Came here for the first time on Halloween after some fun trick or treating! We were instantly seated and our order came out quickly. The pizza was good! We ordered the rectangular bbq pizza and enjoyed the thin style crust. We also ordered the kid spaghetti and it was pretty bland like you'd expect for kids lol so I would not recommend for kids over 8 or kids who can tell the difference. The salad looked good but didnt get to try it so next time I will! The staff there had great customer service! When walkin to the bathroom one od the workers told me there was no toilet paper and replaced it so there would be and sprayed the bathroom as well! So sweet! I have tried a few other oizza spots in town and I do prefer them over here however I would not mind going here if the other places were busy or closed. read more

Lido's used to be my go to pizza place for the pre-cooked bacon and pineapple. I recently purchased a large to go, my first in this area from this particular store, and was very disappointed. Also disappointed that they didn't deliver. read more

I've been here twice while visiting the area. They have unique pizza that's worth trying and is a nice change of pace. The whole rectangular pizza is steeped in history and they keep it going. What I love is the way they fill out their pizzas. A pepperoni on every square and a sausage in every center. Not haphazardly tossed all over. The crust is atypical- a light think crust with nice crispness and flavor. While I am very partial to my favorite pizza place in another state I do like the refreshing different Ledo's offers here and will definitely come back next time in the area. read more

Best pizza ever ,love their salad, and always enjoyable great atmosphere.never had a bad meal love you guys

Pizza is always so good, especially with the house dressing (seriously, try it). I usually order online and pick up in store and it's always ready and hot when I get there. read more

I feel bad; I truly thought I had reviewed Ledo long before now. Something about square pizza is appealing to me and Ledo's brings the flavor as well as the geometry! I like that the crusts are thin and the sauce on the lighter side. My fave meal is the soup and salad lunch special. Hands down better than Olive Garden by a mile. Their soups are homemade and delicious, as well as their house dressing for the salad. Portions and subsequent pricing are better at lunch too. I nicked them on a star as occasionally their customer service has been lacking and I've had pizzas that had skimpy or incorrect toppings. read more

Love their sauce none can beat the taste! Pizza is top notch! Reasonable prices and fast service. read more

Best pizza in Westminster 100% every time I go there is never a wait and the pizza is out in the snap of a finger even though the slices are pretty small about 6 slices will fill you up would definitely recommend read more

Ok just temporarily working in Westminster and wanted to find a different, but good Sub, and so I looked on Yelp for Some places. Thought will try Ledos pizzeria since I have never been there before. Ordered the steak and cheese sub but I believed it said "famous" Steak and cheese sub. Famous for what? No, hands down, one of the worse subs I've ever had. The grilled onions were burnt and it was just greasy. Maybe other things are better there, but bad choice, with chips and a drink, over 10 bucks. Well now I know! read more

So it was family night at Ledo. 3 stars for food. Ledo is Ledo, nothing special, but the pizza is somewhat interesting. I swear the kids meal mac & cheese was straight-from-the-box Kraft; and the kids meal chicken fingers/fries was worse than McDs (of course that didn't bother the kids). Other than the romaine lettuce, which was smothered in creamy dressing, there was nothing remotely healthy about anything on our table tonight. But it does seem they have upgraded the salads, especially the dinner salads we saw going to other tables (more romaine, less iceberg, healthier toppings). Even so, Ledo gets 5 stars for family friendly atmosphere (we had a few little ones with us tonight and they were most welcome), and 4 stars for family friendly pricing. Call it 4 overall. read more

Was in the neighborhood anyway around dinner time so my wife and I decided to stop in to get a quick dinner before leaving to attend some appointments later in the evening. I always liked Ledo's and it is no exception here. The food was great and I always get the spaghetti with meatballs and I have to say that all the Ledo's I have gone to the spaghetti is very consistant. I think they have the best spaghetti around that you can get at a resturant. I consider myself an italian food snob since I grew up a few blocks away from Little Itally in Baltimore. My wife loves their pizza and pretty much gets it on a regular basis, her and my daughter shared that. The waitress was good, she keep the drinks full a didn't stop by to many times asking if we're ok. I hate that, they usually come by and ask when we have our mouths full of food. The appetizer we had, spicy raviolli's came out very quickly and hot. It usually doesn't seem to take a long time getting food at a Ledo's which I like. Overall I would come back to this Ledo's. read more

I love the square pizza :) Though, I find the sauce a bit on the sweet side for my tastes. But who cares what I think ;) read more

Disappointed around 4 PM Saturday when picking up a half baked pizza that was overcooked. I wanted the pizza for the next day for the Ravens game. I asked for another pizza to be cooked that would be half cooked as I ordered originally. The young girl waiting on me had an attitude expressing a sigh and saying to me WHATEVER. Not good customer service. read more

Very disappointed with the calzone. It used to be good but it's super small now. When I pointed it out they said they could make it again but who has time for that? Should have done it right the first time. Doubt I will do business with them again. read more

I have to say I am not a big fan of Ledo pizza, but I a can say the other food items here, are always consistently good. The service here is always great. This is a good clean restaurant, with good service. The food is well, what you would expect at a chain restaurant. read more

Tried almost every pizza place in Westminster. And this is it folks! The pizza may not be for everyone but the salads are amazing! I love their pizza sauce though. Other Ledo's just don't compare to this one. For a franchise this one has unique feel to it. You are greeted by the customer service right when you walk in. I usually meet up with a few co workers on Monday's and the two young waitresses with dark hair are so friendly. Even on their busy days they are very calm and collected and food still comes out at a reasonable time. Their staff sseems to work as a team And being a waitress in the past this is so nice to see. Other week days the owner is out helping deliver food. You can see the hard work in the staff at this location and I recommend this place to everyone! Keep up the good work guys! read more

Took the family there last night and was presently surprised by how many dishes came with avocado, a favorite of mine and my wife's. You could even order it as an addition to any dish, which we did. Unfortunately, rather than fresh avocado it was the pre-sliced halves that are vacuum sealed and shipped from who knows where. We've gotten those before, and they are quite literally like eating tasteless rubber. So if you're an avocado fan, be pre-warned you're not getting anything that's going to actually taste like an avocado! Aside from that, our server was great (don't remember his name but he looked like a power lifter) and the food was excellent, aside from the disappointing 'avocado'. We will certainly be going back again! read more

Ordered 3 pizzas for carryout yesterday for a birthday party. Used to love Ledo's in Frederick, but that was in 2008. Crust was soggy (the part under the toppings) & the sauce had zero flavor. It seemed like they dumped crushed tomatoes on the crust - I actually tried to look for seasoning in the sauce (oregano, basil . . . anything) & found nothing. On the plus side, the girl at the counter was friendly. Also, they actually seem to use good quality toppings; we could see the mushrooms, sausage & onions, and they put a good amount on the pizzas, which was nice. However, due to the flavorless aspect, we unfortunately won't order from them again. read more

I can't believe this place has such a bad rating on here! Their thin crispy crust and thick pepperonis really make their pizza like no other. (I know I sound like a spokesperson but I'm not) I also like the fact that they open the box for you and check if it's the way you want it that way you don't go home with someone else's pizza. The only thing bad I can think of is the place is always crowded. read more

Ok, I'm not a fan of Ledo's food, any of it; so when my son wanted to go there for is Birthday, I knew right then and there it wasn't going to turn out good. After looking at the menu, I ask our waitress if the had a hamburgers, she told me that they had cheeseburger subs, so I ordered a cheeseburger sub with mayo, extra pickles, extra tomato's, and NO CHEESE. 15 minutes later of food comes, I look at the sub, that I'm going to pay $9.95 for and it looks bad from the beginning, it's got just enough tomato's to say it had them, and no extra's that's for sure, it's got Mayo, no Pickles, none, other then a slice on the side of the plate it came on, and it has CHEESE on it, the one thing I didn't want. The wife tells me to send it back, I told her no because it would take 15 more minutes to get another one and by then everyone would be done eating, it just not worth it. Somewhere between the waitress taking my order and NOT writing it down, punching it into the computer and the cook making my food and the waitress bring it to the table they end up with a bad review from me. Now I don't know who to blame, my kids tell me it's the cooks fault because it happens where they work, but like I told them, the waitress should make sure the order is right before it gets to the table. No matter who's at fault, the food still sucks here, I know I will come back again, but it won't be because I want too. read more

This Ledo Pizza location is the worst!!! I order a simple cheese pizza and it was over cooked and very greasy,we ended up just tossing it in the trash. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting out for several hours and they stuck it back in the oven. The girl that took the order was extremely rude and snobby :( I will not go back to this location and will warn all of my family and friends to stay clear.. read more

Dear waitress at Ledo Pizza, I'm still waiting for the apology that I asked for after you treated my family and I very rudely this evening. After coming to your restaurant for years and having you wait on us multiple times...I'm not sure why you felt the need to argue with us and amplify the already tense situation. Our food was taking way longer than it should have, it's been a long and tiring week, and I have two small children that were trying to hold it together. It's absolutely poor customer service and I know you knew it because you wouldn't look us in the eye before or after you were rude to us and kept us asking for things over and over again. I distinctly remember taking care of your family when I worked at the hospital and I was absolutely kind and caring and provided excellent care. I don't know why I wouldn't receive the same in return. I know you're busy, I know you might not have had a good day, but whatever it is that caused you to be so rude..you need to know everyone deserves to be treated with respect no matter what. I was a waitress for 10 years and my sister is still serving. Our family knows good customer service, justifying a backed up kitchen, and how to tip. So when you get reamed out Facebook-it's justified. Thanks for a ruined evening. read more

This review is for this location. The pizza is never cooked enough. They consistently make mistakes on their subs missing things like bacon for example when it should be on there. It's ok but the mistakes are annoying and I don't feel like sending it back or driving back for their mistakes each time. I'd rather just go to a place that gets it right the first time. The Ledos in halethorpe for example is great and pizza is done correctly with no mistakes. If you like this type of food go to that location instead. read more

What a disappointment. The waiter could have cared less that we were there and was more inclined to talk to his buddies in the back rather than wait on us. The waitress on duty was more attentive to our table bringing refills to me and my son even though we were not her table. OK, so I understand good quality help is hard to find, especially at a value driven family restaurant. And it's worth noting that while we were there they not that they were busy, the place was almost empty, and maybe for good reason. Lets talk about the food. First, lets start with the sodas, they were good. Severed cold and with plenty of ice. The cheese sticks were some sort of sticks filled with a pasty mush, not sure what kind of cheese it was. I am used to mozzarella as normal cheese stick fair so maybe I am just being pedestrian. I had the cheese tortellini with Ledo sauce and my son had Kraft macaroni and cheese. Frankly I didn't care for the Ledo sauce, it was very very sweet. I know some folks like sweet and I am not taking points off for that. What I am taking points off for is that both mine and my son's meal were served lukewarm at best, and to top it off there was about 1/8 of an inch of clear water at the bottom of my bowl. I poked at my food in disgust and when the wait staff finally did come around all I wanted to do was leave. I still had most of my food on the plate and I was never even asked if "Everything was OK" or if I wanted to box to take the food home. Again, it was obvious the staff did not care if I was there or not. Actually that is probably not true, the waiter did care that we were there, his preference obviously was for us to have been somewhere else. I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot and have gourmet food when I go to a place like Ledo Pizza. I do expect my food to be hot and not sitting in a pool of water. I am more than patient on slow service, especially when the place is empty, but when I am one of two tables being waited on I expect refills at the very least. This could be a great little place if the food and service lived up to the menu. Unfortunately both the food and service did not live up to expectations and failed to deliver. Some adult supervision and attention to the quality of the food could turn things around, hopefully they will do so quickly. read more
