Big open space, cold craft beers, free pool, Skee-Ball, basketball games, and enough TVs to make sure you didn't miss a single goal. The wood-fired brisket pizza? It was... okay. Solid effort, but it wasn't lifting any trophies today. The wood-fired wings with buffalo sauce on the side were a better play. The calamari was decent, but the heavy wood-fired flavor tackled it a little too hard. Now the real MVP? The Syrian gyro. Absolute world-class performance. If there were VAR reviews for sandwiches, this one would've been confirmed a goal every time. Final score: Syrian Gyro: Champion Wings: Strong second Pizza: Needs a halftime speech Calamari: Fouled by too much smoke. Staff is ridiculously friendly and attentive--basically treated me like a long-lost cousin who hadn't eaten in a week. We kicked things off with their fresh, house-baked ciabatta paired with an herb-loaded olive oil and butter combo. The bread was so good I almost forgot I had actual food coming. The play-by-play: Fresh Calamari: Crispy, tender, and served with a killer marinara. Absolutely incredible. Braised Beef Ravioli: You only get four on the plate, but these bad boys are built like linebacker kneepads. Homemade pasta, packed with savory beef, and drenched in a sweet marinara. Spaghetti alle Vongole: Homemade spaghetti tossed with fresh clams in a rich red sauce spiked with garlic, white wine, and fresh herbs. Fantastic flavor. The Pizza: Hey, for Pennsylvania? Pretty solid backup options if you're not going full pasta mode. The best part? All their pasta is made completely fresh in-house, and the portion sizes are strictly "feed a Roman army" certified. Who knew Pennsylvania Italian food could punch this far above its weight class? 10/10, would willingly accept the inevitable food coma again.

She was told they would have the manager in charge of scheduling call her that afternoon to work out the hours she would be needed. When the time came and went without a call, she called them and was told that the manager had the day off and they would have him call the next day (today). She called today and was told to hold on, but then was hung up on. She thought, maybe they were busy, so she called back later and they kept hanging up on her. Eventually someone told her she was "mental" and they would write down her number so no one would answer her calls anymore. That is unacceptable behavior. She thought the interview went well and was told she would start tomorrow. She just needed to know what hours she would be there. I don't care if the food is good, there is no reason to treat someone like that.

I tried a slice of pizza and a steak with mozzarella, mushrooms and onions sub. The slice could've been heated longer to crisp up the bottom and I ask if the roll was heated and it was nearly heated so the roll was too soft for the steak and cheese. The roll used had no structure and did not work for me. The shaved steak tased good but they need to use the right rolls.

Advertised prices don't match what you're charged…read more.. Ordered by phone and picked up in person. There are three different prices for the same special, depending on how you order: * Window sign advertises: 2 large, one-topping pizzas for $24.99 * Their own website lists the same special at $25.99 * Phone/in-store order charged $27.98 for the two pizzas (before tax/fees) At pickup, I was told extra cheese is a "topping that costs more," but on their own website ordering page, extra cheese is included the same way other toppings are for this special. That explanation still doesn't account for the higher price and directly contradicts how the deal is presented online. Even assuming both pizzas were simply one-topping pizzas, the price charged was still higher than both advertised prices. Receipt, website pricing, and window signage all show different amounts. The pizza itself was fine, but pricing transparency matters. Based on this experience, I won't be returning or recommending this place.
