Nail tips were just glued on my nails mind you. He calls the ladies over and they try to ask me if I could let another person try. I said no thank you can I just get the nails removed. The guy doing my nails gets upset and has an attitude. And starts to RIP the nails off my fingers and then CUTS my natural nails down so short and painful. I just sat there, ready to just leave. Once the nails are all in his palm of his hand he tosses them on the counter and shoos me away like I'm an animal and said go somewhere else. I turn and said hey I was never disrespectful to you so don't disrespect me. He continues to tell his employees in an attitude so I turn again and asked if he just doesn't disrespect me. He told me no because of the design i requested, it would look better long. I told him more than three times i wanted short because i need to be able to lift weights. Instead of arguing with him, i waited for the person who would actually do my nails to request again. She made it seem like cutting shorter was a huge problem, so i told her repeatedly that i didn't want long. After they got started on my service, they then let me know that the color i requested was no longer available. And what really made for an even more unpleasant experience is getting burnt by a hot stone and the owner gentleman telling me i get what i pay for. I ended my service once my nails were done, before my pedicure was complete. I could no longer tolerate being talked about, receiving poor service, or a service i did not want to pay for. The tech never asked me what i wanted, if the color i settled with worked. She was a young, entitled person with an attitude as if I MUST do what she wants. Although i did not receive color on my toes, and the service was incomplete, they still required me to pay. I do NOT recommend this location AT ALL. The owner multitasks too much and does not focus on his clients. If you are a returning client, great that you found value to continue to patronage. However i will not return. They made me feel judged. I literally collected my belongings, said i did not want to cause a scene, and that it was fine. And they still gave poor customer service, as if i was going to run out without paying for any services at all.

On top of being skilled and knowledgeable, she is funny and friendly. The tech who did my services originally, apologized, and mentioned that she's working with Veronica to make sure whatever happened before, doesn't happen again. I was so touched by how everyone cares so much about their customers and the work they do. My previous review stated I wouldn't give this business any more money, a statement which I now HEAVILY retract. I would 100% return here because if something were to go wrong, I know they would bend over backwards to fix the problem and make sure I'm satisfied as a customer.
