Stopped by for a quick breakfast wrap to go. Took over 20 minutes and it was disappointing. The coffee is a Keurig that is sticky and gross. I had to fill the water in the Keurig. And they have the audacity to charge over 2 dollars for a coffee!!!!! Maybe the pizza is good no clue and will never find out. One and done. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Some of the best pizza around! Vocelli's is a chain and they are in many towns in the mid-Atlantic at least, not sure where else? Their pizza is delicious and very tasty... especially their sauce! The guys behind the counter are very friendly and have great service! read more

Food and service were good overall. Crust style is very similar to Papa John's which was a little disappointing but it was done well.

Amazing delivery service, fast, hot and accurate. Drivers very friendly. My dog was trying to get past me and my hands were full yet the driver closed my door while.i held my dog back. Never would you see this where I used to live. Food taste great which is a huge bonus but the amazing customer service is the icing on the cake. Will recommend this location over and over. It has been a very long time for me to be this happy about service while having been in the food service industry it feels weird but is a great feeling. read more

I called and ordered what I was told was a two large pizza deal for $23.99. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived and was told the pizzas were coming out of the oven right now. I was told my bill was $4 more than the special I was previously quoted on the phone. When I asked why I was told they couldn't get the code for the special to work in their computer so they were giving me 15% off my order instead. I explained that I should not have to pay an additional $4 because they don't know how to get it to ring up correctly. The employee said there was nothing he could do about it and just walked away and continued making pizzas. He coughed his head off and ate the pizza toppings with his hands while he made the next persons pizza. The girl that went to get my pizzas shouted up to me that they accidentally only made one of the pizzas because they are short handed and I would have to wait 10 minutes for the second one. During this entire visit, including the ten minutes I waited for the second over priced pizza, one of the employees stood at the front counter texting on her phone. I would have just left but I had others waiting on the pizza and it was 2 in the afternoon and none of us had eaten since dinner the night before. I used to go out of my way to get pizza from here every week. It started going down hill and I started getting pizza maybe once a month. I have given this place too many chances. I don't think the customer service could get any worse than it is now. read more

OMG! You have never had a pizza until you have had a pizza from Vocelli. I am NOT a crust eater. I generally feed it to my dog. But the Vocelli pizza dough is worth fighting for. Vocelli's customer service on a Thursday evening is far less than par. I placed my order online for delivery. I got a confirmation stating that my estimated delivery time would be for 5:00pm (50 mins after ordering). This wasn't bad considering most places take about that much time anyway. 5:15 Rolls around and my food still isn't here. I call the store and I was told that it had left for delivery but she could not say when and it would be here soon. I wait another 15 minutes and it still has not arrived. I call the store back and get put on hold for 5 minutes before I hang up and call back. I get the manager on he phone and she is clueless as to what is going on in her store. She said she could give it to me free and make and send out a new one but she could not give me a time frame. When I explained to her that is ridiculous as she is the manager, she should know that it takes 10 minutes or less to make the pizzas and I am less than 10 minutes away. So that should be a guaranteed time frame of 20-30 minutes. NOPE, she couldn't give that because that would be impossible. Needless to say, I told her to cancel the order because I was not going to wait another hour or more to get a sub par pizza from there! I got dinner elsewhere! YOU SHOULD TOO! read more

Terrible, offensive customer service. After listening to the girl who answered the phone call me a pain in the a** to a co-worker, she then hung up on me. We would rather not eat than be offended and insulted while trying place an order. So disappointing for us since we'd ordered from Vocelli's between 3 and 4 a month, and now plan to advise everyone we know against calling Vocellis unless they want to be belittled, demeaned and insulted while trying to order a pizza. read more
