I ordered 3 pizzas using the app. Delivery was promised in 1 hour. The delivery actually took 1 hour and 40 minutes. After more than an 1 hour I called and was told the pizza was out the door and we'd have it in 15-20 minutes. But 15 minutes after I called I received a text from the driver informing she just left the store and would be here in 10 minutes. She took 15. It should take 15. Promising 10 was wrong. I DO NOT recommend going to This Jet's Pizza in Smyrna TN. I live in Smyrna so, I placed my order online, the wait time was typical considering it was dinner time. I place my order at 6:12 pm the wait time was to be 60min. Kinda long but ok. After an hour and half I call Jet's to see if my pizza was even out for delivery.. that was at 7:39pm, was out on hold for a few minutes, then the girl came back and said it should arrive soon.. knock on the door @8:13pm TWO HOURS LATER from the time I placed my order. It wasn't cheap either $47.85 to get a cold burnt pizza. The bread sticks although not burnt just cold af. NEVER go to the Smyrna JET'S ... If could give them a negative -Stars I would. .. This is the 3rd time that I have ordered from Jets in Smyrna on Alamaville Rd. The pizza is great but the staff and management is poor. It feels like a bunch of unprofessional TWEENAGERS are running the place and low and behold if you have to escalate an issue. I ordered the same pizza that I always do at 8:02 pm and asked if they could deliver it. The girl on the phone said yes. At 8:49 after being on the phone for 8 mins because the girl answering the phone could not answer the simplest of questions, like how long had my pizza been done and sitting there or when it was going to be delivered? A manager comes on the line and says that if they are under staffed they will wait on DoorDash to come and pick it up and that could take up to a hour and a half....?! My question is why was I not told about this process when you told me that you would deliver my pizza in 30 mins? The manager then asked me, in a very irritated manner, if I wanted a refund?! Is that your resolution?! No apology, no offer of compensation and NO! I DON'T WANT A REFUND, I AM HUNGRY and I WANT MY PIZZA! The guy gave me my total and I told him to put a (generous) tip on the bill for the driver- he told me he couldn't add a tip... because they didn't have any drivers and they were using Door Dash. Well, I don't have any cash on me. Just credit cards. So now I can't tip the driver. So I made the DD driver a little care package of snacks and drinks and apologized profusely. Pretty embarrassing. The guy on the phone had such a hard accent - I had to ask him several times what he was saying... every time he spoke. A one minute call took about 5 minutes and we were both frustrated. Ordered my pizza online and waited 40mins inside the restaurant with maskless ppl to only find out they lost mine and another gentleman's order. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza in the other hand rated cheap not like the price I paid for I got a pepperoni and bacon thin crust . Instead of a crunchy thin crust it was soggy and undercooked. I was unsure what I wanted when ordering the lady was very patient with me and very helpful. The other pizza was a hand tossed cheese and nothing special with it I give it a 3 out of ten. The other was a deep dish pep it's good and eatable but nothing to Rave about. Pizza ratings Thin crust pep and bacon = 1 worst I've ever had I get better thin crust at a gas station with hunts brothers pizza like way better . Hand tossed cheese = 2 it's a cheese pizza nothing to it but really displays your dough and the quality which appears to me to be lacking. Deep dish pep = 4.5 I always eat it because I can eat crap sometimes but it is tasty crap by far and away their best product. At the the end of the day I get better pizza that is QC better at Domino's and for a cheaper price. The staff makes all the difference here maybe they should increase their wages and help out what really keeps them going. read more

I was happy with them. We ordered online for the Detroit deep dish with nit-picky toppings on particular sides of the pizza, and they got that perfect. The website told me the pizza was ready for pick-up, but when we got there it was still about 10 minutes before it was ready, so it seems like there might be some communication issues with the website, but otherwise we were pleased. Detroit deep dish pizza was EXCELLENT. Two thumbs up for food quality. read more

Ordered a Lg Ben Fold pizza and breadsticks (delivered by Grubhub). Got a plain cheese pizza instead (partially my fault for not checking it while the driver was still here). By then it was late and past their delivery time and we were starved so we choked it down anyway. Breadsticks were good. Cheese pizza was adequate but that's about the best I can say about it. Just had my pizza delivered. It was cold and it took way to long. Order pizza at 12:41 p.m. and didn't get it until 2:21 p.m. I was expecting to wait a hour or 70 mins. To wait that long and it was cold. Don't know how Grubhub makes any money by delivering food way outside the time WINDOW. One of my favorite pizzas but it seems that every time I order from there they make an error either making the pizza or providing the right item on arrival. The manager is also very uncooperative and refuses to correct any mistakes. We are huge fans of Jets Pizza but we moved to this area recently and while I am not a review writer, I cannot keep my mouth shut this time, this establishment is so poorly run. The first time I placed an order they told me it would take an hour. My four-year-old son was craving pizza and it it had been a long day at work so I was good with that. An hour and 20 mins goes by so I called to check in. The folks there said that the driver couldn't find my address and I asked them why didn't you have them call me I'm in a new neighborhood that is only about 2 miles away from them. They then explained that they had the wrong number in the system, but when I called they are the ones who asked me if the number on caller ID was correct. it was a mistake made by the person that took my number down. But again these folks have caller ID. They did make an attempt to correct the error and I was very appreciative although we got our pizza over two hours later. They assured me that they made notes in the system about our address being new and they corrected my phone number. The second time I placed an order it was very important because it was for these hard-working fellows that have been working on my home for several days and I wanted to appreciate them with lunch. When I made the order I was sure to tell them what happened the first time and reiterated if there's any issues finding my address to have the driver call me because again they said the order would take over an hour and I really needed this food to take care of these guys that were working out in the sun all day. 45 minutes goes by and I was just feeling a little anxious because of what happened the first time, so I called just to double check that everything was good and they said their driver was about to leave in 10 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I called back, they said they apologize but they still had the number wrong in the system and the driver couldn't get a hold of me because again he couldn't find the address, keep in mind this is the same driver from the first time. They said they would get the pizzas out to me as soon as possible. At two hours I called back again and this time the guy tells me that their manager said the pizzas couldn't go out because they were too cold at that point yet they hadn't made new pizzas or called me to notify me or anything. they just canceled the order without even notifying me. I literally almost burst into tears because it had been two hours, three calls, and I had promised these guys that I would buy lunch for them and there was no empathy from the folks on the other end and no communication. They finally agreed to go ahead and make the pizzas and get them out! at the end of this whole ordeal it was close to three hours before we got this order. You would think that we would never order from this place again but another time my husband was a glutton for punishment. We had some neighbors over and he recommended Jets Pizza to them even though we had had several issues including the two I mentioned before getting orders to our home. The neighbors called even gave them our address which should've had extensive notes in there and ordered pizza for their two teenage girls our three year old or four year old last Saturday. what was supposed to be a fun evening. After the pizza didn't arrive over an hour later , the neighbors called and they said the same thing that the driver couldn't find the house and even though they did have the correct number, nobody called to notify them and they had just cancel the order. Needless to say we called Papa John's and just went to pick up the order ourselves. If you live in a new neighborhood and your address isn't in the system don't even bother ordering from this place but if you absolutely love jets like we do, I would advise just picking up your order because this location will not pick up the phone and call you if there are any issues, And sadly you will be waiting and waiting and waiting and they don't care. read more

Absolutely horrible! Placed order through their online system (Slice) at 4:45 pm. Received order confirmation from Slice that the pizzas would be delivered by 6:10 pm. After already waiting an hour and a half, I called Jet's Pizza at 6:15. After a few minutes of trying to find my order, they said there was a problem with the online Slice ordering system. They offered to comp a replacement order and have it delivered in 30-45 minutes. They instructed me to call Slice directly and request the $35 refund, which I did. Another hour passes and still no pizza. Again, I called Jet's Pizza. This time at 7:15. Again, several more minutes of them trying to find my order. Finally, I was told that when Slice cancelled the original order, Jet's cook cancelled the replacement order also. They offered to immediately make the order and have it to me in 20 minutes. Umm..at this point, no thanks. So basically, I am waiting 3-5 days for a refund to my card from Slice; have no dinner; and waited 3 hours. Needless to say, I will not order from them again-ever!!! The food was good, pizza & salad. I handed the cashier a $5 coupon for price over $15. Then they changed the price for higher "as it was rung up already as a deal". I didn't ask for a deal. They gave me a price over the phone when I placed the order & when I handed them a coupon they raised the price, so basically I did not get a deal. They could tell I was not happy but I was nice & paid for my food. If you want to make your customers happy then you can give a couple dollars off but you did not. So.. it will be a long time before I think of Jets for dinner agsin, thanks! read more
