Our appointment itself took maybe 30 minutes because my daughter had decided to get contacts, the process of putting in and then taking out the contacts took another 20. This took up our entire day with them seeing us so late after our SCHEDULED appointment time. Then, we had to go back in for a follow-up and, this time, waited a full hour to see anyone, 40 minutes to get into the room to even see the eye doctor. Literal waste of your time which they clearly do not value.

I had only two days to get my eye exam and contact order in for the year so I could use my insurance allotment (totally my fault) and I literally called 10 places before this one and could not get an appointment for an exam. Until a coworker recommended Triangle Visions. I called and they got me in for an appointment an hour later. I was excited to find out that they don't do the puff of air in the eye, they had another much easier to deal with tool to measure that. They also take pictures of your eyes so you don't have them get dilated. The staff and Dr. Weyand were super nice and thorough. Dr. Weyand made an extra effort to save me some money on my exam and my contacts. Karen was super helpful with this also when it came to ordering my glasses and contacts. The contacts were shipped to my house at no extra cost which I thought was very cool. They also offer vision therapy, which I don't need but still think is awesome. I never thought I would have such a pleasant experience getting an eye exam, but I do know I'll be loyal to Triangle Visions from now on.
