It seems that online orders are unpredictable. I decided to try Jets for the first time and ordered a basic cheese pizza. I was delivered Sarah's pizza (I am not Sarah) 30 minutes later another pizza and it was wrong. Covered with pepperoni (I am a vegetarian). I just gave up. Very disappointed. Ordered the same 2 small cauliflower 6" pizzas about 1 week a part and the price increased 53%. There were no deals on the first order. Jet's is my go-to for a meal when I don't feel like cooking. The Antipasto salad is simply amazing. Seems weird to go to a pizza place and get salad but this is what I do weekly. Don't get me wrong the pizzas are really good but I like salad. Service is extremely quick. Make sure you try the ranch dressing it is better then anything in the grocery store that is bottled. If you are going to get a pizza here, make sure to get the 8 corner deep dish because it is their signature style! Also you can "flavorize" your crust with free crust toppers to bring out even more flavor. Fresh mozzarella, toppings, and crust help to bring the pizza together in what will be the best delivery pizza you can eat around town. They are always running promotions which allows their pizzas to compete on price with the usual suspect pizza chains. I've eaten a lot of pizza in my day, and am married to a Sicilian/Italian man to boot, and we BOTH love, LOVE Jet's Pizza. To be specific, we get the deep dish with "turbo crust" and load it with meats, get extra cheese and extra sauce (because let's be real -- it's always about the sauce) and they have the BEST sauce around! My husband says it reminds him of his Grandma's sauce, and he can almost taste her meatballs when eating this pizza! You don't have to take my word for it, and let's face it, everyone's tastes are different, but do yourself a "solid" and order one! Their prices are as divine as their pizza, so even if it's not your cup of tea, it's not like it broke the Bank! THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE 3325 Memorial Blvd location. It's not on Yelp yet. A lot of people liked Jet's Pizza, so I gave it a try .... twice. Both times, we had issues. The first time was a complete letdown. Slow service, bad customer service, lukewarm pizza. The second time was mediocre service, quick delivery, hot pizza. BUT, the second time we ordered mushrooms ... and they were chewy and obviously canned. It really ruined the pizza. These were not fresh mushrooms. Canned, limp, soggy, chewy mushrooms. Twice is enough. Papa Murphy's and Papa Johns are nearby, comparable price, fresh ingredients, and they haven't let me down yet. I just wanted to reach out and try something new. We were able to order online and they had a huge selection of food! Since we had people over, we ordered a little bit of everything. The meatball and steak sandwiches are delicious. The TurboStix are to die for. But their pizza is definitely where its at! The 8 corner pizza is delicious, and their toppings are just so much more quality than you are going to get anywhere else. I ordered mine with lots of veggies and you could literally just look at it and tell the difference in produce. YUM! This place is great if you're okay with eating pizza that was delivered to other people's houses and touched by others! If you're into that kinda freaky nasty health violation, this place is just for you! The wrong pizza was delivered to our house. No big deal, people make mistakes. I called and spoke to the manager, he said the driver was in that area, and he will call him, have him come back to our house and pick up the pizza, and deliver ours. I informed him that we had touched the pizza because one of the pizzas we ordered were similar to what we got, but we had turbo crust. The manager said it was okay that it was touched. He's going to come get it. Then the driver comes back to our house, tries to give us one of our two pizzas that was delivered to someone else's house... he said he couldn't give us both of our pizzas because the gentleman was eating that pizza. We told him we didn't want the pizza that was in someone else's home that they had touched, and we informed the driver that we had opened the pizza and touched it trying to see if the crust was flavored like we ordered. He takes one of the pizzas that were delivered to our house, and says he needs to take it back to the other persons house, even though we insisted we should keep it. He said "let me just take this back to the other guy for myself" ? What? And we could keep one of the pizzas that were delivered to us. We were mind blown.... how is a company okay with taking food that had been touched from one persons house, and knowingly take it to another? So we sat there frustrated with one pizza to feed our whole family. Problem could have been solved as easy as "everyone keep the pizza you received, we will save your order, and next time you order, the order you placed tonight will be on us because what you paid for was much more expensive than what you received" instead the manager told us that he could make our pizzas again, but we would have to come pick it up. Because they have other deliveries. What? Because that's convenient! I told him we had family in town and we couldn't come pick it up. He didn't care to solve the problem. This store is disgusting and trash. We told him we didn't want them to remake any pizza, and we were contacting the GM. Terrible experience... My confirmation email told me I was supposed to receive my food in fifty minutes and I instead received it an hour and forty five minutes later. Not only was the pizza late, but it was cold and they also forgot all the condiments that I ordered.
