Some really cute and yummy pastries! Went on one of those extremely cold winter days, and the only seating available were these two big tables to the left of the door, and every time someone opened the door (which was like every 2 minutes), we got blasted by the air, so that was not great. I think my toes were frozen solid by the time we left. The pastries themselves were yummy though! I wished the carrot cake had a bit more depth/moisture/fluffiness, but the cream cheese frosting was great!

I'm obsessed with this place. I love the ham and cheese croissant with the crispy layers on top. The cakes are deciduous and I want to try every baked good item. Pass on the drinks though. Poetica has way better coffee. The matcha was also mid.

We stumbled upon this place after walking through Domino Park. There were a lot of people inside but we were able to find a seat along the window. The space is bright and aesthetic. The pastries were beautiful and you can see them baking in the back. Customer service was friendly and efficient. They bring your order to your seat. I enjoyed my coffee but not the elote cornbread. The flavors did not go well for me. But overall I'd recommend this place for a good coffee and place to catch up with friends.

Spacious cozy spot along the water. Tried the Ham and Cheese Croissant & Squash Ricotta Crostata both were delicious!

Contemporary, elegant. This is a white collar bakery. I intend that in the most complimentary way possible. Sleek, modern, and a perfectly baked foccacia with luxurious deli pickles. Latte on point! Loaded with folks for good reason. They keep it lofi so a great place to be productive. Grab some breakfast, lunch, or just a little nibble! Workers are polite, vibes are great, stomach is full. Chirp chirp!

Thought the banana cinnamon roll tasted kinda basic and not much banana, I liked the cacio e pepe roll but it was a bit cheesy in the middle since it has filling and the cheese shavings on top, and the churro roll wasn't overly sweet but also kinda hard. A cute cafe in Brooklyn that has nice food and working space!

Great vibes and cozy atmosphere inside. The pastries are a little on the pricier side, but they quality and taste is worth it, and the pastries are very big. I'm not a coffee drinker but they seem to have good coffee as well! The churro croissant wasn't too sweet, and it was nice and flaky. The cheesecake danish was also not too sweet and paired well with the fresh strawberries. The pastries are definitely shareable too

Came back again this afternoon this time, I had to try the Honey Squash with Ricotta pastry, and wow... I don't even know where to begin. Buttery, perfectly balanced, and that blend of squash and ricotta is just unbelievably smooth and flavorful. Also, if you haven't tried the Romeo + Juliet, it's a must. Sweet, delicate, and absolutely worth the hype. The ambiance, as always, is calm and inviting. Great lighting, great energy, and the staff is consistently warm and attentive. I truly enjoy this spot no matter what's on the menu or what kind of day it is. This place deserves every bit of recognition amazing pastries, cozy atmosphere, and the matcha is always a plus. A true gem.

I truly do believe that the best patisserie in the world is being crafted in Brooklyn these days. A unique combination of classically trained chefs and carte-blanche to innovate has resulted in cutting-edge offerings across the borough. Birdee is one of the more recent additions to the scene - while I was a bit skeptical based on their choice of location in the new redeveloped Domino campus, I enjoyed everything I tried. I loved the tomato English muffin - despite the name, this is nothing like any English muffin I've tried previously. The texture of the plump round bread is similar to a Tunisian "chappati," and almost evokes a Japanese soufflé pancake without the full extent of fluff. It's served with a tangy mix of tomatoes and pickles, peppercorns, and a dollop of cream cheese.

The pastries are really pretty, but I didn't find them to taste all that amazing at the end of the day, and they are a bit more on the pricey side. I'd recommend eating in store, there's a lot of good seating and it can be a nice relaxing activity for the day before you walk around Williamsburg. There's also an ice cream section to the shop, and I thought the ice cream was a lot better than the pastries.

Cute bakery near Domino park waterfront in Brooklyn! A good amount of seating and cute pastries, although not my favorite in the city. Came here on a rainy Sunday with a friend around 11 am. I had heard good things about Birdee and was excited to try it out. There wasn't a line and all the pastries were clearly displayed. They had some cakes that looked really tasty, but we ended up opting for the pistachio cherry milk bun and the ham and cheese croissant. The ham and cheese croissant was pretty solid with good lamination on the croissant. However, the pistachio and cherry milk bun left a lot to be desired for me-- the cream filling was good, but the actual bun felt a little too heavy/dense and not fluffy like I would expect from a milk bun. A lot of tables had this pastry so it seems like a fan favorite, but maybe it's because it sounds good vs this being a repeat order. As far as seating went, while there is a good amount of seating pretty much all of the tables were constantly full. We had to stand for about 5 minutes after ordering before someone left their spot, so beware you may have to hover to get some seating. However, if it is a nice day outside you can consider taking your pastries to the waterfront and eating there! Lastly, it looked like a lot of people were getting the breakfast sandwich so if I went back I would definitely try it. However, Williamsburg is a little out of the way for me and given the plethora of bakeries in the city, I probably won't be back for a while. Solid neighborhood bakery, but not worth going out of your way for.

Sharing my honest review of the pastries from this hottest new bakery in Williamsburg: Located in the historic Refinery Domino, Birdee is an artisanal, upscale bakery and all-day café with a spacious, well-designed dining area. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find a table even on the weekend. Led by Michelin-starred pastry chef Renata Ameni, the pastries are meticulously crafted with a professional touch. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality and attention to detail make them well worth it.  *Lemon Meringue Croissant $10 *** Quite possibly the best lemon meringue pastry I've ever had. The croissant was filled with a zesty lemon curd and topped with a toasted swirl of meringue. The meringue was incredibly light and fluffy. *Pepperoni Pizza Croissant $8 ** This savory croissant was my second favorite. The lamination was flawless--neat, uniform, and beautiful. Each bite had an extra crispy crunch, and I appreciated how the pastry felt light and flaky without being greasy or overly buttery. *Garlic Knot Pretzel $8 They heated up the garlic knot for us and served it with a marinara dip. It was soft, warm, and had just the right amount of garlic. While it didn't quite taste like a pretzel, it was a solid garlic knot overall. *Sun Gold Tomato Danish $12 We spotted a fresh batch of the daily special tomato danish, so we ran to the counter to grab one. However, it ended up being my least favorite pastry. The center was loaded with feta and possibly goat cheese (though it wasn't listed on the label). I'm not a fan of goat cheese, and the overly creamy filling put me off after the first bite. At this price point, I was expecting something a bit lighter and more refreshing.

Check out Birdee after your lovely waterside stroll! Birdee has the most elegant and delicious morning delights (both sweet and savory!). Every treat has Michelin star presentation and quality.. but wow the flavors are 100/10! Got the Ham, Egg, & Cheese sandwich - a must get - Every bite was truly perfection! - The pistachio & cherry milk bread - absolutely delicious - light & fluffy with an inside filling that melts in your mouth - ham and cheese croissant - light, airy and flakey with a perfect filling ratio Side note, if you head there early enough you might even see Chef Renata hand crafting magic in the kitchen! I highly recommend putting Birdee on your 'must try' list!

We tried the melon shaved ice $22 for the large which was a bit pricy but it was quite delicious. We were worried that the large might be too much for two people but honestly we were able to finish it without a problem. The melon pieces were sweet, the ice is milk based so it was creamy and flavorful on its own. We barely used the condensed milk that it came with (and we loved how they put it on the side for us instead). At the bottom of the shaved ice was cereal pieces and mochi which gave a nice different texture. We also tried their drinks specifically their blue lemonade and mango-ade which I thought was just ok. The highlight is definitely their shaved ice. Definitely go for the large as the small seemed much smaller and for double the price, you can get almost 2-3x more.
