3.5 Walk in and it's hard to tell if it's a place for take out or dine in. I made my way to a table. My view was towards the back where it was a bit dark and the view was of storage. The waiter was not very talkative. I had come for the eggplant parm. When it arrived it was very hot. Breadsticks were basic and a bit stale. The parm looked yummy. This place was solid. Came on a Tuesday evening around 6. There was plenty of seating and everything was clean. The server was very friendly and ready to help with menu questions. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat here. Maybe it was a bad night for the chef but we were extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered baked ziti, stuffed shells, and house salad with chicken (up-charge) via DoorDash. The salad itself was fine but the chicken on it was inedible; extremely hard. I'm sure it was sitting out as tough as it was. The baked ziti looked like dog food... literally. I think it was just the way they threw everything together but you would definitely be turned off by the look and the taste wasn't any better. I tried putting the sauce from the stuff shells on it to help it out, but that did nothing. The last item was the stuffed shells, which actually looked decent. I see great reviews of this place and I hope we just had one bad experience and that our next time will be better. We placed an order for delivery and it took 2 hours. We live less than 2 miles from the place.. The food we got was mediocre. The fried calamari could have been better. Most of it was hard and dried out. Not good. The pesto vegetarian pizza was good. But the Sicilian pepperoni pizza just didn't taste good at all. It looked good but it didn't taste good.. I don't even know what to say about the $10 mediterranean salad. We will give this place another try and hope for a different experience. read more

Absolute worst pizza experience. Ordered a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza through slice and when I received it, there was cheese and pepperoni on one side of the pizza and stuck to the box. The dough was also undercooked. And I spent almost $50 on it to be delivered!!! read more

I recently placed an order through doordash. On the doordash app I looked up Sal's, and the menu popped up. I saw the eggplant parmesan, which said it came with spaghetti, salad, and garlic knots for $13.99. I placed my order,which came to over$20 after fees and taxes, not including the tip. Well, when my order was delivered, it was only eggplant. No spaghetti, or salad, or garlic knots! I called the store, and they said, that's all you get, it's the appetizer. I explained to her that when I placed the order on doordash, it said that it came with the spaghetti and salad and garlic knots. I even had her look it up on her own phone through the app. She said sorry and to call doordash! I finally got in touch with a doordash rep, and he only wanted to give me a credit towards my next order for $4.49! I wasn't having any of that. I wanted a full refund! After 30 minutes on the phone, I got my full refund! Buyers beware of this type of crap from Doordash! I'm done. As soon as my refund goes through, I'm deleting the app! This wasn't my first issue with them, but it will be my last! read more

I had a hankering for pizza and didn't want the standard Pizza Hut so I went for sals. I've only ate here once when they first opened which was years ago. I placed my order online and prepaid. I was shocked at the appearance of the place since I last visited. First off, no one was wearing a mask or apron. The guy preparing pizzas was wearing gloves but the place seemed dingy and unkept. I was greeted with "are you here to pickup" and then she told me my pizza was in the oven. I also noticed a couple walk in and sit and it was like 5-8 minutes before the owner realized no one had waited on them and sent someone over. Again, no mask while taking the order. The girl at the counter had multiples piercings and jewelry on and seemed a little distraught. The owner seemed nice, but kinda not much care about how he or employees represented his business. As far as the pizza, it was fresh, but I didn't get a lot of pepperonis on it, it wasn't sliced properly and it was overly greasy. Just a so so place. Ehh. read more
