Visited BridCode for the first time yesterday and all I can say is WOW! Both the food and service was AMAZING. the chicken was flavorful and big portions. The banana pudding and ice tea lemonade tasted like it was delicious from down south. But what stood out most was the service Jimmy M provided. He want out of his way to be kind and helpful. I feel like I am easy to please sometimes but.. I don't know if it was luck or Brandi who asked the staff there to give be an extra comeback sauce.. I was so excited about that for some reason :). But somehow the tenders were as great as always, would've been 6 stars but it was a tad dirty in there, could use a sweep here and there. Could be better.I've been waiting to try this and i wanted to like it but its fallen short on a few things. I ordered the hot Honey sandwich and said to hold the pickles. They still put pickles on the sandwich. Flavor was good but the spice level is something my ex who lives for deathly spicy food would go for. even the mild was too hot. Their southern sodas were yummy. For some reason I had to ask for a straw. Decent Mac and cheese but the portion could be larger. Didn't wait too long. The music decibels need to be a bit lower. Surprised considering the demographic in brookfield. They just opened recently so that's why I gave them a 3. Perhaps they'll improve in time. First time at Birdcode! Honestly, 5 stars just for being located next to a Wendy's. Loved that they had a drive-thru which I did not expect! I ordered the chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and the bread pudding. The chicken was cooked perfectly!!! No complaints there. The sauce and bun were both really good too. The mac and cheese was just as solid. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the bread pudding, but that's really just personal preference. Finally open for business. Placed a mobile order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The order was ready as promised. I got The Sando. The chicken was very juicy and crispy. The bun wasn't soggy even with the slaw on it. Was lucky enough to get one of the free promo shirts they were giving away. Will definitely be coming back. read more

We went on opening day so it was definitely busy & backed up but we had GREAT service inside with multiple workers checking on us while we waited. The "Shake Fries" (with spices) were 10/10. The chicken bites were also great and I especially LOVED the comeback sauce and their ranch! read more

Was really excited to try this place as we were big fans of Haven hot chicken, which is another competitive chain similar to this. Unfortunately, was very disappointed by the quality of the chicken and the excessive salt taste of their seasoning. The fries were mediocre best, and their sauce is just OK. This is much closer to us than Haven. Hot chicken is but definitely will be my last visit there. Was also extremely overpriced given what you get the quality of food. The parking and the drive-through is absolutely maniacal! The one positive I will give to this place is at the staff is extremely kind, caring, and willing to help. I was mesmerized to see the back of the kitchen have 12 staff members helping with expediting the food! Really efficiently run place, they can only get the seasoning right and getting the chicken moist, then maybe you can get me back there! My husband called them to complain about it, and he was told that we would be reimbursed for our order... We shall see! read more

First time eating here, will definitely be coming back. Jimmy greeted us the moment we walked in the door. We had a look at the menu to decide what to get. Love how he went down the line of the order (from what spice level, to if I wanted the sauce, to if i wanted fries or mac ajd cheese). They weren't too busy when we got there but even if they were, they are worth the wait. Jimmy also came to our table to ask us how the food was. They have some really good customer service. I read some reviews elsewhere about how its too "expensive" for being "fast food", personally I felt like the prices were reasonable and pretty average. It's definitely better than Dave's hot chicken and chick fil a (the haters can feel free to go to chick fil a and save birdcode for me). Also seen other people saying it was too spicy? I got mild (I'm a wimp) and it was a little spicy for me BUT I feel like it was a good spicy, nothing that having some mac and cheese or some of my drink couldn't help fix. My husband had the 'hot' sando and said it was hot BUT also, he said it was very good and again, nothing that some pink lemonade couldn't fix (; definitely want to try other items when we are able to come back read more

My second time trying this place, food was good. I got the sando combo meal, hot, with a side of shake mac n cheese. Super friendly person at the register. Got my order to go and glad I checked it before leaving. There was no shake mac n cheese in my bag because I was never charged for it. The cashier recognized his mistake and had an order ready for me in no time, but not before charging me. I honestly think he should have given the side on the house. I was the first customer of the day, arriving promptly at 11am. The shift just started and everything should have been perfect. Overall, the place has an upbeat ambiance with the loud music and it looked very clean. I think it's a bit pricey and the fries aren't my favorite, as the taste of the oil can be overpowering. I mean WOW!! Customer service set the bar high and the food blew us out of this world! The employees are friendly and helpful and just overall wonderful. We got a little bit of everything and it was all amazing. The sandwiches are fresh and tender, and the freshest pickles I've ever seen! The bites were incredible at any flavor (I do have a sweet spot for mild though!). And the Mac and cheese and shake fries were to die for. The owner (or manager I'm not sure) brought us our food and checked on us every so often. This place is perfect, especially considering they just opened. What was a nightmarish start to the experience with a tight parking lot and maybe 15/20 cars in the drive thru, turned out to be an amazing experience in a clean new restaurant. The line inside the store was about 25 or so people ahead of my group but we went from end of line to food in hand in 20ish minutes. The food was great when we got home (hot Sando and 2 mild sandos, shake fries and regular fries) the joy was VERY hot but not unbearable and the milds were flavorful! The fries had a good taste, and were seasoned nicely. The standout of the experience was the manager working with his team. He worked the room with grace and class, answered a question of ours, and even followed a couple out of the restaurant because he thought they were leaving due to the wait (which it appeared they were) but he took their order, won them back and as a restaurant manager/owner myself this was A++ service and deserving of a shout out read more
