Highly recommend a reservation this place is super super popular and hard to get into. If you get a table take it. The patio is romantic and intimate. Great for date nights, or catch up night with friends. The food is phenomenal and the service is top notch. (Laine was amazing) The restaurant is in an 1861 building, tons of character. Vibes were great. From the start the hand written bill. Highly recommend the truffle pasta and the short rib with fried tomato, also the octopus app was great. Service and drink offerings were top notch. You won't go wrong

Excellent!! We had the pleasure of dining at Spinnaker on a Saturday night. The setting in an updated house that has all the charm and elegance you have been looking for on Cape. We were charmed by the quaintness of the outdoor seating and each room serving guests. Trendy and modern yet cozy and quaint! We ordered drinks and they served crusty bread and oil to start. We had the Caesar salad that was delicious. We loved the flavor and uniqueness of the salad and would definitely order again. Entrees we had the halibut which included mashed yukon and a delicious mix of zucchini, corn, tomato, and the short ribs that also had a delicious accompanying mashed. Dessert was a tough decision but we went with the strawberry cake with meringue. We are glad we did!! I wish I ordered a coffee but that's on me! Service was on point the entire dining experience. Plenty of parking in the back! I would not recommend this place for kids. Definitely a great spot for friend groups, couples and anyone looking for fine dining with a modern vibe. The tables sitting near the windows was a pretty sight from the outside!

Pasta a la Norma (Eggplant) - Delicious, but hard to justify $40 for a vegetarian plate

After a wonderful meal last year at Spinnaker, we returned this year, and I wanted to update my review. While the food was still exceptional, I am dropping my rating to 4 stars based on value. This is an expensive venue, we knew that going in but this year I felt that the prices were excessive. There were no entrees less than $40, and that included my Pasta a la Norma (Vegetarian). Was it delicious? Yes it was, but it is hard to justify spending $40 for 4 small fried pieces of eggplant served with pasta and sauce. To my thinking the plate was not appropriately priced. You will have to decide if the experience is worth the cost. Food was good as last visit, but prices just not fair any longer.

This was my favorite restaurant during our weeklong vacation while visiting the area. From the service to the amazing meals and cocktails, this restaurant really set the bar high for an amazing experience! We ordered a few apps that were delicious. Brussel sprouts, arancini balls, some kind of ham toastie. All tasted good! The tastes like summer cocktail is what I ordered and it's light and refreshing. I recommend this drink! For the main dish, I had the beef ragu pasta ($40) and it was sooo good, rich and thick creamy in flavor! Great portion size. Others in my party had the fish, braised short ribs, and lemon pasta with baby shrimp. We all enjoyed out meals. For dessert, we got the pineapple cheesecake ($18) which was so delicious! We also got the lemon cake which was super refreshing and sweet. Sort of had some limoncello flavor to it but not sure if there was any alcohol in it. I enjoyed both of the desserts. Overall, would definitely come back here if vacationing in the area. 5 stars all around! PS - make reservations in advance! We could only get a 5pm slot when they first open!

Wow! Spinnaker is truly hard to beat! Had a wonderful Father's Day dinner here with my wife and in-laws in the front room. We started with Chef Rob's Meatballs; they did not disappoint! Then my wife enjoyed the Pasta alla Norma, with big pieces of eggplant and I loved the amatriciana special! Topped all off with dessert that was to-die for! I cannot wait to get back here during our trip in August!

    Cibo Italian Kitchen & Market

On our way up the Cape for a little lighthouse-hopping adventure, we made a lunchtime stop at Cibo,…read moreand wow--this place is the real Italian deal. The second I walked through the door, I knew we were in for something authentic. The air was filled with the unmistakable smell of fresh sauce, garlic, and quality ingredients. The vibe? Warm, casual, and confidently no-frills in the best way. When my boyfriend's mom asked for mayo and was kindly offered a side of house-made marinara instead, we knew we had struck Italian gold. I ordered the Caprese panini, and while I didn't love the bread at first glance, it surprised me--it was light enough to let the real stars shine: creamy, fresh mozzarella and that incredible homemade pesto. I actually finished the whole sandwich (a rare feat when most leave me full of nothing but bread). My boyfriend (and his parents) devoured their sandwiches without a word, leaving only a few crumbs and a slightly smug expression. We also split an arancini ball for just $5--and it was hefty. Flavorful and golden, though the cheese inside could've used a bit more melt inside. Still worth it, especially at that price. Cibo offers both made-to-order paninis and a full spread of pre-prepared Italian dishes that looked straight out of Nonna's kitchen. Think: lasagna, pastas, cold salads, and a take-and-bake section with house-made pasta and sauces. The gourmet coffee bar smelled like heaven and used fresh ingredients--no plastic creamer pods in sight. Even the dessert case looked like it had stories to tell. Aside from some Cape Cod chips and bottled Coke, everything here felt distinctly and proudly Italian. This is a spot that knows exactly what it is and does it well. 10/10 would detour for this place again.
