Full Review: I was in a pinch (my last pair of glasses broke and my prescription was 2.5 yrs old). I walked in and asked if I could just wait and see if they could fit me in. The staff said I was welcome to wait (in fact they were super friendly) but they were completely booked so it wasn't likely I would be seen. I lucked out and a person did not show up. They fit me in after about 20min. My experience was excellent. Honestly it was one of the best trips to an eye doctor I've have in many many years. (I've worn contacts/glasses for nearly 30yrs). While I was there, I went ahead and ordered my new glasses (one of the new Nike frames). This was on a Friday. For some reason, I didn't get the transition lenses this time ( I almost always do). As the weekend progressed I started having sever buyers remorse. I went in to their office Saturday afternoon and asked if I could change my order to add the transition to the glasses. I really thought the answer would be no. They were happy to help me make the change and let me know that it would probably delay my order. I kind of assumed it would but I felt better about the purchase now so no big deal. Imagine my surprise when they called me Monday afternoon to let me know I could come in and pick up my glasses! Awesome experience!

I continue to return annually for check-ups. They are clear regarding the pricing and don't do additional tests unless needed or requested. For instance they don't dilate your eyes if unneeded unless you request it. Side note: the online registration is convenient albeit long. The uploaded photos of your insurance card and license don't go through so they need to scan them when you arrive. Parking is available in spaces surrounding the building.

After being told to pick out my eyeglass frames, I was then told to "hurry up" while I was still trying to make my selection. As a customer, I didn't feel I was given the time or courtesy to make an informed decision. One employee, Dani, labeled me as having an attitude, which I found to be unfair and unprofessional. I was simply trying to understand the process and communicate respectfully. Another employee, Shawn, spoke to me in a demanding tone, repeatedly telling me to hurry up after I had already spent a significant amount of time waiting on the staff. I also had to repeat at least four times that I was paying out of pocket, yet I was asked the same question over and over again. It gave me the impression that no one was listening to me. What disappointed me the most was that when I expressed my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than heard. Customer service should be respectful, patient, and professional, especially in a healthcare-related setting where people deserve to feel comfortable. I hope management reviews how customers are treated at this location and provides additional customer service training so others don't have a similar experience.

The lady told me she would call me back to get my payment info. No call, so two days later I called and left a voicemail. Still no call, so 2 days later I left another voicemail asking for my prescription so I could order them somewhere else. Cannot get a call back, can't even leave any more voicemails because their mailbox is full. I am currently wearing old contacts that I found in my cabinet and obviously they don't really care about their patients anymore. I don't know what is going on.
