Holy pepperoni this place is delicious!!! All personal size pizza that are pretty large in size. The ingredients taste very fresh. We had the red vine, bbq ck, traditional pepperoni, and pepperoni with sausage & bacon. They add sea salt & oregano before placing it in a stone pizza oven. Oh so yummy!!!! Awesome place to build your own pizza. The thin crust is fantastic. I love this place. One downside, and I'm only trying to be constructive here because I love the food, the reason I did not leave 5 stars, is there are no salt and pepper shakers available to patrons as well as no plates offered. You have to go up and ask for it and you get these tiny paper packets of salt and pepper. Note: If you like to add salt and pepper to your pizza, ask for your packets before you dig into the pizza because the grease on my fingers from the pizza made it almost impossible to open the packet and effectively distribute the minute amount of salt I was given. They have red pepper and cheese shakers available. I highly suggest that you also supply salt and pepper shakers to customers. This was my only complaint and is really very aggravating. Paper plates would also be nice but we managed without them by using a to-go box that was readily available. Not everyone can eat an entire pizza on their own. Plates would help people be able to share without trying to figure out where to lay their pizza slice. I also want to add that the dressings are really good except for the balsamic. It is thick and gummy. I'm not sure what they put in it to make it so thick but I couldn't eat it. Otherwise, the line goes fast and by the time you pay for your food your pizza is in the oven. It takes less than 5 minutes to cook and your pizza comes out piping hot and just the way you like it because you built it with all of your favorite ingredients. Great place to take kids. So I'm gonna knock out a quickie review since I'm freshly fed by Blaze Pizza tonight. Since I reserved my "five star" review for "Goat & Vine" in Old Town Temecula (the best pizza I've ever eaten!) I'm giving Blaze 3.5 stars and rounding up. We went because we'd been eyeing the remodel after the kabob place moved out. At first we were really bummed because it was a really nice, Mom 'n Pop Mediterranean food restaurant. (They left because the rent got raised sky-high.) So now that Blaze is open a few weeks and there was a coupon for one free pizza, we went because I don't turn down $8 worth of free food. My wife had the meat pizza with red sauce, meatballs, red onion, roasted garlic, cheese and pepperoni. She also went for the sea salt and oregano, which turns out was a really smart move. I tasted her pizza and will ask for that next time. I made a mental note to try some pesto sauce which I saw being drizzled on after a pizza was done. I had the "Art Lover" which had cheese plus ricotta, artichokes, garlic and dabs of red sauce on top of the cheese. I added sausage and I must say it was a decent tasting pizza but would have been better with the sea salt and oregano. We both had small Caesar salads and drinks which came out to around $29 but with the coupon ended up being around $21. Service here is very good and the place was spotlessly clean. Love it here. Garlic allergy is hard when it comes to pizza. They are super accommodating and will get special toppings and sauce so there is no worries of contamination. They are all wearing gloves and worry about making sure it is all ok. read more

Service here is just really not good. Ordered three pizzas one gluten free and for whatever reason gluten free order was delayed. Helped a bunch of customers before getting to the gluten free. So two pizzas were ready before the gluten free even went to the oven. No apologies just frankly a so what attitude. Their offer, I won't up charge you for the gluten free. That does not work in my book, I had to suggest a free pizza at least. So, last time we will be here, much better options in town which combine service with good food. read more

First and last time most likely. Pizza was decent but it took absolutely forever, I watched them burn 3 pizzas cause they left one girl alone by herself up front. She was supposed to take customers ring people up make the pizza and throw it in the oven, while watching the pizzas already cooking. She was doing her best though to her credit and I don't blame her. Maybe get some other better staff and I'll make another trip. Well the last few times they burned my crust so bad it was black and charred and uneatable. The ricotta cheese was so burnt it was like meringue on my pizza! They no longer have good quality food! It's terrible! The toppings look like they have just sat there not cleaned or changed. The salad is brown and old and the pizza is burnt and gross!! Go to The Pizza Press!! Quality out of this world!! Flavor is amazing and they give you sauces for dipping for free!! It's so clean so fresh and I love the atmosphere. It is hard to continue to patronize this business when there are so many better options, like Vail Pizzaria, across the street. When you order three pizzas at the same time and one is charred because it stayed in for nearly five minutes after the first two came out, you shouldn't have to point to it out and insist on it being remade. Cheese pizzas are generally for kids and what kid will tolerate the staff answer of eat around it or the black, burnt cheese not the top can be picked off? Too much chatting. I frequent this location often with my family, and have always had incredible service. We love picking out our toppings, and they never skimp. I am the director of a local special needs soccer program and when it came time to finding a location to hold our end of season party I immediately thought of Blaze. Not sure they would be available to host our 50+ people party, I reached out to the manager, Amber. She was incredible and figured out a way they could accomidate all of my athletes. Place is very clean and staff were all friendly. I didn't need to repeat my ordered 3x like at Pieology (check that review) and didn't have a stomach ache after either! Total plus and I contribute that to their values in maintaining a clean counter. My pizza was almost perfectly made, slight burnt crust but it was still crispy and good.
