Tried to order online, A special Large Pepperoni with cheese bread for 17.99. However the Website wouldn't load properly so I called in to place my order. Rude young woman on the phone demanded I give her a coupon code. I told her there wasn't a code. And I read the offer to her. She she wasn't familiar with the website and said I can't take your order with out a coupon code. I literally read the offer to her. She refused to take my order. A few months ago, I would have given them a 5. Tonight, our order was totally screwed up and nobody seemed to care. This coming from the Smyrna location on Nissan Dr. We ordered a medium deluxe with light sauce, no onions and black olives. We got a pizza with no sauce, onions and olives. No meat or anything that was ordered in a deluxe. What a freaking screw up. We've never had this happen before. I talked to the manager at our location and she said they were "training" new people. Well......are you training them to learn English???? I mean, come on people!!!! How could they not even get something this simple so wrong??? I was assured I would get a credit from them but I have yet to see it. I'm pretty sure I won't be ordering from them again even though I have been a customer for many years. I had the worst customer service experience at the Smyrna Nissan Marcos. We ordered a pizza and the wrong pizza was delivered. We called back and was told it would be a 40 minute wait for a mistake we didn't make. I spoke with the "manager" Bethany who was rude and condescending. I asked for her manager's name, which she refused to give and told me to look up corporate's number. So after waiting an additional 40 minutes for the correct pizza to be delivered, I drive to the store to get my refund. Instead of giving me my refund immediately, the workers decided to talk about my situation within earshot and say it wasn't that serious. I also had to wait for Bethany to come back from break. So finally, after cars started to back up in the drive thru, they voided my order and gave a refund. Marco's has lost a customer. read more

I was driving over on Nissan Boulevard on the small service road that runs behind some of the other businesses when I spotted this place three weeks ago. It's kind of hidden in the strip mall so it's sort of out of the way and I had no idea it was there. I made a mental note to try them at some point. Glad I did. I ordered a "small" pie with the works. This pizza had so much on it that the toppings were literally falling off. The flavor of the crust was great, the ingredients tasted fresh, and I ordered this pie just before their closing time, so that was impressive. When I went to go pick it up,the employees that were on were very friendly and accommodating which was much appreciated, even after I added on to my order at the store, and again, keep in mind this was just before their closing time. I thought I had ordered a pizza to be delivered from Marco's. Apparently I had ordered it through Yelp to be delivered by Yelp. After 45 minutes I called Marcos and they said my pizza was still there waiting to be picked up. 15 minutes later a guy delivered it by tossing it on my porch and left. Didn't knock or ring the doorbell or anything to let me know it was there. If I hadn't seen him leave it would still be sitting there. I like Marcos pizza and have never had a problem before. Well Smyrna Marco started out strong and keep getting more awful by the week . Ordered a medium works pizza and they didn't even take the time to cut it , also ordered chicken bites and with the first bite it tasted funny .... So I smelled the inside of a bite , smelled ruined outdated maybe ... the only one I half ate that tasted funny I put back in box and had to throw away the box, within 30 minutes I had a awful stomach ache and diarrhea for the rest of the night ! Thank goodness I only ate a bite from one , but at $7.99 for those with our bill being almost $31 I would expect the food NOT TO BE SPOILED ! Called the manager at the store and all she would say over & over is I'm sorry and not in a meaningful way ....she didn't even offer to replace the spoiled chicken bites ! Very good pizza and great service, it's always my go-to choice when I want pizza close in town. Not super expensive but has quality food 9 times out of 10. I have a buddy who works here and he really cares about his job so he makes sure everyone's food is to their enjoyment. Very good pizza! Friends had eaten Marcos prior to them finishing this location, and kept raving that they have the best pizza. 1. Pizza dough beats all other places. Never greasy, or burnt. 2. I called in literally right after we put in the order to have a pizza light sauce on one and clean cut for both. Apparently they couldn't do it because within the three minutes I called they said they already made the pizza. I've done this plenty of times before that specific one was for my mom and I am very disappointed that they told they couldn't do something because I know damn well you can't make no pizza in 3 minutes to make a pizza. Will I go back - if I have a coupon or they are running some sort of special. Toppings seemed sparse and the sauce stopped too far from the edge - if I wanted breadsticks, I would have ordered breadsticks. Oh - if your kids don't eat the crust of the pizza and they ask you to pick up some breadsticks - you have my permission to ground them for a few months! The pizza here was excellent and very reasonably priced. The building is in the back, and hard to see from busy Nissan drive. You can enter Marco's parking lot from the back entrance to Walmart. There are tables inside, and I would like to bring my kids to eat pizza in house some day. read more

This is the third time I order the first two orders were fantastic. This time I had a certificate for cheesy bread it was very dry, very disappointed. Then my barbecue chicken was very salty and what meat it did have on it was like it was tiny little pieces which were very dry snd like I said salty. The philly steak and cheese had nothing on it . WE ordered from here last night (4/19/18) and the Specialty pizza had only about 5 pieces of meat on it and the Anti Pasta Salad, every piece of the lettuce was brown and they placed the cheese and meat on top so we wouldn't see how nasty the lettuce was.
