Reasons for low review: Menu did not state that food was spicy, very spicy (brisket eggs ben), coffee was cold then reheated to molten lava which caused milk to taste burnt, salad dressing was nasty ( a lot of some type of balsamic), no paper menu, no cash accepted. You must order on your phone and pay with your credit card so if you are in a group how does that work, you must give your telephone number on the in store app to get through to the menu. I don't want my phone number everywhere. Unless you are really stuck, I personally would advise to eat somewhere else. read more

What a hidden gem! They have the most ridiculous menu, options for everyone! Vegan options, unbelievable sandwiches, bowls and breakfast items. I work at a hospital close by and when things start to get crazy, we all look to comfort food. We put in a big group order for the team. I got the farmers bowl, with the choice of grilled chicken, Brussels sprouts, sea salt avocado and kale. This was a healthy and filling brunch choice. But that didn't stop me from having the sweet potato fries and the açaí bowl with granola, almonds, etc! In my opinion, the açaí bowl was just average but my bowl was pretty good. The food isn't exactly cheap but it is delicious and so is the coffee! I have tried the caprese sandwich, the crispy chick, and the truffle shuffle fries which were all fantastic. I also tried a latte with the salted caramel turtle syrup and that was great too. Love the aesthetic inside as well and super convenient being right next to the hospital. Yuck! The steak bowl was a bowl of burnt bland dry roadkill that was piled on top of kale that was pulled from the garden and never washed. The veggie noodles had a decent texture but the pesto was bland. The roasted sweet potatoes had flavor but only because they're naturally sweet when roasted. Seriously the steak was tougher than beef jerky and trying to swallow it can be a form of torture in order to get a soldier to spill military secrets. came here with my best friend to have lunch after finding bite food and coffee on yelp and we like their food it was not bad but their coffees were something else they are not good at all their capuchino got it first was bitter and too strong and the matcha was probably the worst I had probably. I know I gave this place four stars previously because their food is pricy (a belief that I stand by) but they've definitely earned five stars in my book thanks to their incredible staff. I work here all the time and the entire staff is always super friendly and on top of their stuff, even during lunch rush. I still haven't been able to justify ordering their mac and cheese, but they've got great breakfast sandwiches that hit the spot every time. I also appreciate the non-dairy milk selection at the coffee station. There are definitely options here for people with plant-based diets or dairy-fearing digestive systems. They offer fresh juices too. Pieces are very reasonable. You can't go wrong with this place. Whenever I have a visitor at my home, I bring them here for lunch. Upon walking in, guests are taken aback by the decor and laid back ambience. They offer outlets in the seating area so you can plug-in your device while drinking coffee. Incredible place to eat hidden in this strip of stores. Their online ordering works incredibly well, all menu items I've tried are great and everyone who works here is wonderful. They offer cafe like food but with a more modern and fresh twist. The food seems very fresh and they are open later then most other fast casual places like this in the area. My co-worker and I decided to order lunch today and we chose Bite because I enjoyed their food there once before. We ordered online--the Goodness Salad and the Quesadilla to split. We left our office to go pick it up and the staff was very pleasant and our order was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately when we opened up the salad we realized that there was bacon in it. The menu had no mention of bacon and we didn't ask for bacon, since we cannot eat PORK. So we called the store--multiple times--no answer. We didn't have enough time to run back out and since they don't answer their phones we had to split the quesadilla (which was delicious btw) and toss out our salad with the questionable bacon in it. I've eaten Bite about 4 times now. I give it four starts because I find them to be pricey and they don't give much in your portions and food everything is separate orders.
