Probably the best vegan burrito in NYC. Seriously. And a warm and friendly environment, with a pretty fish tank when you enter and a clean bathroom. Service was immaculate as well. Very underrated place. Should be a destination. read more

I usually like to go to place at least twice before I review it but good places with solid vegan options are far and few between. This was an excellent vegan Al Pastor Burrito. Didn't taste the pineapple really but, who cares? Delicious. Yu have to mention that you want vegan cheese because it is NOT automatic. I was starving so I got the Guac and Chips while I waited for my take out Burrito. It was top with some Pico de Gallo (Yes, pls!!!). So flipping good!! I could smell it on my fingers long after(even after washing my hands). I'm in love and yes I am coming back. read more

BK Taco Factory - Empty in a Tuesday night but there is soccer on the TV! - Tacos Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I ordered delivery from here. They have an extensive menu, including several vegan taco options, which I was thrilled to see! They have a taco Tuesday deal, offering three tacos for $12. Not all of their tacos are available for this discount, but it's still a great offer. Their tacos are quite large and loaded with toppings. I got the grilled cauliflower and spinach and mushroom and enjoyed both. The ingredients were fresh and filling. We also enjoyed the nachos, although I would've preferred if the jalapeños were fresh instead of pickled. Their empanadas were just okay. They didn't have a plain cheese option and the dough was a bit undercooked. I loved the esquites de la plaza. The sauce on the corn was rich and delicious. Their churros were quite tasty. Perfectly crispy and served with a smooth, chocolate dipping sauce. Our order included a free side of tortilla chips, as well as hot sauces. Neither the green nor the red sauce were particularly spicy, but they provided nice flavor. I would definitely order from them again! read more

I've been ordering from here religiously for three years and I've never been disappointed. Everything is always fresh, flavorful, and great in portions. I'm glad the delivery menu has expanded some. Just expand a little bit more. read more

I Googled a taco place in the area that had birria tacos and burritos (kids wanted two different things). I'm sooo happy I came across this place. The food was delicious! I almost drank the consume soup after my birrias were done lol. The tacos were small but they were wayyy too good so i decided to get a tostada to curb the rest of my hunger. That was good as well! Oh and the Tamrindo Agua Fresco was sooooo refreshing! read more

VEGANS BEWARE: I ordered from here via uber eats and was super excited to see what was advertised as an extensive vegan menu. I ordered what was labeled as the "VEGAN Chorizo Quesadilla" and in the notes I specified that it should be vegan and also added vegan sour cream. When I received my order, I began to eat it and felt like something was off. I asked my non vegan friend to try it and get her opinion, and her words were "this is either really good vegan cheese or really bad real cheese." It ended up being the former. I was pretty upset as I have been vegan for 5 years now and experience some notable consequences if I ingest dairy. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and understanding and agreed with me in that the way it is listed suggests that the cheese too would be vegan. She mentioned that she had to speak with her manager and would call me back. Once she called back, her tune completely changed. I was not upset at her as I know she was just doing her job and parroting her manager; however, she (her manager) was now saying that because there is an option on uber eats to sub vegan cheese, I should have known and selected that option, and b/c of that, there was nothing they could re: WOULD do to compensate me. It's worth nothing that while I did see the "vegan cheese add on," it was listed there for an ADDITIONAL up charge. This "VEGAN chorizo quesadilla" was already more expensive than all the others; therefore, I also assumed it was already prepared with vegan cheese and that this was more of a format issue from uber eats. All of that to say, be careful when ordering online, and it may be worth their while to reconsider the way they list this specific item because the current listing is misleading. I personally will never order from them again, mostly bc the manager refused to provide any recourse and also made their employee do the dirty work of communicating that. read more

Amazing good, tasty drinks, robust atmosphere, would always recommend eating here The people are great

Got the fried fish tacos and the birria tacos. Preferred the fried fish tacos over the birria. Beef tasted very dry and chewy. Tortillas on the fish taco were dry. The consume helped soften the taco shells giving it more moisture. Overall decent tacos for a quick bite. read more

Was in the area for an appointment and wanted to grab a quick lunch. I was happy to see the positive reviews and the lunch special. I got 2 tacos and a soda for $9.80. Great deal! I really wanted to love this place because I see that they have so much potential but so much went wrong in one order. First, my delivery was late. It was due to arrive between 8:15pm-8:25pm. My order arrived at 9:00pm. Okay, no biggie. I don't mind waiting for an hour or so. The delivery driver calls me and tell me he's at another location not nearby. I proceed to tell him I'm not walking all the way out there to get my order. I explain to him where to go and he drives around for a while and calls me back to meet me midway up the street. That's also fine with me. I'm an understanding person so I wasn't aggravated at all. I forgot to tip him and I felt so bad, but the run around with phone calls threw me off and he refused to come back for the tip. Moving along the food was not what I expected. I asked for no poblano peppers in my corn and I got a ton of poblano peppers. The corn had some sort of spicy cheese sauce on top and it was a huge turn off and super expensive for a very small order. The Carnita taco was good but the pork is not braised it's more like chunks which is also a turn off for me. The burrito bowl was very good. The rice inside of the burrito bowl had long grain rice which was weird to me because I associate long grain rice with Halal food. Overall the experience and the food was not to my expectations. But maybe one day I'll give them another chance. read more

Are you kidding me?? This is one of the best tacos spots in the neighborhood. Came here on two occasions and man was I pleasantly surprised. First of all the number of vegan options are impressive. And the portion sizes are big! So far I've tried the vegan chorizo taco, and the potatoes and peppers taco. The second time I had the vegan chorizo burrito. 10/10 would recommend. The food is banging, and reasonably priced!! The staff is friendly and attentive. Great seating, clean restaurant, bathrooms are clean. Great place to stop in to grab a meal. read more

Growing up from west coast, I had many instances in which I was disappointed by tacos in NYC. However, my journey to search for good tacos did not end. I persisted looking for good tacos and tried many places that people recommended which ended up being just okay. Today, I announce that out of all the tacos I tried here, this is probably the best! The tacos are around $5 each, but 3 tacos are sufficient to fill you up and they are so flavorful! I recommend checking this place out if you crave good tacos. read more

I recently ordered food from the BK Taco Factory for delivery. Food prep took some time, and that's not a complaint but the delivery was fast. I expect to fresh food to take longer in its preparation, and what I received was almost inhaled. Yes, I was hungry, but am a slow eater and I gobbled down the first half of my shrimp torta. Once I calmed down, I savored the second half, in order to decide if I really liked it lol. Not my little one though. Tutti didn't like the sogginess of her cheese quesadilla, but loved the churros and devoured them without breathing. She has very discerning taste buds for a teenage picky eater, but after she swallowed the last bite of her churros, she exclaimed, "These are great!" Lucky for me, I put one aside for myself and agree. Anyway, the torta was flavorful and the ingredients were well balanced. I will order again and try a different protein component. read more

I loved their food. I oftern order from Uber eats but decided to stop by since the weather was nice. It was pretty empty when I went this time around, and the service was pretty standard. It was a low key vibe but very welcoming. My son had four Carne Asada tacos and he loved them. I had the esquites and a carnitas taco. The flavors were there and they served a great portion. Their Jamaica juice was deliah as well. I plan to come back in person more often but for the mean time (cold days) uber eats it is. read more

Super tasty tacos! Great hang and great staff! excited to return with friends! really cool vibe at this place

A cozy shop situated in Bushwick, BK Taco is sure to please. I went for the first time and was so pleasantly pleased with everything! I was greeting and given a menu immediately. The server was so attentive and friendly, and made the environment a casual calm for all around. She was ready and accommodating and provided such fast and polite service. I ordered chips and salsa to start, with a grilled fish taco and a TVP taco. As a pescatarian, it was so exciting to see such a fun and satiating vegan taco option. The chips were brought immediately and in abundance! And that homemade salsa is out of this world. The tacos were some of the best I've ever had. I kept wondering how the TVP wasn't meat- filled with sooo much flavor. It was a spacious and cozy environment, and I'm sk excited to have found my new spot! read more

So good! I ordered the potato/chile enchiladas with vegan cheese/sour cream while my fiancé got a carne asada burrito and shrimp taco. Everything was seasoned to perfection, including the rice and beans. I found their wide range of vegetarian/vegan options to be especially helpful. The staff was polite and quick to resolve issues. My only complaint would be the verde sauce being a bit too acidic/sour but that's just my taste. Overall so happy we found this spot. read more

I've gotten lunch from here three days in a row now (and counting). It's seriously delicious. The chicken, the carnitas, the grilled fish they're all 10/10. The FRIED FISH taco though ... is on an ethereal level. 11/10. Then I tried their burrito yesterday and WOW. Best I've ever had? Probably. Easily actually. I've tried a good handful of taco places in the area but this place puts them to rest. Oh and fast enough service. Ambiance mid-day seemed like it was JUST a pick-up spot but seems capable of being cool at night maybe? read more

I ordered here via Grubhub and I was happy with the service. Now in terms of the food. The pros: Food was neatly packed. No spillage and it's an abundance. I ordered 4 tacos thinking I was gonna get a rinky dink taco with just a little filling. Absolutely NOT!!! They filled that tortilla and after eating just 1 1/2, I was full. (I left my other tacos for lunch the next day) The chorizo burrito my husband ate was wrapped beautifully and had a nice sear to it. The cons. It really lacked flavor. (I'm still trying to wrap my head around that one) If they would have been a little bit bolder with the spices and added just a touch of salt they would have knocked it out of the park. As a Fellow Latina, you know flavor is what makes it authentic. Which is why I took off two stars. Sabor is everything!! Other than that I'm willing to try this place again. I appreciate that they have numerous vegan options that are not just solely vegetables or frijoles. They get it!! Vegans love to eat too and plant based doesn't mean just rabbit food. So Kuddos to BK taco. I truly thank you for that. read more

I ordered takeout from BK taco factory and overall really liked it. The al pastor tacos had a lot of good chunks of pineapple (thumbs up) and was very flavorful. I would order again especially the al pastor! read more

Great spot. Love the ambiance. Delicious vegan options. My only problem was the shortage of staff. Had 1 guy in front taking walk-in, phone and Uber Eats orders, bringing food out/back.. I commend him for keeping his composure and positive energy under pressure. But it took a lot of time away from enjoying my meal with having to wait 2-5 minutes for every little thing I needed. BK Taco factory is a relatively new spot that only opened up like a year ago. Kudos to them for being able to survive during the pandemic, especially in a neighborhood with so many great taco places. Is this the most authentic taco place in Bushwick? No. But do they still have excellent food? Yes. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are pretty reasonable as well. I was surprised at how many gluten free options they had. My go-to is the shrimp tacos that come with this great chipotle drizzle. You can order from them on the delivery apps, so it's very convenient. Would definitely recommend! read more
