pizzas, and ringing up the cash register. Because of the lack of attention that could be given to the cooking pizzas, one of them came out burnt and my teenager son ate less than half of it. The other pizzas were fine, but certainly not exceptional. We felt the time we spent at the restaurant was too long and with half or less of the tables occupied by patrons, they were clearly understaffed. In the 25 minutes it took to order and receive our pizzas, we may have been eating just as fast at a sit down pizza restaurant. At no time did any of the 3 workers have time to clean the tables. read more

I've been going here since they've opened. The customer service is awesome. Management is great, they check on their customers, very personable and you can truly tell that they care. On top of that the food is always fresh and made to perfection. I love all the options they provide. read more

Loved the drive-thru pick up. Best gluten-free crust. The Meat eaters and Green stripe pizzas were very good

Chalky hard crust that seems more like something you would have ordered from a restaurant supply. Not a fan of the sauce either. How can you fault cheese when they didn't make it? Felt like it was more a teen hangout than a restaurant with an ambiance that was more like a fast food place. Definitely not going back. A place for teenagers who aren't there to eat pizza. read more

I never would've stopped here, but it was in the same shopping center as taco Loco ( which was terrible) And I was dying to try taco Loco, so I figured I'd get my kids some pizza. I'm so glad that I decided to do that, this pizza was delicious. I love the fact that the pizza was built subway style so you could watch it get mean and then that it got cooked in the brick oven pizza pizza oven. I will definitely be going back the sauce was delicious the pizza was delicious and the staff was amazing ! I would post a picture, but there is none left! read more

This place desperately needs good management. It took nearly 45 minutes from ordering time until the order was presumably ready. When we arrived to pick up - chaos inside. 45 minute wait. People grabbing boxes, waiting in fury for their orders. One poor guy stood there cutting pizzas, slapping them into boxes, and trying to sort out who was to get what. That he had sweat pouring off of him was hardly reassuring during post COVID. The pizza was cold and terrible. Stay away. Far away. read more

Awesome friendly staff and great pizza! Clean restaurant. It is definitely a must try! Great food experience all around, from the food to the staff. The restaurant was very clean. The order take to getting your pizza hot out of the oven process is seem less. The cookies and brownies are wonderful delight for a good treat, I had mine warmed in the oven. I would recommend trying the pizza here. They also have salads as well, the strawberry and berry salad one my favorite. read more

Staff was quick to yell welcome to blaze. Then service went down hill. As a first time customer no one stepped up to explain things. They all seemed "busy" while a table if management held a meeting. The arugula was yellow and not fresh. The pizza took almost 6 minutes to be done. the glass store front was dirty read more

My wife and I decided to try this place and we both were pretty disappointed. After getting over being confused on how and what to order with little help from the staff, the pizza was completely tasteless. I was really shocked that for a "designer" pizza place and all of the choices of toppings, both of our pizzas were underwhelming when it came to taste. Neither of our really had any taste at all. So we tried it, but dont think we will be back any time soon..... read more

Blaze is new to the Westminster area but for a new establishment... it's winning with its artisan style pizza and flair and ups the pizza game to a new level! They have salads too! The brownies are baked in that big stone hearth and are delicious. There are other desserts to choose from as well. I like that the dough is made fresh continuously throughout the day and includes cauliflower, keto, gluten free and other pizza dough options. I could taste the 900 degree stone hearth hot fired difference even on a simple pepperoni pizza. I do love pizza! There is a great variety of toppings including pineapple, artichokes, red onion, olives, green peppers and hot peppers etc. (the spiciest!). There are lots of protein options which include a variety of cheeses, (ricotta too!) and meat options such as chorizo sausage, chicken, beef and ham to suit anyone's tastes! The toppings are fresh and the pizza is top quality and seasoned/spiced to order. Just take a look at the options before you go because the choices of what to add to your pizza are varied and unparalleled and it may overwhelm. You may come up with something that you've never tried. Check out the online ordering! read more

Blaze Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Westminster, Maryland

This place needs to get it together. The first time we ordered, we went to pick up a large pizza. They were out of large pizza boxes. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out what to do, someone finally had the idea to cut the pizza in half and put it into two smaller boxes. Tonight we ordered two 11 inch pizzas and a entree size salad. When we got there to pick up, one pizza was done. My husband let them know there was another pizza and salad on the order. They were clueless and then proceeded to make the second pizza. They brought out the rest of our order but we were given a small salad because they were out of the larger containers. So, we got half the salad we paid for. We asked them about it and again they had no idea and it wasn't worth our time anymore. I dont blame the people who work there. They are young and inexperienced. So, the question is, who's managing this place? read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. I live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. Both pizzas were soggy when I opened the boxes at home. I absolutely love pizza and this was truly disappointing. read more
