Hands down some do the best Mexican food. It was super great the birria quesadilla. I order a torta de milanesa de pollo that was yummy. The tacos of carne asada were also very flavorful. The only downside I won't give them one star less was that the heater of the restaurant wasn't on and it's such a big space that it chilly. It's an understatement, I've been on my Birria crave since I first tried birrialandia and out of three spots I would say this is the closest to the yummy and authentic Birria yumness. Got the Birria Quesidillia Mulita Birria and the Birria tacos! 30$ well spent =) Highly suggest the quesadilla Birria's they were honestly the best and the mulita birria's I would say is the best price as well as to share. Couldn't believe they all came with their own birria consome. It was so good, I'm still stuffed and had it about fours hours ago mind you I shared. If ever in need of a Birria craving I see this is the spot to go, authentic and flavorful Mexican food. The only thing I really like here are the steak nachos. At one point I really like the Birria tacos UNTIL..... I started noticing it was way too much fat in it. The last time I ordered this, it was completely filled with FAT in the tacos with no meat! For that price and actually wanting to live a seemingly healthy lifestyle I felt this was unacceptable. I came back to the restaurant and showed the girl all of the fat that I pulled out of the tacos and she gave me a blank stare and uncaringly just told me that's how it's supposed to be. She might as well have just shrugged her shoulders and told me to piss off from her attitude. This place could be better most people do take out or delivery so it's always empty .My complaints are the food needs a little more flavor , but my biggest complaint is the main server is EXTREMELY unwelcoming . I always ordered take out and I decided to take a stroll here with my daughter one day. When I arrived it was very empty. I sat at the bar and was very undeceive on what I wanted. The waiter was very attentive and helpful in helping me pick something. I decided to get the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans on the side. Good day to all those who took the time to read this.....This establishment is by far my wife and I ultimate Mexican restaurant! This establishment is the true definition of AUTHENTICITY TO THE MEXICAN CULTURE! First off here is the breakdown: the inside is magnificent very clean well kept and maintained together! The bar area is beautiful because there's no liquor there! Period! The management was professionally business the employees were communicating together without arguments and to make it better they had utilized another door for deliveries! By them using another door never disgruntled the customers from coming through the front door! The food was beyond nothing but fresh! Steam coming straight off the grill, Vegetables were hot, crisp, and a nice char of flavor! My wife and I ended up buying $50.00 worth of food and ate it all! The price is great and it's worth it! I came across this restaurant on DoorDash after having long given up on Mexican food in NYC. Coming from California, the quality of Mexican food here is just not it. But this place is ‼ I order from here at least a couple times a month and love the chicken quesadilla with the homemade tortillas, the SOPES which can be hard to find at other places, and honestly just even the beans and rice are soooo good. I like this place! It was very empty for a Saturday afternoon, but that's was okay, we got our food fairly quick. Its great for the price. The one complaint I have is that the music was WAY too loud in here; I asked a member of the staff to turn it down and she turned it down the slightest bit..and that's when we took our food to go. Update: Apparently customizing (aka asking for a specific component to be left out) is too difficult. I wish the service was better and that the chicken wasn't so dry. Entered on a weekday and as usual the place was empty except for one man sitting at the "bar" except this place does not serve alcohol or any other beverage either since I was never offered one. I received a blank gaze as a young lady behind the counter begrudgingly handed us some nice clean menus. I figured it's cold outside so maybe she needs to defrost but the lack of a personality and customer service endured through our brief stay. We quickly made our orders and observed mainly women in the kitchen and a lot of takeout orders being done. As she is taking phone orders the personality lacking young lady quietly grabs the plates from the kitchen window and sets it on the bar more towards her side than on ours without a word. A word, a prayer, utensils, sauce .......good God how about some NAPKINS?!!! It was bizarre but I was hungry so I reached out for the plates and Holy Hell that spicy pork taco was GOODT! Yes Goodt!!! I almost could have forgiven the shit show of service but as I found napkins in my bag to clean up the mess from my taco since we were never offered any I was stupefied why this place has such a large dine in area if they obviously dont want to serve patrons? She did end up giving me a knife and fork with my humongous burrito but I was already stuffed so I asked for a take out box. Take out box was given but (of course) without a bag so wanting to get the hell out of there I quickly paid (tipped like a fool) then threw my takeout box in my tote. She almost seemed as if she didn't want to be there. The food itself looked nice & presentable but lacked flavor. It wasn't nasty, but rather bland. I came to town late and this was the nearest place to where I was staying. I had the al pastor torta which I thought was good but not great. My only complaint was that the meat didn't really have any flavor. I liked all the other components they put in the sandwich (lettuce, tomato, beans, avocado, jalapeño, and this interesting mozzarella type cheese) and would maybe try a different meat if I ate there again. Oh El Burrito Nacho. My first burrito in Brooklyn. I've been told that burritos here don't compare to the burritos in California. Honestly the burrito here wasn't bad. I had the carnitas burrito. I was hoping for combination of crunchy and tender chunks of carnitas. I can't say it was like anything in California, but I was very pleased with this burrito. My girlfriend and I were happy to see that lettuce was not included in the burrito, which I've seen in burritos around here. I believe it tastes better without it. The restaurant is nice and spacious. It's a good place to bring a few friends. A party of four is good size, or anything up to that. I wouldn't say it's romantic enough for a date, but if you didn't care much for ambiance definitely give it a shot. There is street parking, but no parking lot unfortunately. The street parking is on a pretty busy street right underneath the train tracks. So on a positive note, it's very convenient to get to using the train system. I am a regular at this establishment so I've tried almost everything on the menu. I just want to say that sometimes they can be off their game but it's fairly uncommon. Their burritos arent AMAZING, there's definitely room for improvement, but the salsa verde they give usually saves the day. And it helps if you ask for Guac on the side. Their nachos and tacos are truly some of my favorite in all of Brooklyn and it's been difficult finding a spot that can compare. I personally recommend the Chicken Nachos w/ guac and ask for carrots (sometimes they'll have carrots and sometimes they wont) If you've had a bad experience with them it's worth it to give them another chance. We looked up this place because it was nearby our apartment, and decided to give it a shot. We ordered the steak burrito and the steak was extremely dry, and extremely bland. Let me caveat that I am very skeptical of Mexican food in Brooklyn since every place I've been has been overpriced and has under-delivered. But El Burrito Nacho definitely delivered! I've been here a few time already to pick up take out. It's a fairly large space with lots of empty tables. I've ever only ordered burritos and nachos, which have been good. I've gotten no complaints concerning those. I would suggest however, they pay a more attention to what their doing.
