No, no, no. Please! Stay away! My pizza that I prepaid for was so lacking in (the quantity) of the toppings I ordered, I had to refuse the pizza when I came to pick it up. They were embarrassed and couldn't explain what the cook did or how it went into the oven the way it did--I avoid have had the presence of mind to take a picture and post it here but I was too shocked to think straight. The food is always tasty with Blackjack, but I swear that everytime I order delivery they say it will take a long time, then it ends up taking longer! Take tonight for instance. Okay, yes it's cold and kind of slick, but not so bad that if I order delivery at 4:30, it should take until 6:15 to arrive! It isn't fresh. The cheese isn't gooey. Upon picture he argued stating he would refund half because he knows he did a right . What customer service is that . We just our mistake to be fixed . Delivery was spot on at 60 minutes from my order. Ordered a small square pepperoni and bacon pizza and traditional BBQ wings. Pizza was amazing! The small was perfect for 2 people as it was 6 thick slices. The wings were okay. I prefer my wings crispy even under the sauce. These were not crispy. The driver arrived at 9:53 p.m, when asked is there anything i can do about it being late the driver shook his head no and smiled. Ordered an hour ago through Grubhub. Called and they said that they just got the order 13 min ago. They then go on about how they get the order from Grubhub then it takes then 45 min to input the order. I kid you not. This is what they say? I press them a little bit on how long, and then just get a smarmy, eye rolling response. It's now been 90 min and still no pizza. These people are incompetent, and even worse most likely don't care. The delivery driver dressed like he just came from a skater park, the receipt was a ball of paper when it was handed to me for a tip and my signature. The pizza tasted disgusting. I also ordered a pint of ice cream and the driver said they didn't the flavor I ordered so he brought another one - if I wanted another flavor, I would have ordered it! When I called to notify a "manager" he basically said that his ovens are old and won't be able to cook the pizza thoroughly so the company should stop selling that pizza on square crust. His lack of confidence in providing a quality product led me to ask for a refund instead. He then snarkly replied, "Well we should get our pizza back, too". I had a little bit of a large order, but I'm a mother with 5 kids, everybody is hurting right now, I am a loyal customer and always tip, it may not be much but it's something..I've ordered a $60 order with a $100 bill and one driver didn't have enough change to give me of course so while I was expecting $35 back with a $5 tip he only had like $15-18 so I let him keep the rest n said forget it, so with that, I learned to just order my money's worth rather than giving them a $20 tip! So I now order at least $70 worth and even with a $5 tip I should be getting back $25 which sometimes they don't have even that, so I get as close as I can to my $100 which isn't hard with 5 kids, 3 pizzas n cheese bread will get you there. The driver said only $1 for me?! And I said excuse me? I already gave you a $3.96 tip, I threw in an extra dollar n called it a day..that's about a $5 tip minus 4¢! I'm sorry but some people don't tip at all and I'm not giving no $10-20 tip..if you're not happy with your pay sue your employer, I've had door dashers happier with a $2 tip! I might quit ordering from here for ungrateful drivers, you're 30+ working at a pizza place, get a different job if you don't like it!
