Now I came by this place for breakfast and it caught me off guard. The restaurant was open bright and early at 9am. I thought it was a lunch or dinner place but clearly we were mistaken. It's a small and hot restaurant. There are a few tables for seating but it's cool to see how they prepare the jianbing in front of us. They have breakfast discounts so you can get the popular jianbings for 7 or 8 dollars for breakfast, which is worth it imo, especially in this economy. These are not too filling but it's a nice light and soft and portable breakfast. I ordered the bbq pork with an extra egg. I think the extra egg is an essential addition for some more taste. I have had jianbing before and this place did not disappoint. Our food was ready within 10 mins, piping hot and ready to walk and eat with. There were truly piping hot tho, and we could not start digging in until about 10 mins later with continuously blowing on our food. It was nice, soft, flavorful, and crunchy. Would definitely come back for breakfast should I ever find myself in the Seattle area again. Definitely worth that breakfast price. The restaurant does get a bit hot and could use a bit of cleaning. We saw a spider hanging from the ceiling, but if you are just grabbing and going, I can't really complain. Jianbings were solid, do recommend getting the extra egg tho. read more
