This little upstairs oasis just might be my new favorite Ala Moana-adjacent spot! Tucked above Jugo Life and Ry's Poke Shack in the Piikoi Parkway Building, this place is giving cozy-meets-trendy in the best way. I had been eager to try it after seeing it on my Insta feed and it did not disappoint! The proprietor, a lovely woman named Momo, happily greeted me when I entered. I ordered the signature Ichigo Milk Matcha, which was perfectly balanced with its silky matcha and housemade strawberry confiture that tasted like it was made with love. You know how things taste better when they are made with a joyful heart? Well, this drink definitely fit the bill. And then I lucked out big time because I was there on a day when gluten-free treats make an appearance. That day it was canelé, with its crisp, almost lacquered and caramelized exterior and light custard pudding-like inside. The space itself is calming -- indoor and outdoor seating, natural light, the kind of place where you can slow down and enjoy your drink instead of rushing out the door. And wouldn't you know? There's even a little boutique, called Dear you, tucked into the cafe. I loved viewing Momo's cute, curated selection of fashion and gift finds. Left with some cute merch to gift and a Dear you, tote bag. Bonus: They also host Paint & Sip classes, which feels like a non-negotiable for my next visit. If you like soft, intentional energy where care goes into every detail, from the drinks to the space itself, you'll have to stop by for a visit. Parking is a small paid lot, but honestly worth it. If you happen to be near Ala Moana Center, make the trip upstairs -- this one's worth seeking out.
Such a hidden gem near Ala Moana!!! Free customer parking, go upstairs and the cafe is there! Owner is very nice and sweet! You can decorate your own cups to make it whimsy with stickers! Very nice. I ordered the momo matcha and the summer peach and the peach flavor is Soo great! They use real peach so the flavor is really authentic! I also love their summer peach special as it tastes very refreshing and I think they use sparking soda in the drink with their fresh peach, such a great combo! I also tried their pastries and it was good as well! They have seating inside and outside. The decor is also great and they sell merch inside as well! Love their seats
Cute little nook... What is a nook...a slightly hidden little corner of an area, well it did pretty much described itself as this little gem is tucked away on Waimanu St just above Jugo Life, Ry's Poke and Tonkatsu Atmark so yes it does mean that it also shares parking spaces with many of the surrounding businesses as well. As I made my way up I did notice a few seating outside which is already promising to have a place to relax but surprised me is when I walked in to see the minimalist but very adorable decor and some merchandise as well. While open for just a month this adorable spot does have its issues like the air conditioning is one that she does have but needs to work some items out before having up and running and her cups that was supposed to arrive days ago haven't but that doesn't stop this woman owned and operated plans which is what I love about it all. Love the creativity of the menu item names and the uniqueness as well but as a matcha lover I just had to try the "Momo Matcha" and as her name is Momo she decided to create a peach milk & latte where the peach base is house made and with very light sweetness which I love as well making it a delicate and refreshing sip and as I watch her whisking the matcha and putting it all together I must say it was just stunning and it didn't disappoint very light and refreshing so on point. This cute nook has just begun and will fill our cravings with delicious and fun items and will definitely be back to this Blanc Nook. Thank you!

A Hot New Business: Blanc Nook Cafe is located on the second floor of the Piikoi Parkway Building - above Jugo Life, Ry's Poke Shack, Tonkatsu Atmark, and Tanto Gyoza & Ramen Bar. Needless to say, the shared parking lot can get crowded, so... go early! Service was excellent! The sweet, polite owner does everything herself... even the Paint and Sip classes! I ordered the most popular drink: Honey Latte (yum!) and a Lemon Bar - tart with a great crust! We're looking forward to returning to this cute Cafe!
The matcha was amazing! I had the ichigo milk matcha, the color said it all! The strawberry was a little too overpowering but I don't mind. I will probably try the momo matcha next time. I tried my friend's momo milk and the peach puree(?) was the right amount of sweetness. The Blanc signature latte is worth the try as well! Their cańele was perfect! Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Not too sweet as well! They have paid parking inside but you can opt for street parking too! The only downside when we went was the centralized ac wasn't set up yet but they had a couple portable ac around the store.
I tried the Momo Milk and that was SO GOOD. Amazing actually. WOW. That peach puree is thick and melts in with the consistency of the milk. Really really delicious and every single thing I've tried here has been on-point and delicious. My dad was a big fan of his Matcha Ichigo Milk and mentioned how amazing the puree is and that it really makes this place stand out. You can really tell that they put a lot of craft and care into crafting their drinks because I really only like coming here for my drinks now :o. The ambiance is amazingly peaceful and I feel my nervous system completely relax when I'm here. There is free wifi, and indoor/outdoor seating for patrons of the cafe. Truly a gem and I hope they stay in business for many years to come. Definitely one of my favorite cafes so far. Service is great and Momo-san works very hard and efficiently to get everyone's drinks done in a timely manner.

Matcha was earthy n' the strawberries weren't sour n' not overly sweet, it was seriously perfect n' gave the right amount of sweetness to the matcha. Will definitely be coming back!
Love this little nook - the peach milk matcha was so tasty I'd never tried it before and really loved the chunky peaches in there. The croissant was also the perfect little treat. So tasty.
Went to meet my friends here for a coffee and some planning. There is a parking lot available but it can get full and busy. There is metered street parking as well. It is a paid parking lot. First hour was free then $3.50 for the next hour. They have some seating inside. It is also a store so they were selling clothes and other cute products. It is also upstairs so we walked up. There are bathrooms, the code is by the register. We got the First crush which is ichigo milk with a shot of espresso. My husband got the ichigo matcha. Both drinks were good! So interesting to mix strawberry and coffee. I liked it. But I did like my husband's drink as well. We also got the Gorilla in Little Kypto which was banana bread and a matcha cream cheese on top. That was yummy!!! I would go back. Customer service was great. Very cute anesthetic!

Blanc Nook Cafe is yet another excellent artisanal coffee / matcha shop that has opened in Honolulu, recently. It also shares the space with a boutique....two-for-one business. Requested the Momo ( peach ) Matcha with whole milk for takeout. Fantastic....the peach purée is obviously housemade. One woman show , so the drinks take awhile...but I have patience and no pressing errands. Parking can be validated via QR code; the first hour is free when patronizing an establishment. There is Tonkatsu Atmark And Tanto Gyoza and Ramen Bar...two restaurants from whom I've also gotten takeaway. A few chairs outdoors and a couple of tables indoors. Closed on Wednesday and Sunday; open from 1000a till 300p on the other days. read more
TL;DR Cozy matcha and coffee cafe! Ichigo Milk Matcha = ONO ----- Blanc Nook Cafe (BNC) is tucked away on the top floor of the plaza on the corner of Waimanu and Piikoi. There are a lot of heavy hitting restaurants in the area, so it's easy to miss, but BNC is well worth the trip. There is a small, dedicated parking lot for all of the restaurants in the surrounding area, but due to the high volume of visitors it's almost always full. There is some metered street parking nearby, and as a last resort you can always park in Ala Moana and walk over. I've visited BNC twice and both times I've ordered the Ichigo Milk Matcha. It's fantastic. The matcha is rich and flavorful, the (oat) milk is creamy, and the strawberry puree is sweet and pulpy. It's a truly wonderful take on a classic matcha beverage. If I'm ever in the area I will make an effort to stop in for one. In addition to the coffee and tea options, the shop has a wonderful, relaxing ambiance and offers a selection of merchandise to browse as you wait for and enjoy your drinks. read more

What a cute coffee shop! The Blanc Nook Cafe is located near the Ala Moana Center. It is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. I ordered Ichigo ( Strawberry) Milk Matcha. It was amazing! Who can imagine these two (strawberry and matcha) combination! I also ordered butter pound cake. It was moist and yummy as well! This coffee shop has an apparel and gift shop inside! read more
