We ordered the Cantonese styled beef noodles (not pictured) and the steamed pork patty with Chinese sausages in a claypot. They are noted for their handmade/pulled noodles. I like the spicy one. Family likes the kids version. The dumplings are okay, but not superior if you like meaty and rich flavor. The Mapo Tofu is reliable for good flavor and hitting home on a cool day. I haven't had the noodles in soup; only in sauce. But friends like it "wet". Their milk tea is pretty good, too.

The wontons were good, but the chili sauce was the star. It was numbing and a little minty feeling. It was really great over the fried rice, which didn't stand out to me but was good to pair the dishes with. The crab and pork soup dumplings were sooo tasty, I would definitely get them again. The prawns we got were also great, I really enjoyed the crunchy coating and extras that came with it. I really enjoyed the space and food, I will definitely be coming back!

So value wise this place earned the full stars from me, as I liked my past experiences in the Kitchen, but the Restaurant comes out ahead with pricing. I have been craving baked pork chop with rice over tomato sauce and cheese, and this place delivers. Definitely not cheap as I paid north of $20 for it, almost double what I usually pay outside of Seattle, but there's barely any good HK cafes out here so this will do. For the baked pork chop rice here, I liked the baked cheese that adds additional flavor, and the pork has no fat so I can just easily consume all the pieces. The rice is okay, but texture is good. The tomato sauce is apparent and helps with the overall flavors of the dish. I liked that for takeout, they put it in a foil bowl to keep most of the food warm.
