This is the sister location to Casa de Cabo. The food was amazing. Probably the best crab cake I've ever eaten...and I grew up on the shoreline of CT. Wonderful dinner at Bistro 41. Service was excellent. (Niko always does a nice job offering suggestions and specials, & is always gregarious and fun.) Had another great experience with Bistro 41! Great cocktails I had the watermelon cosmo good portion and nice selections. I sat at the bar for happy hour. I started out with 6 oysters and they were so fresh I got 12 more. I met Anastasia with her husband Ryan the owners. They told me the oysters were local Clearbrook a company just down the Street. We had a wonderful dinner here recently. It started on a good note when we emailed with the owner about making a reservation for a slightly larger party and she was so accommodating. The layout of the restaurant is very open now, which we liked compared to the way it was as the previous restaurant. All of the food was delicious!! We especially liked the Burrata appetizer, Brussels sprouts appetizer, the burger, and the halibut. We will definitely be back next summer!! read more

I came with a group of six and had a lovely experience. The food was great- the seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. Particularly, the service was top notch. Our server, Jack, was excellent and was the highlight of our evening. He was kind, attentive, and dedicated to an outstanding experience. I've rarely met someone who dedicates so much commitment to a great experience in their work. Similarly, Anastasia took it upon herself to provide us with free desserts, as we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you so much, Jack and Anastasia! Bistro was so highly recommended by some people and the reviews are very good. We had reservations at 6. It was so noisy. It's a bar, with TV noise plus music and people loud trying to talk. I ended up leaving as I couldn't tolerate the noise. Sitting outside on Route 6 was also noisy. The menu was okay, but very expensive for everything. Very disappointing after looking forward to a nice dinner out. Sorry for the bad review. I'm not the only review talking about the horrible volume of noise. read more

Bistro 41 is the best restaurant by far in Eastham. Great French bistro fare, amazing seafood dishes, and stellar desserts. We loved the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower hummus appetizers, seafood stew, moules, baked cod, various pasta dishes, crab cake, etc. Desserts, crème brûlée and tiramisu were sublime. We love Casa Del Cabo and Bistro 41 did not disappoint! The food was delicious. I've been there a few times now for after work drinks and dinner with the family. Service was great, both at the bar and in the dining room! The happy hour lobster sliders are delicious!! The only minor con is the noise level, the dining room is uncomfortably loud. But with everything else being so good, I can overlook that until they get the acoustics figured out. read more

Had a lovely dinner with my husband this evening at Bistro 41. We enjoyed the non alcoholic sauvignon blanc; it was very tasty. The calamari and crab cakes were both delicious and the halibut entree was presented beautifully and prepared very well. Our server Nico was very attentive and ensured we had a pleasant experience. Bistro 41 offers a great dining experience. We ordered the seafood tower which consisted of super fresh oysters, perfectly cooked shrimp cocktail and a chilled half lobster. All fresh and paired with several tasty dipping sauces. My husband complained about the crab cake "falling apart". I pointed out that's because it consists of mostly crab meat and almost no crumb fillers! It was really good paired with arugula and a nice remoulade sauce. The tiramisu dessert was the BEST we have ever tasted! Bartenders Sean and Daniel offered expertly crafted cocktails and friendly service. Bistro 41 a great new addition to the Eastham dining scene. We were blown away by this unassuming new restaurant! They only opened in June but the food, service, and ambiance were all on point. We arrived at 6:30 and it wasn't too crowded, which made me nervous (by the time we left, it was busy, however). But as soon as we sat down, and were greeted by the charming and knowledgeable server, we were immediately put at ease. We enjoyed beer and wine and were not pressured to order appetizers right away. This amiable service carried through all night. We did order starters - Old Bay seasoned shrimp cocktail, Eastham Oysters, and Crispy Brussels Sprouts. All were excellent. The shrimp were meaty, fresh, and had the perfect snap. They had a light dusting of old bay seasoning that enhanced, rather than masked, the flavor of the shrimp. The oysters were briny, fresh and delicious. The crispy sprouts were the biggest surprise. They were light, crispy, and served with a delectable soy based sauce that had a nice tang from rice wine vinegar. Usually restaurants will give you a cloyingly sweet chili sauce from a package but this was homemade and next level. YUM! For our mains, we had striped bass with lemon caper butter, steak frites, and spaghetti Pomodoro. The striped bass, a thick portion, was cooked perfectly with a crispy buttery sear on the outside and moist interior. It's probably the top 3 best fish dishes I've had on the Cape in 30 years!! It was sauced with lemon caper butter that was silky and tangy and served with haricot verts and whipped potatoes. Delicious! The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare and was well seasoned and juicy. The frites were crispy and seasoned perfectly. What was unexpected was the Spaghetti Pomodoro, for the vegan in our party. So often, restaurants "phone it in" with a simple dish like this, but not so at Bistro 41! The Spaghetti was cooked al dente and the sauce was herby, chunky, and delicious. The starch from the pasta was used to thicken the sauce, we assume, creating the perfect consistency. We all wanted to try it, which we did, and it was outstanding. The owner stopped by our table to ask how we liked everything (and while we were there she made the rounds to every customer) so it's clear they are paying attention to every detail. Most of the restaurants on the Cape are mediocre at best and awful at worst, so I am delighted that we now have Bistro 41 as a top option. We can't wait to come back again! read more

Bistro 41 - Striped Bass with Lemon Caper Butter - Salad Near Me - Eastham, Massachusetts

This restaurant is relatively new and is a cut above most of the CC restaurants on Rt. 6. It was recommended by Eric the owner of Blackfish, one of the best restaurants on the Cape. Sean is the fantastic bar tender and host. The owners also own Cabo the fine Latin restaurant located down the street. The fare at Bistro 41 is traditional seafood cooked well. A big surprise was the salad which is more than enough for two. The interior and exterior are just ok but need an update; but maybe as revenue increases that will happen. Altogether I strongly recommend this place for a reasonable price for good food with fine service. read more

A great new addition to Eastham. The food was excellent. We had the tuna and swordfish and both were great. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is very noisy. It was only 70% full when we were there and it was quite loud and hard to talk. I can't imagine when the place is packed. I hope they do something to deaden the sound. Also, the chairs and wooden booths aren't very comfortable. But would definitely come back for the food. Hopefully they can address those other issues. read more

Fantastic food, excellent ambience and great service! This restaurant is the new owner of the restaurant formerly known as "Brine Dining." The location is the same but the venue is under new ownership and management and has nothing to do with the previous restaurant owners other than being n the same physical space. I was a HUGE fan of Brine and was disappointed when they closed. I am VERY pleased to report that the new owners-and the new restaurant-are a VERY suitable replacement! We (spouse and I) recently visited Bistro41 for the first time. We were NOT disappointed!! Drinks (adult beverages) were a very generous pour. We ordered a lobster roll and the seared tuna. What a wonderful dinner treat! The tuna was perfectly seared (medium-rare) and served with some fried sushi rice (not "fried rice") and some grilled vegetables. My wife's lobster roll was as close to perfect as it comes, a perfect combination of lobster, mayonnaise and celery on a perfectly grilled New England style hot dog roll.The included fries were divine, and will likely be great even after reheating at home in the air-fryer. Be ready to ask for a take-home box. Our server, Kate, was very happy to help us out throughout our fantastic meal. Spouse and I ended up splitting a creme brûlée desert . OMG, yummy! Oh boy, wish I had more room in my tummy. OTOH, I have lunch (or dinner) for tomorrow! An excellent trade off! Bottom line: VERY highly recommended..
