Haven't had Blaze Pizza in YEARS but was very happy with my first time trying this location. I'm more used to Pieology which is what I'd get when I lived in Texas but I didn't see any locations out here in TN so Blaze it is! Got their BBQ chicken pizza and loved it! I've been a loyal customer at Blaze Pizza for about 5 years and have always loved their food, but a recent experience on their patio has resulted in a severe medical crisis. This week, I sat outside and felt a sharp poking and itching sensation. When I got home, my leg was covered in what looked like shiny fiberglass shards. The exposure caused painful muscle spasms and a massive rash on my thighs. At the clinic, I had to be given a steroid shot for the reaction. However, because the incident had already driven my blood pressure up, the steroid shot caused a dangerous spike. I am now in and out of the hospital trying to contain my blood pressure, taking prescription cream for the rash, and dealing with constant, severe headaches. When I filed a report the next day, the manager dismissively claimed the chairs don't have fiberglass, and it has been a week with zero response from management. This negligence has caused me serious medical harm. Please avoid the outdoor seating entirely. read more

I absolutely love this place! It's not that they do any one thing exceptionally well but they do a ton of little things consistently well each and every time we visit. The people are always friendly, the food always comes out fast and it's always reasonably priced. I'm a sucker for good pizza and especially a place where I can get a couple of slices or a small personal pie. While Blaze does not do slices, their thin NY style crust of their normal pizza is always the perfect amount of food. My daughter and I will frequently split a pizza but it's they are a good sized to enjoy by yourself as well. My personal favorite it the bbq chicken pizza but the build your own is always a solid choice too. I love that you can get as many toppings as you want want without being charged extra. read more

My oldest son and I went to Blaze Pizza for dinner last night and had a wonderful dinner. We each ordered our own 10 inch craft pizzas, Neico wanted the garlic knots as well, and he'd had convinced me that I needed to also try the blood orange lemonade (which he had been thinking about since his first visit last Saturday). At the counter I saw some amazing looking chocolate chip cookies so I ordered each of us one of those too. When our pizzas were brought out to us I grabbed some crushed hot peppers and Neico got some Parmesan to top His with. When I tipped the jar over, the entire jar of crushed peppers spilled out on top of my pizza. We both cracked up, but then I grabbed a tray to try to scrape the peppers off so I could eat the pizza. I like it hot, but didn't need 1/2 a pound of pepper on my individual pizza. Soon someone came over to check on us and see how we were enjoying our meal. When she saw my pizza she offered to make a new one for me. I told her I was good and she returned with the owner who politely refused to let me refuse. I continued to eat the small part of my pizza which was not entirely covered with peppers, and within about 4 minutes I had a brand new pizza in front of me. What great service we experienced here. He even gave me a box to pack both pizzas if I wanted to take them home. I will definitely be back to support this kind of establishment. Vame here for lunch yesterday, got here around 1110 amd they still weren't open yet even though they were suppose to open at 11. They finally opened the doors at 1115, we got 2 pizzas mine was the red vine which was ok but they were skimpy on the toppings. My husband got the bbq chicken pizza which was also just ok. Attended the grand opening (and free pizza offer) at Blaze Pizza - Murfreesboro. Overall...good pizza. Really loved the crust, it is thin (they offer a thick crust and gluten free version) and crispy but not cardboard. I felt they were a little "skimpy" on the toppings but I do have to take into consideration that they were giving away the pizza today. They did add more to my pie when I asked without complaint. The sauce on the pizza was mild with just a bit of tomato "bite" and you have the option of different sauces and even spice. They also offer a wide variety of beverages to include beer, and I even added a Classic Caesar salad. While the salad ingredients were good and fresh, I was not a fan of their caesar dressing. The pizza with the ricotta cheese was a good flavor. While my pie had mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, my next pie will try the gorgonzola. I was surprised...the lines were not too long for a free pizza day. They were able to move folks through quite fast and the service was friendly and helpful. Once your pizza creation is complete, expect to see your pie in about 5 minutes. Really liked this place...good pizza, friendly service, and reasonable prices.
