Good evening Yelpers, had Fazoli's last night and they did not disappoint. Yes it is fast food Italian but let's say that Olive Garden and other Italian restaurants need to worry. Great friendly customer service, the young man behind the counter answered our questions and also was our server. I had o e of their new dishes the Garlic shrimp stuffed shells and my wife had the baked ziti. We both combo it which includes a slice of pizza and a drink. We also got their new Italian donuts with chocolate dipping sauce. The meal included garlic bread sticks. Everything came out piping hot and of course we added the graded cheese . Rarely do I review fast food restaurants because the best I can usually say is, "meets corporate standards". Everyone knows that the food is going to be the same no matter what city you are in. Eat at one and you know what to expect. Usually I will write a review if something outstanding happened, or if I had a terrible experience. This is not to laud them over some great experience, but it is to tell you how this experience changed my mind on the chain. I had one "meh" experience at another store, but this was much better. Yesterday was "Pasta Day" which is basically a promotional food tribute day. I wanted pasta but my lunch schedule was a bit tight. The last time I went to a Fazoli's I got the $5 special, which was disappointing. A small portion of mushy pasta sat in watery sauce. I was willing to endure that again. I was pleasantly surprised. Banners outside the store hawked the "Spaghetti and Tortellini Pasta Duo" for $5.99. OK. Prices on the menu for most pasta dishes were significantly higher, but again, lowering my expectations, I ordered the cheaper alternative. Boy, I was surprised. I healthy portion of both types of pasta were wonderful That is about all I can say. Previous bias was thrown out the window. All of the servers I encountered were pleasant and helpful. While it was a fast food environment, I appreciated the bright, airy feel. Will I return? Possibly. Definitely if they have specials again, but the location is a bit inconvenient. read more

Let's start by saying I'm Italian-American and my expectations for Fazoli's were very low, especially after trying Demo's which folks raved about and I thought was bland and awful. We ordered online, which was really convenient, around 7:30pm last night. We went in to pick it up at 8pm and walked into a very clean dining room with no one dining in. There was a short line of folks ordering which we skipped to pickup our to go order. My husband told the young man behind the counter our name and said we had a to go order and the young man just kept pointing at the bag on a shelf slightly behind the counter without saying a word. We are not going behind a counter or touching someone's food to read the smell print on the tag. I repeated our last name then he put the bag on the counter, again no words just stared at us blankly. We said thank you and he said nothing. They need to work on customer service! I checked the tag, it was ours, the bags were neatly sealed so I assumed everything was there and we left. We got home and the order was all there. My son had pepperoni pizza and said it tasted ok but felt microwaved, it looked like little Caesar's to be honest. The breadsticks were good, I'd say softer than little Caesar's but with less flavor. My other son had kids spaghetti with meatballs and laughed because there was only 1 meatball and he said Demo's was better. I had baked ziti with breaded chicken and the sauce was good. Far better than Demo's. Fazoli's meat sauce actually had spices which was appreciated. The chicken was ok and the cheese tasted cheap but for $12 it was expected. The portion was large. My husband ordered chicken carbonara with added mushrooms and he said it was ok. We also tried the cheese bites which were good. For the price point this is a fast, cheap pasta spot and gets the job done. The only real negative was the unwelcoming and awkward staff. They need management, training and supervision based on what I experienced and what others have said. read more

I have gone to Fazoli's before in other states. Fazoli's is like very simple fast food style Italian. Tasty, no frills, and easy on the budget, they cater to delivering the simplest Italian foods that most kids and adults love. Don't get me wrong, just because it is Italian fast food does not take away from the fact that the food is quite good. I decided to grab a four-meat manicotti meal. It comes with two breadsticks which Fazoli's is famous for. The manicotti was very delicious. Loaded with bacon, sausage, meatballs, and meat sauce, the manicotti did not disappoint! The breadsticks were soft, hot, and fresh. Even the unsweetened iced tea was acceptable. The staff was super friendly in the drive-through. My only complaint is that there's too much sodium in both the dish and the bread. I wouldn't recommend the sodium-conscious come here. If they tone back the salt, it would be quite possibly the best fast-food fare here in Murfreesboro. Extra nice shout out to the staff for giving two doggie treat bones to my beagle-mix Londo who was in the car with me. Londo gives Fazoli's two paws up for the thoughtfulness!! Place looks super clean as well. Which is pretty impressive for a fast food restaurant in my opinion. End result: I will be back. Maybe not frequently, because I don't need that much sodium in my diet, but now and then for a bit of a difference. read more

This should be a zero but had to give it a one. Ordered on DoorDash. Four door dashers tried to pick up our food before their customer service had to tell us that Fazolis could not make our order. Seriously, Fazolis if your ability to fill orders is that bad you might as well shut down. Ended up ordering Marcos pizza and wings which were fast and delicious. Never again Fazolis! read more

The food here is ok, I don't have a problem with that. There's something wrong with your employees though. I don't know how to put it nicely, but it's like they aren't all there or something. I go to pick up an order for a company. One guy says they're making it, then he asks me again a minute later if I ordered. Then this guy proceeds to bug the person who is getting the order together and confuses her. Then the order is ready, I'm assuming it's mine. I ask the lady if that's the order for so and so. I literally have to ask 5 times for her to comprehend what I'm asking. Then the cheesecake isn't in a bag. I just take the order and go. Well the one bag that has food in it is tied so tight that I can't put the cheesecake in it. So I have to drop off an order that isn't even bagged properly. Either re- train these people or get someone else in. It's very uncomfortable going in your store and there's always an issue it seems. read more

Okay, so I can count how many times I've been here on one hand, meaning my experiences haven't been the best. I ordered the three cheese chicken and peas dish but switched the peas for broccoli because I prefer that vegetable better. The pasta was decent, could have been more tasteful nonetheless it was still good. The breadsticks were my favorite! I forgot how soft and fluffy they are, and the fact that they're unlimited when you dine in is great! The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because they were very stingy with the chicken and they charged me an extra 2 dollars to substitute the peas for the broccoli without even letting me know (my boyfriend and I didn't know til we left and relooked at the bill) I just think it's ethical to tell a customer when they are going to be charged extra for something... We had Fazolis in Phoenix up until they closed all locations about 15(ish) years ago. I always loved visiting my parents to come eat at this location! I have always had A+ customer service at this location. The staff is nice and efficient. The restaurant is always clean and well kept. My food has always come out quickly and hot. And let's not forget the best part...the breadsticks! Many times they have an employee waking around asking if you need more (the answer is always yes). Definitely worth a stop in for a quick and yummy meal! read more

Service was ok, maybe it was because I tried this place with a coupon, but that was horrible food. Clumpy pasta with very little sauce. Wings and breadsticks were ok. But I threw away my food trying a little bit of all the pastas. I get it is fast food and cheaper then and italian dinner. I really want to like this place, to be honest I think the food is pretty good. The problem is the staff. The past few times I have been there the gaggle of disinterested teenage girls that run this place have ruined my dinner. They are rude and unwelcoming (which I can actually forgive) but worse than that they are incompetent. My past 2 out of 3 visits resulted in the wrong order at the drive thru. Once was just some missing bread but this last time every single item was wrong. The last time I dined in I had to wait 20 min for fast food spaghetti. I have been to other fazokis that are run much better, stay away from this one. read more

Where do I begin? Well indifferent cashiers and servers, the eatery area was dirty both tables and floor. We had to wait for a waiter to clean some of the tables so we could seat, although they left several tables filthy and full of used plates anyways. You can see food on the floor everywhere along with carpet stains. They forgot to serve us the dessert too. Fazoli's used to be the place to go! Now, it is filled with a lot of young teenagers that are not focused on the job. My last ordered that I spent over $30 had old meat and pasta noodles from another order mixed with mine! I called to make them aware and they were playing in the phone! This Fazoli's was truly awesome. We love this place and when we moved to Louisiana were quite disappointed that there were none down there. So when we moved back this way we were very happy to be able to go back to Fazoli's. We decided to go there for lunch today and every aspect of it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean and well kept, the employees were really nice (especially this one guy who came around and asked us if we needed anything at least 3 times), and the food was awesome! The guy that worked there put it over the top to 5 stars for us. When I went up and asked for to go boxes and we were having issues with them at the table, he noticed it and went and got us another box and a bag to put them in. He was so friendly and helpful. My family loves Fazoli's, but we rarely eat there because they barely put any meat sauce on the pasta, kids or adults. The pizza slices are often burnt along the edges and my son has a food sensory issue- so he won't touch it if it's burnt on the edges. They say unlimited breadsticks, but they only give you one for each person at a time and if your kid won't eat his pizza, then you spend the rest of your meal trying to find someone to bring you breadsticks. I've offered to pay extra for extra meatsauce and have, but it wasn't a significant amount to really tell a difference. The meat sauce is rather dry-so not much "gravy" to flavor the noodles. It's pretty pricey, too. Hard for one adult and two kids under 12 to eat for less than $15-20. The dining room looks and feels sticky. It needs a good deep cleaning and some updating. This place is a favorite in my family. The service was great! Clean environment. The food was not as good today. The breadsticks was doughy, my grandmas pasta was overcooked, but my boyfriends pasta was undercooked. My pizza was doughy and the cheese barely seemed melted. Some cheese melted but if you peeled the cheese off a little you could see shredded cheese. I was very disappointed this time. My 3 stars go to the employees! They helped us tremendously! read more

Fazoli's has been brought up to me many times since I've moved to the East side of the US. I never really got excited about it though. Today I was given the chance to visit the Fazoli's down the street from my house. It was definitely a family friendly environment and was a quick and easy meal. I was not disappointed with my dish in the least. The price was fantastic for the amount of food that you got and the quality of the food was slightly more than what was paid for. My only real annoyance from this specific location was that it felt very crowded despite the fact that there weren't many people there. The layout of the building could have been better. I'm not sure I will go again but I don't think that it's a terrible place for people who like "fast-food italian" or want a little more variety without breaking bank. read more

It's a Fazoli's. Good, sometimes they forget to bring your breadsticks and you have to ask. Like pretty much every restaurant in a five mile radius of MTSU, it's mostly college kids working there. Prices are pretty good. Overall, still better than other fast food places out there. read more
